Ordering is really simple, from a large paper menu just circle the item's you'd like, that's it, that simple. And there's a reason their Waco's oldest steakhouse, the food is really good. This trip, our group ordered a couple Lonestar steaks, which is a 7 ounce Akaushi sirloin, with ranch style beans and a baked potato, chicken fried steak and chicken tender meal with fries. The steak was soo juicky and full of soo much flavor. And both the chicken fried steak and chicken tenders were cooked perfectly as well. Our server was very friendly and attentive.
