He has been kicked of numerous daycares and I was called constantly to come and pick him up. The first time I visited the facility I met with the Assistant Director Laura and provided our sons IEP and discussed our concerns & was looking to start him right away. They were able to accommodate us and upon meeting the Director Ms. Christine on his first day at drop off we were able to discuss more about our son with her and she provided us with many tips and things we can do to try to help with getting him acclimated to the facility. My son still struggles but the teachers including Ms. Geneva, Mr. Steven and the admin team have not given up on him and continue to provide the necessary accommodations for him. It's so nice knowing that they are truly observing my son and ensuring that he receives quality care and not just blowing him off because he can be difficult. They communicate with me and I do with them as well about new updates or things that are going on with his current care plan. I know that they want the best for him in that he will be able thrive when he starts kindergarten. I am so glad to have found this facility and thank all the staff there for all they do it truly takes a special person to educate children let alone children with special needs. Please know that what your facility is doing for my family doesn't go unnoticed and we are truly grateful for you all.

Anytime I messaged or brought up a concern, they responded promptly and professionally. My son's teacher, Ms. Elisabet, was also very nice. One thing they do well is using the Brightwheel app. They send updates and photos throughout the day, which I appreciated as a parent. Unfortunately, my son did not seem very happy there. At every drop-off and pick-up he would cry and scream, which is not typical for him. He has been in daycare since he was 6 weeks old and is usually a very happy baby. I initially thought he just needed time to adjust, but it continued every single day. I personally found the strict closed-door policy difficult. Parents are not allowed to walk their children to the classroom or see inside the facility. As a parent, it felt uncomfortable not being able to see the environment where my child was spending 8 hours a day. I also feel this made transitions harder for my son. Another concern was with meals. Meals are included in the price, but the daily menu was not clearly communicated. The Brightwheel app would simply say that my son "ate all food," but it did not specify what he actually ate that day. His nap schedule was also adjusted to fit the group schedule. My son naturally gets tired around 10:30 a.m. because he wakes up at 5 a.m. each day. However, naps were pushed to 12 p.m. so all the children could sleep at the same time. Often he would fall asleep earlier from exhaustion, be woken up for lunch, and then put back down later. When I picked him up, he frequently seemed very tired and fussy. Toward the end of his time there, my son became very sick after daycare one day. Shortly after picking him up, he began vomiting and developed a high fever, which later turned out to be a viral infection and stomach bug. When I picked him up that day he already didn't look well, but no staff mentioned that he seemed sick during the day. I had to ask what he had eaten because whatever he had seemed to upset his stomach. He ended up missing three days of daycare because of it. With my son being unhappy at drop-off and pick-up, getting sick, and the center's hours not working well with my schedule, I ultimately had to withdraw him on short notice. I do appreciate the staff and believe they do their best to care for the children. I wish the experience had worked out better for us. My son now attends a different daycare that allows parents to walk children into the classroom, and he hasn't cried once at drop-off or pick-up--even on the first day. We both feel much more at ease.

First, I was receiving government childcare assistance, so the monthly tuition was not coming out of my pocket. The only issue I raised was the enrollment deposit that was never returned to me. Your claim that I was only concerned about money ignores the fact that I was simply asking for the return of funds that I believed I was entitled to receive. Second, the portions I sent for my daughter were not insufficient. At the time, both my daughter and I were under the care of a nutritionist, and the meals I provided followed professional recommendations based on her age and nutritional needs. Therefore, I strongly disagree with the statements made about her diet and well-being. I would also like to point out that on multiple occasions I found belongings belonging to other children inside my daughter's backpack. This raised concerns for me about the level of organization and attention to detail at the daycare. Mistakes happen, but finding items from other children in my daughter's belongings more than once did not inspire confidence. It has now been almost four years since this situation occurred, and looking back, I believe removing my daughter from your daycare was the right decision. She currently attends a much better daycare where communication is consistent, professional, and respectful. I am kept informed about everything that happens with my daughter, and I have not experienced any of the concerns that arose while she was in your care. Most importantly, I do not appreciate the accusations that I did not care about my daughter's well-being. Every decision I made was based on what I believed was best for her health, safety, and development. I know the kind of mother I am, and I have nothing to prove to anyone who chooses to make unfair assumptions about my intentions.

At first I was hesitant as I thought the studio setting was small and modest. But looking beyond cosmetics, my kids loved their experience there. In less than a week (as they were only going there for half a day), they learned their own lines in a play, performed dance routines, sang beautiful songs, did creative arts and crafts making their own props, learned about science and more. It's in the V Theater. Located in the Miracle Mall at Planet Hollywood. Just an fyi, even with what looks like a lot of construction in that general vicinity, getting in and out was a cinch. And this was a 5:30 showing. I was blown away. This was a great show. And a new(er) cast from what I understand. The 5 players had a great chemistry, and it poured into the audience. I'm just glad they didn't come to drag me up on stage like some. (be warned). One act I thought was funny as hell. Four players are doing all of the background music with one who is seated as the solo vocalist. After a minute into the song an easel backed sign slides onto the stage. "This song is heard entirely in English" it says. I laughed, wtf? After a bit, one of the four replaces a stick on sign that read as "English" replaced it with "French". So the vocalist then proceeds. Beautiful. Then the stick on gets changed to Korean, then Japanese, and closes out the song in "Pig Latin". The whole place busted out laughing, as did the cast. They genuinely looked like they had fun. As they should. If this was a new cast, it could only get better I'd assume. So if you find yourself needing an "affordable" (easy for me to say) show of caliber but without the crowd of an A-List Las Vegas act. Toxic Audio should make your short list. 4 stars? Toxic Audio is a high energy group of 5 really talented performers that will simply astound you…read more They perform a huge number of songs in a nonstop show without any musical instruments - they do everything with their voices. This show like the Blue Man Group is hard to describe to someone. Once you see it and hear it ... you will go WOW !!! I saw their show a couple of years ago at the Luxor and they have just gotten better and better. The show has a great deal of humor and beautiful music. Before they bring the audience to their feet for a standing ovation with their final number "Turn the Beat Around," they perform "Stand By Me" In Stand By Me - they move out into the audience and just let their voices blend in beautiful harmony. It is breathtaking..... a super exerience. Their last number by The Miami Sound Machine features their percussion vocalist and when the song Lyrics get to " love to hear percussion" he does a terrific job ending with a back flip.. You have to see this group to believe the sounds you are hearing ... Amazing .......... and totally worth the price of admission.

My husband and I toured 10+ daycares for our toddler and always left other locations with uncertainty but felt so confident about our son's safety and wellbeing at Growing Minds. All staff have been so welcoming and kind. My son is pretty shy but lights up as we approach his classroom, smiling ear to ear when he sees his friends and teacher. Our favorite part, besides the people, is the app! Getting notified when he is checked in and out and receiving pictures through the day has made us feel so much better about the idea of daycare. We feel so blessed to have found growing minds!!
