I'll be honest, I was really intimidated But I'm trying to do this thing where I push past the apprehension and try new things, and I am SO glad I did. From the moment I reached out on Instagram with questions and got quick, kind responses, to walking through the doors, every single person made me feel welcomed. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or out of place. It genuinely feels like a sisterhood in there. The class was definitely hard, but it ended up being one of the best experiences I've ever had. Alyssa was my instructor and wow, she brought exactly the energy I needed to start my day. She kicked my ass in the best way, and I left feeling strong, empowered, and proud of myself. Rebel is seriously the of spin studios! I've been coming for the last few years and it is unlike any other place I've been! As a retired Martial Arts, Zumba and fitness instructor I can honestly say that the community, the quality of the instructors, and the excellence of the staff is outmatched by none! I have tried taking spin classes in the past and it was NOT for me. Rebel turned me! It is completely different than any other spin classes or studio! I love that it's dark while we ride and I always leave drenched in sweat, having gotten an amazing, full body workout! I wish I could give more than 5 stars, as I couldn't make a higher recommendation! The owner herself is excellent and it is one of the best run businesses I've ever encountered! I have been spinning at gyms for years and then gyms required masks. - I NOPED the f* right out of there. I started off renting a bike from Rebel and working out at home with their online classes and then moved to studio. From the moment I started I was hooked. I went there for the first time, with my daughter. My daughter goes to a session about 3 times a week. I wanted to go because I need to work on my cardio to lose weight and I already have another gym where I do weight training. I've never done a spin class before so I can't compare it to anything else, but this place is pretty cool. Clean and organized. The staff is very helpful. I had trouble clicking into my pedals and they helped me as much as they could but eventually moved me to another machine. The trainers that lead the sessions are animals.. and I mean that in a good way. I also gotta give props to anyone who goes to these classes regularly. This is the hardest workout I think I've ever done and I was in the military and law enforcement in my younger days. After surviving to the end of the class, staff is there with a tray of ice cold towels to help you cool off and recover. I definitely needed it since I've never sweated that much in my life. I felt like I jumped in a pool. Good thing I brought water and electrolytes. I definitely want to go back after I take a few days recovering.and try it again. Hopefully I won't be such a slacker and keep up with everyone else! read more

I haven't been a "member" since I moved a few years ago, but when I'm in town I always book a class. The last time I was there I noticed a shift in the energy. There are a lot of new instructors and they all bring such an amazing vibe to their class. Everyone is uplifting and genuine. I also noticed a shift in the audience. When I joined Rebel when they were a new business, it was a trendy place to be, and you could feel that from other riders. Over the last 6-8 months there's been an amazing presence of authentic riders - people who aren't there for the trend, but are there for themselves and the community. I've done various types or workouts and tried different gyms, but spin always intimidated me. Rebel seemed like a welcoming environment so I decided to just do something scary and go for it. My first ride I absolutely wanted to die, but I loved the music, energy, and encouragement. I'm addicted now and go at least 3x a week for the past few months. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, making a real effort to learn and remember your name. I was worried about being self-conscious because I'm not thin, but working toward losing weight and I have never felt judgement, only support. There are people of all sizes that spin and I can feel the changes in my body and endurance. There is a real community in Rebel that keeps you motivated to return and the electricity in the room is irreplaceable. Each instructor brings a different feel, equally fantastic. They have lockers, water and some other drinks for purchase, and spin shoes to rent for a few dollars. I just use my running shoes which also works just fine. There is a clean towel on each bike and a cold, eucalyptus towel after the ride. They have little nice touches like extra hair ties if you need them, ear plugs if it's too loud, feminine supplies, and free coffee. Sometimes there's champagne too! A Rebel workout is intense, fun, inspiring, and soulful. You won't regret at least giving it a try. read more

Spin seems intimidating, but it is notttt over here. Riding with dimmed lights and loud music, sometimes having a bubble machine or glow lights. It's pretty much just like a night club but you're riding a bike and sweating even more. Each instructor brings their own energy but they all give me the energy I need. I ride with Cait most times and she is the biggest hype girl ever. 11/10 recommend Rebel. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heart beat... never in my life have I had something that made me enjoy/look forward/or be motivated to be physically active until Rebel. This has been home away from home since August 2022 & my only regret is not finding them sooner. The environment, the people and the fun make you want to come back every day or sometimes even twice a day! All the instructors have different styles of music played or teaching which makes it so fun! Riding while pregnant Sept-May made my last pregnancy so enjoyable and physically feeling the best I had ever growing a baby. Now having 3 kiddos 4 & under it's been probably the easiest keeping up thanks to all the hard work put in here.
