We ordered three AYCE pancake and sausage plates, coffees, a kids' pancake, and a maple milkshake. Pro tip: skip sugar and add maple syrup to your coffee. Trust me! Moore's is only open during the maple tree tapping season. This year it is only late February to April 12th. Maple syrup aficionados have to wait a year to return for this pancake breakfast.

It was a cross between a Parker house and a crumpet. Delicious! The French onion soup was nicely toasted, with a cheese unknown in France: mozzarella.
