This is my nephews place, they're just getting started at this location, he does great work! He's been working on my cars for years. I say give them a try you won't regret it. The other review were someone wasn't satisfied, I say let people know before you give a bad review give them opportunity to correct it, these businesses are people's livelihood. A restauranteur told us that at a Yelp event.

My car was near totaled after a bad accident and these guys brought my car back to life. The customer service is unmatched, I was driven to the rental place by them and was given updates on the progress of my car. Once I got it back, I felt like I was picking up a new car. My blower motor wasn't working properly, so I took it here instead of Ford who wanted $150 diagnostic charge. I met The manager Jason who said they would check it out. He came back in 15 minutes and told me what I needed, they ordered my part and it was was installed and I was in and out of there within an hour at minimum cost. I came in with some deep scratches on my car, right away Jay explained in detail how he'd go about fixing them and how he paints cars how they do at the factory. He took the car right away and kept me updated on it's progress. The car looks better than the day I drove off the lot, the attention to detail is noticeable, I have no problem recommending people to Jay and reality motors read more

I just got my car back after a fairly hard hit. I have to say the entire experience was seamless. They not only did a perfect repair (of my 2 month old brand new car!) but they also assisted me with a rental and CLEANED and detailed the entire car. It was perfect when it was handed back to me. The staff is courteous and friendly. The owner of the shop was easy to talk to and explained everything. Friendly and approachable and didn't take advantage (but also didn't cut corners). I would use them again and highly recommend them. read more

We had an accident today, and Police made us use Reality Motors for a tow. 3.4 miles total, and the amount due was $204.38! Also, this was a company truck. Our men were with the van the entire time, even catching a ride back to the facility with the van. After we were waiting to pay, they now want us to bring Proof of ownership, other than the registration! In addition, they REFUSED to tow the car to Farmingdale. It was too far for them. Finally, they would not take payment over the phone, with a faxed signature. They made someone drive to Freeport to pay them. If you need service, or help, just think about these few things. When you are in an accident, you do not need service like this. read more

Another great review is necessary bc of another great experience with this shop! My RAM truck was involved in an accident resulting in the insurance company claiming the vehicle as a total loss. I had a loan out on the truck and have never dealt with this kind of situation before. The guys at Reality Motors went above and beyond here to assist me informing me of their experience with my particular insurance company. They guided me and prepared me for negotiating a settlement and bc of their knowledge and expertise in dealing with so many insurance companies out there, I was able to settle at the amount needed to payoff my loan. When my car had a fender bender, Tom & Ralph, the owners were the consummate professionals. Their administrative staff (Erica is amazing) was helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way. They picked up my car and brought the car to the shop, their admin staff effortlessly arranged my rent A car through my insurance company. They even had the rent a car people pick me up. What was really nice was that they called me every so often to give me the status of the car and when the car would be ready! When I picked up my car, it looked as if it just rolled out of the show room and was washed and detailed! We had an amazing experience this morning at Reality Motors in Baldwin, NY. We got our appointment for our inspection 1-2-3. Marcelo was there before us and welcomed us in. We sat in the waiting room and watched t.v and had coffee. We stated to get comfy, and it was time to go. To start your Saturday errand day without a headache is major.
