Well, they called that afternoon, had it figured out and fixed - but wanted to keep it overnight just to make sure it was good to go. Fine by us, the wind was howling and we didn't want to on the road anyway. Got it the next morning, ran great, and made it home just fine. Looking at some of the other rediculous 1-star reviews, I want to say that I got the advertised price, as another review said, thier interest rate was high, and mis-leading. Must be a first time buyer, dealership advertised price has nothing to do with your personal loan (dealership might help you get a loan, but that is from a different party). I bought a USED vehicle, so I EXPECT there to be somethings wrong, scratches, etc. I went in PERSON to expect the vehicle, as in another review, the guy had the vehicle delivered to him and he wasn't happy of the condition of the USED vehicle...ITS USED. Yea, might be nice if the washed it, double check the lights and all, but it is on ME for being too lazy to pick up the vehicle or my fault that I don't have the time due to work or other reasons. ITS A USED VEHCILE. Eventhough they should disclosed if the plates were out of state, I PERSONALLY checked the status of the plates, and I DOUBLE checked the VIN number because I am NOT LAZY to check things. It is easy for a sales person to forgot to mention something, or to pull the paperwork on the wrong vehicle. I am not LAZY and CARELESS, I checked all the paper worked and used my mouth to asked questions. Otherwise, please read the other negetive reviews carefully. Also want to say, in this part of the state, nobody really writes reviews, and I can tell this places doesn't care about reviews because of thier local reputation. In all, just read the 1 star reviews with and use common sense about the review. My sales rep was Marty, and I appreaciate the owner for approving the finance person to go ahead with my paperwork while waiting on my bank to approve the loan.

I called the Honda dealer in Chico and they hemmed and hawed about me bringing my bike in even though I was pretty sure what the problem was. So I called Statix Motorsports and explained my situation about needing to get on the the road again quickly. They said, "Bring her in, we'll do the best we can to get you back on the road soon." When I arrived at Statix with the tow truck, Seth greeted me immediately and helped me unload the bike. He then jumped on the phone and tracked down a stator, regulator/rectifier, gasket, and a new battery for my 15 year old Honda VFR800. Seth then gave me a ride to my hotel after I couldn't find a cab. To further help out, he gave me the name of a local bar (The Downtown Ale House) where he thought I could score a gig. The owner Francisco booked me on the spot! I played the show and who shows up? The ENTIRE staff of Statix! They sat and cheered as I played and after I finished we all hung out and told bench racing stories. The owner Anthony is an amazing and animated guy, and his team is laid back yet professional. Once the parts arrived (Seth picked them up in person to save me a day) my bike was fixed the same day. I cannot say enough about Statix Motorsports. They are a great group of guys that love music and motorcycles. I'm touring alone for #poppoveramerica so it's nice to run into a small local business that every person employed still cares about quality and customer service! Thanks again Statix !

First it was waiting for parts, then it was "really busy". Then it was fixed but when we got it home it had the same problem. We took it back and after another 4 weeks we picked it up and said never mind. Got the part in 3 days and had it fixed the same day. Less playing music and more motorcycle fixing mught be the answer.
