Went in for an express car wash, thinking that it wouldn't be the exceptional car wash that you pay more for, however, it was not work my time to visit here. I took my car through, the workers were surprised that my car wasn't even washed they sent me through a second time. Of course same problem, my car wasn't washed, allowed to dry with dirt. I arrived at 8:32am. There is literally 1 other car in the lanes to be vacuumed. 21 minutes later my car finally went through the wash process. Keep in mind I washed my car 4 days ago. I should be out of here but at this rate I will be here at least another 20 minutes. i went there yesterday. The attendant asked if I wanted the wax, he said it was $64.95. I said yes. He then said do you want your plastic done also? I asked if that was covered with the $64.95, he said no. He said for $11.00 more dollars they would do the plastic inside and out. I paid $77.38 total expecting a clean, waxed car. When it was ready, the floor mats were not vacuumed. I was told that was extra. I complained to three different managers. They finally washed and vacuumed the floor mats. They never did the plastic inside the car. I should have been told about all the charges before the service. I paid them $77.38 plus $10.00 tip. Normally when I go an okay job is done, good enough for what I need. I waited way too long this time with an insane amount of dog hair I was just avoiding. From Chris, the guy who checks you in and always asks if there's anything that needs special attention, to the people who vacuum, and to the people who dry and do the final cleaning on the car, they are all very professional, extremely courteous, and genuinely friendly. I have been a Premium member for several years and every time I come I get a little more disappointed in the service. From the clerk checking you in then placing you in the wrong line so three cars that were originally behind you or not in front of you. Virtually every time they are understaffed. By the time my truck is ready it has water spots from sitting in the sun for 15 minutes before anyone gets a towel on it. Then if u bring the issue to the attention of the staff they look at you as if u r asking for their first born child. I remember when I first started the employees and especially the management appreciated your business. Now it's like they r doing u a favor. Inside seating area the floors are filthy and need regular cleaning at least sweep it throughout the day. Need a lot more seating inside of the waiting area. The floors and dash of my car have a lot of crumbs and particles left over even after their cleaning. The trunk not vacuumed though found out later that I have to open trunk for them and tell them. As a new customer I assumed they would just open trunk and vacuum it without having me ask. They did fix these things so that is good that they are willing to fix but takes additional time for customer. I had gone to jack's car wash on cedar and they at least did these things. Also the one place that used to be at Willow & Nees did a good job, but now it is self service for vacuuming, now that it is different name. read more

Just a warning that the entry machine at Red Carpet at 801 W. Shaw often does not work. This last time, their kind Manager Jessie had to help me and another customer with the machine. Every time it happens, I am frustrated and the customers waiting behind me are too. During a visit at this location the vacuum took a button from my window controls. I noticed it after leaving yet didn't call to complain. My following visit I only warned to be careful not to suck up any buttons because the rest were loose following my past visit. I did not complain nor ask for compensation yet the assistant manager took it upon himself to have the window controls replaced at no charge to me. It required replacement of the entire mechanism and without delay it was indeed replaced. This my friends is exceptional customer service. This was my very first time coming to this location as I have noticed it's always busy here and assumed I was going to have a good experience, unfortunately it will be my last. I typically wash my own vehicle at home, but thought I would splurge and give this place a shot. I decided to go all out and get their full service platinum plus package for $33.99.....it was just alright. There was nothing really special about this package that made me feel like $34 bucks was worth a full service car wash. My windows had streaks and the car was still dripping water even after they hand towel dried it. If you're pressed for time or don't value your vehicle enough to wash it yourself, then I guess this is the place for you. Just went in today for a conventional oil change and the guy there tried to tell me my 2019 Nissan Altima only takes synthetic oil and what was supposed to be a $45.99 oil change was going to be $110.00 I tried to tell him I usually get synthetic blend and he proceeds to say that my engine was going to mess up if he did that & he never heard of someone making that type of oil for my car come on this car is one of the most common models in production, so it stands to reason that the recommended oil inside would also follow suit. And there was road dirt/film left on the lower sides of my car doors. These were only sorta' done.
