I have to give an honest review about rebel. We moved here and kept the previous pool company ( Rebel) . They have been maintaining this pool for years. Our pool has grown algae multiple times and never looks clean. The owner doesn't seem to care about the algae because he keeps sending out guys that don't know what their doing . We decided to call some other companies. They ALL said pool has NO salt or chemicals in it and PH level was off . Our salt cell needs to be cleaned we were never told that because all this company does is skim the pool. We can do that ourselves . Now we may have to drain the pool and start from the beginning which we just did a year ago. I wouldn't use this company if you want a clean pool . So my pool company was out and told me I had a leak. They wanted a bunch of money to fix it. So I contacted my warranty company and low and behold they covered this part. Soooo happy with Steve the tech. Super nice and respectful. Seems to know his way around the equipment. Showed up and said an hour to fix and finished in less. I'll ask for this company again through my warranty company. A+ for them. read more

I can't say enough about how great this company was to us. Our pool pump went out and they came out on time to check things out. They didn't have the part on hand so we needed to wait till next day to get fixed/installed. Jason was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Amy kept us informed as to the status of the part and arrival of Jason the next day. They went way above and beyond and I will def use their services again. It was an emergency situation that left my Father's beautiful Summerlin home in shambles. My husband and I did a lot of the day-to-day things around the property. But when it came to the pool, we were clueless! The pool, unfortunately, became green and needed some attention asap. I found Rebel on Yelp and with one call Jason was able to offer me a great deal for month to month service. He came out the next day and got right down to work. He was very knowledgeable about our pool and spa and knew exactly what needed to be done. Within a day our pool looked dramatically different. This is not my favorite review by to write. I loved these guys. I had them for 10 years ( the original company I stated with was purchased by this group). They were always responsive took care of my pool and any issue. Up until November of 2021. They started just not showing, I was constantly calling and asking what's going on. Never a call from them telling me they had issues just no show. This continued and I kept calling to get them to come out and do basic pool maintenance. I never missed a payment however since the beginning of 2022 they missed 7 weeks of cleaning, never offered to reduce my payment for the weeks missed. I had a final call with them three weeks ago. It was a good call and since we're not home in the summer here in the valley I needed to make sure they were going to just do what I needed nothing more just the weekly maintenance. They were very apologetic and I trusted they would follow through. Well this week I get notification they were raising my rates by 45%. I had to cancel my service and move to another. If your going to pay $180-$200 per month for service my suggestion would be to trust another group. Somehow Rebel Pool has lost my trust and not sure I could recommend them to anyone. We just got a new home with pool and spa and the water was green. After looking all the reviews @ yelp I decided to call Rebel. The same day I got a groupon for 2 months of service. I called and Jason was very nice explain to me all and he came to my house a couple hrs later He start working right away. We had a problem with the pump and he got all the parts for us and fixed. Although I live out of state, I know I can count on my pool guy to do what I pay him to do. Have been using Rebel Pool & Spa for everything with our pool now for 6yrs now & realized we've never left a review for them. Jason, the business owner is possibly one of the nicest chaps you'll meet & delivers top notch care & service. We have a larger pool which was on the older side when we bought our house. With the age of the pool comes age related problems (pool pump, heater issues, lights dying etc). We've also had some unique challenges based on the way the spa was originally designed. Not only is this company reliable in providing an excellent weekly clean, but Jason always has responded to any concern or issue with the pool really fast & sorts out the issue very quickly and efficiently. Their costs are extremely reasonable & always gives comprehensive and honest guidance with regards to options for repairs & upgrades. The pump on our pool wasn't working properly and our Home Warranty company sent Rebel Pool &Spa to fix it. We were very impressed with all aspects of the company. Their customer service rep was very friendly and responsive. The tech first took pictures of the problem and came back a few days later and fixed it. I had a follow up question and one of the owners graciously stopped by and answered all my questions. They are very knowledgeable and upfront about all things pool service related. Absolutely unprofessional services! Moved into a house and the management company uses Jaosn and this company. We loved into the property 2 week ago. Jaosn and his company are suppose to service this address weekly. We moved in and the pool was empty by almost 2 ft. Where is Jaosn? The pump doesnt work. Where is Jason? The pool heater and spa heater dont work. Where is Jason? Obviously not here. Called Jason wed -thurs last week and I let him choose a time that would work for him. He chose tues 9-11. Let's just say 1130 comes and no call no show. So I took time off work and he doenst show. I call and he forgot we had an appointment and actually though I was calling about a different house. Anyways I still need my pool fixed AMD he proceeded to tell me he is not coming out that day and may not even make it out the next day. WTF? Kidding right. Contacted the management company and he lost this contract. Pathetic someone with no responsibility van run a business where people depend on him. Good luck if your working with this guy! read more

Well I have nothing good to say about rebel pools I have an older house and pool.... And their service was terrible I can put chlorine tablets in the water myself they don't vacuum or skim your pool... Or maybe I didn't get the full service because I'm not in an upscale neighborhood but however I am a paying customer... I no longer need their services and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.... read more
