I went to Red Carpet earlier today. There was hardly any line and I was pleased that my car was finished within 15 mins. I paid for a full-service car wash. But to my surprise my carpets were still on the seat and not put back in their proper place. Items were displaced and the interior was not properly vacuumed and wiped down. I still saw remnants of dirt and fingerprints were on my mirrors. The interior was not properly wiped to my satisfaction. I pulled over on the side (still in the parking lot) and cleaned the interior myself. I was disappointed that no one ever asked me to look around/inside the car to check if everything looked at least decent. I went home to vacuum what I supposedly paid for when I purchased the full service car wash. I am a regular customer, but will not be back at this location. Red carpet is probably as good as it gets for a relatively fast and cheap car wash. I say relatively fast as sometimes you can't get out of there in less than an hour. However they do notify you before hand if its going to be that long. Ive never been impressed by their wash but the car does come back clean they just arent detailed. I use the membership and get it washed on a weekly basis so its very inexpensive. It comes to around $9 a wash with their membership. Overall they get a 4 star for value and convenience. read more

I took my car in to be washed, yesterday. What I had forgotten was that I had left a couple hundred dollars in the ashtray. I hadn't wanted to carry that much cash around while shopping. Used to go there all the time for my oil change on my 2012 Ford Focus. now they're charging $10to remove a skid plate which is basically an extra 5 bolts to remove. I think that's a rip off they've definitely lost my business read more

Worst car was ever....over priced....in a hurry to leave Went on 5.7.2012 around 5pm and seemed like they just wanted to leave work and get my truck done as fast as they could. After last time i was there (about a month) they forgot to roll up my back window so the entire backseat was wet then they rolled it up and send it back through the car wash. I was there for over a hour and decided enough was enough and needed to leave, got my truck which was still dirty (so they said sorry and heres a car wash on us) Now i go back and when they said they are done i start a walk around and it was dirty on the inside and out.....they vacuumed the mats but didnt seem like they took it them out to vacuum under them, streaks from the halfbutt try to clean the windows dash looked like it was gone over with a dry cloth and just left marks instead of cleaning, the inside of the doors still had dirt in them i asked for new car and i got that plastic smell like youd get after you open up a plastic McDonalds happy meal toy and get a headache cause it smells so bad. ON the outside water streaks all over, my tonneau cover was still dirty (didnt look like it went through a car wash) they didnt even tried to wipe it down (till i told them to) break dust still on my rims, bugs still all over the front of the truck......the kids down the street could do a better job with a bucket of water and paper towels For what you pay for and what you get, take it somewhere else or do it yourself, Seems like they are in it for the $$$ and to get as many cars done as quick as they can. read more

We've been bringing our cars here off and on for years, and as far as car washes go, we've always been happy. This particular location is always very busy during peak car wash season, so expect to wait awhile even if you decide to do a ride-&-shine. The reason I give them four stars instead of five is that they are a bit pricey compared to other car washes, and there are a few amenities I've wanted them to add, and even asked about several times over the years. For example, I like to tip, but I don't always have cash handy, so I'll buy a soda or something and try to get cash back. They don't do that. They should, or at least have an ATM on premise. I'm sure their employees would appreciate it. Instead, they offer the option of buying a snack or Gatorade for your attendant. Nice gesture, but let's face it - that doesn't pay their bills. I always feel like a cheapskate when I have to go that route. I know that if I were busting my hump out there and ended up getting my third Gatorade in an hour, I'd strongly reconsider my employment... Also, as silly as it sounds, other car washes throw in little things like the paper, paper floor mats or trash bags for your car. When I'm spending $30+ for a car wash, these little cheap things make a difference. The popcorn while I wait is nice, but it's really cool to step into your clean car at other car washes and see these little details to customer service. All that said, Red Carpet does a great job, and I've always been happy with how they treat my vehicles. I will continue to take my cars to them to get cleaned if in the neighborhood and in need of a clean. Would I recommend them? Sure... read more

I love how they Hand Dry my car after it goes through. They also always do a good job vacuuming at the beginning of the wash. Sometimes it takes a little bit longer than I'd like when they're busy. Always nice people at the intake part. By far the easiest car wash in town. read more

I paid for the upgrade and asked to take special attention to the back because my dogs hair was abundant as well as sand from our most recent vacation. She said to put the sticky note she handed me on the rear view mirror. They told me my car was ready and I wanted to check the back to make sure it received the extra attention, sure enough they didn't even vacuum it. The poor girl looked embarrassed, it wasn't her fault that they didn't vacuum it but before I released a car back to someone expecting a tip I would make sure it was super clean so that I could show them to keep something like this from happening. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I come back because it's convenient but I think I will start going to Jack's Car Wash from now on. It's a little out of the way but they sure do pay attention to detail. What's happened here and they want to raise minimum wage, with care for your job like this, this is why it will never get passed. read more

