Used to be great, Mavis took ownership, replaced staff with predatory, liars…read more I replaced front struts and a ball joint on my car and took it in to them for alignment. They lifted it up and after some time, told me all my suspension was old and needed replaced or the alignment would fail, quoted me to replace the new struts I just added plus a bunch of other items that did not need to be replaced. If they even looked at them they would have seen the brand new KYB labels on them. They tried to get me for $thousands thinking I was stupid. Was I suppose to call them out as liars and thieves on the spot? I said oh, ok, i'll have to get that scheduled later and left. Mavis, Tire Kingdom should be avoided at all costs, they will lie to you, if your not knowledgeable they are scamming you. Read other Mavis location reviews, same behavior at all locations in the county.
