Very nice studio setting and everyone seemed very friendly and welcoming. If you enjoy an environment that doesn't have those huge size classes this is the place for you to go. The only minus for me personally is the "hot room temperature" they chose for their classes. If you are a hot yoga fanatic than this will be a good bonus for you, but i personally don't think that cardio workouts in small rooms with high temperatures and deprived of oxygen make for a healthy workout or comfortable workout environment. I frankly did not know this before i sat on a bike and it isn't easy to find on their website to find that all classes will be run at a warmer temperature- so this is just to make anyone aware beforehand if they do not prefer hot cardio workouts just like me. Otherwise it looks like a great studio and super easy to reserve your bike online! read more

I went for the first time this week. I live in Rancho Cucamonga, but decided to try this place out since my friend raves about it. I usually do cycle classes at my local commercial gym a couple days a week. It's a tight dim lit room with several bikes. Staff very welcoming and showed me around. She helped me set up my bike ... super nice! The instructor Amanda was AWESOME! Music completely on point and enjoyed all the dance moves. Great challenging class. They provide towels before class and hand you a cold towel at end of class(loved!). It was a great experience and plan on going again this year when I am in town! read more

I never ever thought I would be into spin and here I am a month later and have gone almost every single day since my first ride. The best decision I ever made for my physical, mental, and emotional health was joining the Rebel family. Everytime I walk in I feel lighter and after every workout and inspirational message from my spin instructor I leave feeling stronger. Joining Rebel was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I'm a chunky mom & working out can make me feel self-conscious. I was given a free guest pass by a friend and when I walked into the room it was DARK (other than a few candles to light up the instructor). It was awesome! I felt invisible and it didn't matter what I looked like or how slow I was - NO ONE COULD SEE ME so I didn't care!!! It's been such a freeing experience for me. I work so hard and walk out bright red and drenched in sweat. I'm getting faster each time & my clothes are getting looser too which is def a plus. I like every instructor- it's like, whichever one I'm with feels like my favorite. I do have to give a shout out to instructor Eric though. He has such a fun, dance teacher, mood lifting vibe to him! He is a smile maker. You will no-doubt love his class. But you will definitely LOVE everything about Rebel. I thought the membership might be beyond my budget but I realized that if it's worth it to all of the fit & beautiful women to pay for this membership then I deserve it too dammit. This place is really cool. I've been doing everything from 24hr fitness, to CrossFit and some yoga. My wife invited me here. This is a refreshing change. I like Eric's class. Basically, if you want the best cycling workout of your life with the raddest group of women then I highly suggest you stop in. Each time I walk in I feel totally welcome and pumped to get started. This is one of the few gyms that isn't cliquey and gives a warm welcome to everyone. Every single person who works there is a rockstar. Each time you walk in you'll get a smile and a hello that's not fake or forced. They truly do rock. All the classes I have taken have pushed and challenged me in a good way. There was a time that I haven't felt I couldn't do it or couldn't keep pushing because of the motivation the instructors give you. I've found my new happy place. It's been forever since I've worked out (totally let myself go for a minute or a few years there), so when I was dragged to Rebel by another member I was not looking forward to it. As it turns out, this is the best thing I've done in a long time. I thought it would be just a leg workout; I was wrong, they work your whole body. I thought it would be boring; it's literally the most fun you will ever have working out. It's like a club on a bike for lack of a better description. I'd never been to a spin class before and still felt right at home and was shown the ropes before class started. Very accommodating for all. I love the class size, I love the dark room and the cold towels. I love that your body, mind and spirit are all exercised every class. I love that I can burn a million calories and feel like i just left a therapist's office at the same time. These instructors are world class; they are absolute pros but also some of the nicest people you'll meet with excellent customer service. My second visit they called me by name when i walked through the door and I thought there was something to be said about that level of attention to detail. After all my years of working out previously, all my workouts on active duty and all the things I've tried, literally no other workout has ever been this fun. Dare I say I actually enjoy going to work out; for the first time in my life it's a part of my day I truly look forward to instead of dreading it. There are people of every fitness level, no judgment and all motivation and positivity. Clean place and very nice and modern atmosphere. Did I mention awesome instructors? I did but it's worth reemphasizing. I switched from the last of my 10-visit punch card to a monthly unlimited membership today and I'm going to bed knowing it's the best money I will spend all month. Rates are more than reasonable for the return. Part of me knows they deserve this 5-star review and a hundred more, and part of me is sad that more people might discover this gem because of it. My entire household now has a membership, and for good reason. You've got to try it.