I do not recommend taking your car here. I paid $28 for a full service wash. When I got in my car I could see dust on the vents, front panel and more. When I told the manager he was not apologetic, but asked if I had a few minutes so they could go over the inside. Was here over 30. read more

I came in for an oil change this morning and they try to up sell constantly, my last oil change was November and I was told I needed an additive for $27 because I had waited too long between oil changes. This place does a half assed job and The customer service is trash. Don't waste your money on a place where they are rude and too busy to deal with customers. The older lady with the blondish brownish hair was incredibly rude and was just trying to get us out of her way and Pretty much telling us to leave and go to a different place. Drove into Clovis from Sanger to have my Jeep washed for a road trip. I was greeted by a pleasant young man who told me about the different washes and asked if anything needed special attention. The lady who took my payment was pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately my experience went downhill from there. The young woman drying my vehicle worked very slowly and was not through at all. At one point she walked away from my truck. I waited over 10 minutes and then walked over to my vehicle to see if it was done. The young woman came over and said it was done. I asked why she hadn't let me know and she argued that she had. I was watching quite carefully and she did not. There were many water spots all over the vehicle. The interior was only partly cleaned and I could see streaks on the seats and dashboard. There was still dirt on the floors and crumbs in the cup holder and around the emergency brake. I had to finish cleaning my Jeep after I got home despite paying almost $30 to have it done. Totally not worth my time and money. read more

Very disappointed with Red Carpet Car Wash! I have been coming to the Blackstone location for 30+ years. I have had many detail jobs done over the years and the one I had yesterday was so bad I will never come back. I made an appointment and was there at 8:00 am. The man in charge said it would be done at 12:00. Then he said he would ozone my interior for free but that would take till 3:00. No problem I said and went home. I showed up at 2:45 and it was not even close to being done. No one was even working on it until they saw me standing there looking at it. Then all of a sudden four people are working on it. They told me 30 min and they would be done. It wasn't done until 4:14. This was the basic detail, they never even had time to ozone it. I spoke to a manager and told him I was not happy about it being four hours late and he offered to take $50.00 off the $250.00 price. I accepted his offer but when I got to the cashier they wouldn't give me the coupon price so they really didn't take off much at all. Once I got home I could see many marks on the paint where it wasn't buffed out properly and stains on the seats that came off with a rag and some 409. The seat were supposed to be treated with leather conditioner which obviously didn't happen. I guess things have gone really down hill and I warn everyone to stay away! read more

Geno is so organized, professional, and overall an amazing human who is ready to lend a helping hand and offer encouragement or advice. Geno always keeps it calm and civil and handles any difficulties with customers in such a patient and understanding manner. Geno is the best manager in the world. Cole, the assistant manager, wastes no time being a help and is on top of EVERYTHING. There is never a disorganized day with Cole managing and no one will ever find a greater assistant manager than the infamous Cole Johnson. Tim and Concessa, the two supervisors, are beyond extraordinary. Concessa is always so helpful and patient and Tim is full of life and character and wants nothing than organization and an upbeat atmosphere. Both supervisors are generous and incredible people. I really don't understand why I keep going back after all these years. I asked the guys to please make sure it was vacuumed really good, it wasn't, they asked any specific area you want them to pay attention to, I asked for the cup holders and center console. Well that wasn't cleaned right. I had a big spot in my passenger side door that was very noticeable that I had to ask them to clean, I asked for the rag myself to clean areas that weren't done. They cleaned 2 rims and not the other two. After I left I noticed they didn't clean any of the windows, I still had marks from the suction cups of my radar on my front window. The list goes on and on. I guess I'll just start taking my car elsewhere now. I've completely given up on red carpet car wash from now on. read more

The service here is pretty good but management or the owner really needs to stop being so cheap and bring more people to work to dry off your cars faster. Cars pile up in the sun with nobody on them. On several occasions, I have had to leave with my car wet with no paid for tire shine or get a towel and start drying my own car. We pay for a service not to wait for over an hour to get your car dried. This issue isn't just an occasional thing, it's almost everytime. The owners might want to go observe Vintage Car Wash in Modesto to see how it's done. I moved from Modesto to Clovis and Vintage Car Wash knows how to run a car wash smoothly from start to finish. Ive been taking my mustang to this car wash since I bought it in 2006. out front detail people are the best. I will never go back here due to the actions of a few that like to play games with the order that the cars come in. they have done this to me before by sending cars around me that came in after me. one time I tried to prevent them from doing this by pulling up all the way so the attendant couldn't do it so he just told the vacumn guys to let my car sit for awhile to get even while I watched him do from the front. several weeks ago I had the kid do it to me again and I told the cashier that was the last time that was gonna happen. The Shaw and Willow location does a terrible job at washing cars! I will never go back to that place. They really need to train their employees how to do their jobs right, especially the ones that do the interior cleaning, they left the interior of my car more dirty than when I took it in for a wash. They smeared their dirty towel and left streaks of who-knows-what all over the dashboard. read more
