Located in the plaza with Whole Foods, Mendocino Farms, (across from) Slapfish, and etc. There is plenty of parking but make sure to be on the look out for green curbs (15 minutes) as compared to other spots where there is no limit. Not sure if they ticket or tow but it's better to be safe than sorry. 1 unisex restroom There isn't much seating inside so the best of luck trying to find seating indoors during a hot summer afternoon. There are a few seating areas outside with umbrellas but it still gets hot in the summer. One of the workers there allowed us to bring in 2 outdoor high chairs for the 3 of us as there was a high table available along with only 1 high chair. Before suggesting Reborn for our hangout, I had read a lot of mixed reviews about Reborn and came basically with an open mind. I agree with others where I think Reborn does have a lot of potential but they are not focusing on the right aspects of a successful coffee company. First off, their service is as slow as molasses. If not, even slower. There was 1 barista, 1 cashier/barista, 1 barista/cleaner. It seems like 3 people should be the right amount of staff to run a coffee shop but it was not. After ringing up the customer in front of me, the cashier immediately went to make drinks along with another barista. There was no acknowledgement of me or any "I will be ready to ring you up in a few after I make a few of these drinks..." or something along those lines. Literally, no acknowledgement whatsoever for over 5 minutes while I stood there patiently. A line of 5+ people started to line up after me. There is no way that I was invisible or could've been confused with someone who ordered. The barista did acknowledge people walking in the door with "Welcome to Reborn" but other than that, silence. Finally I was acknowledged and provided great service by Lauren. There is no milk or half & half provided on the condiments counter so one would need to ask the baristas for them. For a $5 large cold brew, I expected a better brand of half & half to be used. Nothing against First Street brand by Smart & Final but it really surprised me. I'm not saying that they need to purchase a super expensive brand but First Street brand? 1 large cold brew (Columbia) on tap 1 reg iced Jasmine(?) tea 1 reg iced Green tea Even for my friend who ordered the Jasmine tea, she was not asked which size or confirmed if she wanted it hot or iced. He assumed regular size hot tea. When he brought it out, she was surprised as she mentioned iced. He said that he would remake it but she was fine with just getting a cup of ice. But nope, he said he would remake it. It took another 10+ minutes. I am not sure what they are doing. They must be re-harvesting the tea and brewing it again. All jokes aside... It was just the unexpected. While we were enjoying our drinks, we noticed crowds of people but it seems due to the ebb and flow of ordering, many people did not order and left. It did not surprise us, but they are losing a lot of business. Summer Deal: BOGO Cold Brew concentrate (only 3 coffees offered - Columbia, Guatemala, I returned a few hours later because I had wanted to purchase the BOGO cold brew concentrate (Columbia, Guatemala). Such a good deal for $20! One drink in itself is already $5, but to have multiple servings for only $20! The glass bottle design, and the packaging does stand out but it does take them awhile to bottle the concentrate and to fold the boxes. One thing that did peeve me the most was that another customer who ordered AFTER me got his before me. For some reason, the other female barista kept giving the cold brew to him first. Excuse me? I ordered first. Some of the staff here does need to be trained or retrained. The customer service here is really give or take and if all the kinks are worked out, Reborn Coffee Roaster can excel with its untapped potential. They do offer cold brew flights and it would be great to try that one day as I do love a good cold brew on tap but may debate to spend my money elsewhere where customers are more appreciated. read more

Not going to lie, I was pretty excited to come here with my friend who is a coffee snob to try their cold brew flight. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype for me. Not a very good place to study. There's not a lot of places to sit inside and there's barely any outlets. Only 1 long table and then a few small tables that can barely fit anything. Plenty of outside seatings though but it was a super hot day so nobody wants to sit outside. Charcoal soft-serve: It's on the icy side but overall the flavor was delicious. I would order it again but without the weird yam chips. Cold-brew flight: Pretty good choice of cold brew available. They should use coffee ice instead of regular ice because the regular ice did dilute my coffee which kinda killed the flavor. Everything tasted good but their prices aren't really justifiable. I was so excited when this place opened. I saw interesting pictures and decided to try it. I went there on July 4, they did not have the milk soft serve (both sesame). I was so disappointed, but mistake happened. I went there again the next week and they had the milk soft serve. I got it with the cone. I went outside to sit and realized that my cone cracked (even before I got to taste the ice cream) and everything started dripping. I came back inside and told them that my cone cracked. The guy came to me after I called him and I told him the situation. He stared at me for a good 5 seconds before I asked if I could get a cup. The soft serve was okay, honeymee actually has better taste. The 3 stars actually for my first visit because they actually offered me any cookies or other things on the house even I decided not to take the offers, but the second visit, they could at least offer to make another cone since it wasn't my fault. I didn't mind if they took the first one and replaced it. This place is not cheap also, so at least give me a new cone. read more

I went to this place on a Sunday. Its a small place inside. They have and outside seating with a fire pit. I ordered the one of their flights. Their machine wasn't working so I got it for free. They were very nice and apologetic. Since their system was down, the drink tickets weren't print out. I give it a four star because one of the girls working there was making a flight and I asked if that was mine, she said yes. But I said no I ordered the rebornade flight. Her reply was oh with an eye roll. I understand if they were under stress because of the system problem but customer service should be a priority plus its not the customers fault the system is down. After waiting 10 minutes for the flight I got it and took it outside. It was amazing! Each one had a different unique taste to it. I loved it!
