When it started getting hot, I realized that I had an ant problem in my kitchen and master bathroom. I called my regular pest control guy, and he told me to call Recon. Tyler came out, and quickly showed me where the entry point was, and treated all around the outside. He did a couple of spot treatments where I had problems inside, and told me if I still had a problem after 3-4 days, that I should give him a call and he'd come back. My ant problem went away. Our compliments to everyone at Recon Pest Control. This is a well run company with great people and excellent service. Previously we had them come out just once a year, but that really wasn't enough so we signed up for the yearly service. Tyler, the owner, provided the service originally and he was great - kind, thorough, and professional. Ryan, who came a month ago and again yesterday, is excellent as well. He is so meticulous and spends a lot of time cleaning cobwebs and spraying. He is very nice, reliable, and friendly. We appreciated that he called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. We had SO many spiders outside of our house, everywhere. Side of the house, backyard, front walkway, once it got dark they would all come out and i would get paralyzed with fear every time i had to come home at night. We tried spraying ourselves with very little success. We asked Tyler to come spray and he was beyond helpful. He confirmed my fear, we were infested. Although no one ever wants to need to call an exterminator, if you do need to call one, Tyler is your guy. He is personable and takes time to explain what he's doing, he's an animal lover (so the products he uses are safe for animals), and he makes sure to provide service in a timely manner.
