Four years later, I am still a dedicated member. Membership DOES have its privileges. I truly feel every practitioner is specifically curated to allow them to focus on their craft, which in turn is accessible to us all. Saffron and Sage is not a spa, though they provide spa-like services. This establishment can be a transformative experience. It has been and continues to be transformative for me. I am dedicated to my self care. I have been for years way before Saffron and Sage existed. Medical care whether it is psychiatrist, psychologist, medications, supplements, and good food is more expensive. QUALITY is worth the expense. I choose to invest in myself and my medical support team. I am not independently wealthy. I work hard for every dollar. If I did not believe in the uniqueness and individual talents of EVERY practitioner (past and present) I would not continue to invest my time, energy, and money in Saffron and Sage. I am grateful for the specialized care I have received over the years. Do yourself a favor and lean into what Saffron and Sage can do for you.

Saffron and Sage is a one stop shop for many different alternative eastern medicine type healing. Acupuncture, cupping, massage therapy, sound therapy, meditation, yoga, reiki, nutrition and more along those lines. They also have a beautiful boutique with all types of alternative medicine, herbs, crystals and chakra alignment type things. I came here for a meditation session. I've been practicing yoga for about 8 years now and recently started a meditation practice which i found myself getting away from. So this was something that rekindled my practice. The guided group meditation was great there was also a large crystal placed in the middle of the circle which i though was pretty awesome. I also liked the bowls or chimes that were used during the meditation, i could literally feel the waves of sound ripple thru me. Honestly the meditation was a bit too, on the hippie/etherial side for me, but i think its somewhere i hope to be one day. So i guess its not where i am now, but what i'm shooting for in the future. Everyone there was very friendly, open and welcoming. I was offered tea which was absolutely delicious! I wanted to purchase it on my way out but they were out of that particular blend. They offer yoga classes and have an introductory special for $50 (Half off) for the first month which is awesome considering the drop in rate is $25 each. So if you can go to 3 classes in the first month you'll have more than gotten your moneys worth. Many places like CorePower have made the focus of yoga, exercise; here i believe yoga is in its purest form, a moving meditation. There is also a sound bath class that has crystal bowls and singing bowls which i've been exposed to in some yoga classes, i think a whole hour of that would be pretty awesome! Saffron and Sage is so much more than just a holistic health place, its more like a one stop shop holistic lifestyle center.

Saffron & Sage is a beautiful and a very special and unique spa that has an amazing offering of services. As soon as I walked in, all of my senses felt peaceful and at ease. I was gifted a service of my choice and decided I most needed a massage. Rhea was my massage therapist and did a beautiful job in destressing and relaxing my body and my mind. Im looking forward practicing yoga and enjoying a sound bath in their beautiful yoga studio soon! I highly recommend Saffron & Sage

As soon as you walk in, you feel at peace. Great offering of services and classes. You can instantly tell they've put a lot into creating a peaceful place where energy and healing can happen. Everyone was so helpful and happy. Great retail space that has so many nice little goodies to check out. From CBD items to nail polish & facial soaps. I tried out the Sound Bath & fell in love! It may sound out there, but it was great! I can't wait to try the Breathing class & Sound Bath following on Sunday evenings! They also have gift cards, which would be an awesome gift to use for a service.

Saffron & Sage always has their beautifully curated boutique packed with great items.

My name is Vanessa Gutierrez, and I have been a patron of Thai Traditions Massage for at least 5…read moreyears. I have always enjoyed my experiences there, regardless of my massage therapist. I have visited both alone and with my husband on numerous occasions, and we have always returned. The staff has consistently been kind and professional, and I have always appreciated the quality of service. Unfortunately, my most recent visit on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 10:45 AM was not a positive experience. I called at 10:00 AM to schedule a 90-minute couples deep tissue massage with hot stones for my husband and me, as he was treating me for my birthday. I specifically requested a shared room so we could enjoy the experience together, as we have in the past without any issues. I was told by the receptionist that they had availability and that we were welcome to arrive within the hour. We arrived at approximately 10:45 AM. While my husband's massage went very well, I did not receive the deep tissue massage we paid for. About 30 minutes into my 90-minute session, I noticed there was no firm pressure being applied. The therapist primarily used very light lotion strokes and circular motions on my back and lower back. The pressure felt like applying lotion to the skin. While the sensation was not unpleasant, it did not reflect what I specifically booked and paid for as a deep tissue massage. At one point, tiger balm was offered, which I declined; however, the pressure consistent with a deep tissue massage never began. Aside from briefly standing on my back at the beginning of the session, the treatment remained extremely light throughout. At around the 30-minute mark, I asked if I could end the session early because I was extremely unhappy with the service. I was told by my husband's therapist that I would need to continue until the session reached one hour in order to be charged appropriately. I agreed because I felt I had no other option in the moment, and I also requested that the hot stones be removed from the charge since I was no longer willing to continue the full service as originally booked. I completed the 60-minute session, but I did so unwillingly and left extremely disappointed and emotionally upset, as this was a birthday gift experience that did not meet expectations and genuinely left me hurt. The business did offer a complimentary massage once they realized how unhappy I was, which I appreciated; however, I declined, as the purpose of my visit was to share the experience with my husband, and that opportunity had already been lost. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. My intention is not to be harsh, but to clearly communicate the impact of this experience so it can be addressed appropriately in the future, especially when clients explicitly communicate that the service is not what was requested or expected.

She is a true healer, and is very gifted in treating lingering injuries. I've been grappling with arthritis in my hands, and have an old shoulder injury that keeps dragging me down. The first time I came here over a year ago, the front desk guy wasn't friendly and it didn't start my massage in a relaxing headspace. Today, the front desk had two people there and after I was checked in, neither of them thought to tell me there's a lounge that I can sit in while I wait. I'm very obviously nine months pregnant and it's hard to walk down the block at this point. After you check in, you're in this tight spaced gift shop area with no seating and I wasn't sure what to do until I saw a guy in a walker make his way through a room that said lounge across the top. After my massage was done today, I was back in that little gift shop area waiting to check out and pay for my massage. The lady checking out before me took a while so I was just standing there, exhausted with nowhere to sit. I very clearly remember giving the gift card number I was given when I reserved the appointment online, so it was also annoying that when I finally got up to pay, they dint have any of this information. These seems like small things, but they all add up to me having to put in more effort when I'm paying to set time aside to relax.
