One of the best (hot) flat whites I have had in a long time from reborn. I stopped going for a while because it just wasn't hitting any more. However, I am very glad I gave it another chance. The young lady with blond hair was on bar and made my flat white perfect, the shots were pulled to perfection, weighed out properly most likely, the milk was steamed to a perfect temp, and the pour was so beautifully executed. Throughly made and obviously I am a coffee connoisseur and love when I pay for something this delightful. It's a joy to have a good flat white made for you just right. I love their blueberry matcha lattes! The barista recommended trying it with blueberry purée instead of powder, and it's absolutely delicious. I've been here at least three times now and really appreciate the great service. The line can get a bit long, but the baristas are always friendly and welcoming , especially the gentleman with glasses (Hunter) who takes my order on Saturday mornings and always makes small talk. The parking lot can be busy since it's shared with Whole Foods and other shops, but there's a nice outdoor seating area with plenty of sunshine. Came to Reborn on a cozy Sunday afternoon! There was a fair amount of people, but not too busy (maybe cause it was also Super Bowl Sunday haha) Was greeted immediately and there was a short line to order. The server was great at providing recommendations and my matcha was prepared quickly. When my matcha was given, the worker complimented my outfit, and she seemed overall friendly which was a nice touch! The ambiance is chill and relaxed, with some noise, but not too loud that you can't do some work. There is both indoor and outdoor seating as well. There is very limited flavor of syrups. If you want a pump of sweeter this venue is certainly not idea for those who are used to extra sugary or flavored coffee. When ordering a cold brew, you are presented with a few options on what kind of blend you want, me not being knowledgeable in coffee decided on the Ethiopian blend. As for the for the drinks they were good not great. the strawberry matcha didn't have that artificial strawberry taste most places have but the matcha flavor wasn't as strong as I hoped it to be. And this is what I get... a cup of matcha latte that is 1/3 empty! So this tells me that when I pay $7.25, I'm basically paying for a cup of ice.
