I was pretty disappointed with this location They usually do a pretty good job at other locations. It was my first time taking my brand new car to this Red Carpet. When we pulled up, Mike S. helped us. We were very glad he greeted us. He explained the different plans, he even showed us which clipboard to save us money. After my car was "dried" I had to wait around to get my keys... The lady that dried my car took my paper/receipt marked it then didn't say anything and walked off. I had to ask for a towel to dry my own car off in several areas... There was a hand print and many smudges on my car. We didn't even want to tip them. I drove away and noticed my screen wasn't wiped, bird crap all over windshield still and cupholders weren't vacuumed or wiped. I could understand if they were busy but only 3 cars in the place. Spent $81 for a car wash, exterior wax and interior detail. Specifically asked them not to use the high gloss interior treatment on the disk & ford, but the did anyway. Then many parts of the exterior still had un-buffed wax on the finish and the wax they used was junk. Low gloss finish. Not sure how the accomplished that. Any other car wash in the area would charge half that amount and get a much better result. I took it back the next day and pointed out all the issues. They attempted to remedy the high gloss interior treatment, but still ended up with shiny, greasy look. They didn't do a thing to fix the poor exterior waxing job. I will not be back. I had the monthly membership until recently. About a month ago the car wash ripped off my roof racks. So be very careful if you have roof racks. My car was brand new, months old, and had dealer installed roof racks. They were ripped off, dragged across the top of my car, creating damage to the paint and damage to the roof racks. I've been here three times and each time I've gotten the most expensive wash (around 28 bucks, I think), and each time the experience has been the same. You know how some people think if you ignore a problem it'll go away? That's the approach they take here. I let my kids eat in the car, so there is always an abundance of crumbs to be found. After the car wash...still crumbs everywhere, including my cup holders where there weren't crumbs before. It's a classic case of crumb redistribution. I thought my 28 bucks was to make those crumbs disappear, not just relocate them. I drive a jeep, which makes for a super-buggy front windshield. They do a great job at getting all the bugs off, but I guess to make sure my eyes aren't negatively impacted by the sudden change in view, they replace each bug with two water spots. They also cover the other windows with water spots, too, just to be safe, I guess. Their air freshener technology is also amazing. They are able to match the smell of your car so closely that you would swear they didn't use any air freshener at all. It's amazing! I don't have a stinky car, but if I'm paying 28 bucks I would like my car to smell like something nice, the way they say it will. Probably the coolest thing is that with the $28 wash you can return within 7 days and they'll do the same outstanding job of not washing your car again for free! Wow! I've never had another hour to burn within a week, so I've never gone back to take advantage of this exciting offer. If all of this sounds good to you, then head to Red Carpet. If you want to save some money, for the low price of only $20, I will spray your windows with a garden hose, park your car somewhere, and then come wave a towel at you an hour later. I will admit that I got the basic car wash, but expected the inside of the car to get a wipe down (it was only vacuumed) so I think maybe the $20.00 wash doesn't include the wipe down. But besides all that, I was told they could clean the residue from a sticker that the dealership puts on the driver side window when you purchase a car. I guess the employee who went to clean the residue didn't realize I had a tint on my window (it is a pretty dark tint) and they used a razor blade, which took my tint off. The employee was honest and came and told me right away, but I am still very upset because now I will need to re-do my tinting. The guy asking what packages you want was all "What do you want?" Like really I've never been here. That should of been the first red flag and I should of just drive off. I received the hand wax on Monday and Tuesday morning could not find my gate remote ANYWHERE! So I called and spoke with Melinda who was not there on Monday but reassured me that the manager Geno was very good at finding things in cars and to come in right away. So I did - there was a nice young man( I didn't catch his name) who checked the security cameras to see if it has fallen out. Geno did a very thorough check threw my car and finally found it tucked up under the mat and the dash! Saved my day and alot of hassel trying to get a new one! THE WORST!! They scratched my car in multiple places one is very bad. Called out the manager immediately and he pretended to check his machines. I don't think the machines did it I think the lazy workers dropping rags into the rocks then picking them up and using it did it. I am 100% sure the scratches were not there because I had just had my car at Toyota and by walk around and cameras they were sure I left them without scratches especially the bad one. I have video proof. Clovis Toyota and Red Carpet are right next to each other so clearly I didn't scratch it in between the two. I paid for the "best" wash and an extra $8.00 for them to polish the inside and external plastic and wheels. They left my vehicle sitting for about ten minutes before they even started drying it so most of the water had already dried and covered my vehicle with water spots. They did a poor job on the glass so there were a lot of water spots. They missed a lot of internal stuff that was supposed to be polished and wasn't. Pretty disappointed with the service... It took them 20 minutes and I still had to ask to vacuum once again and bug marks were still on the front of my vehicle. And to top it off I had to clean my own front window. This car wash is always packed so I decided to see what all the buzz was about. Got the $28.99 package and overall the car looks really good, though small details were skipped like the dust on odd angles on the dash and side doors. It's super busy here so I get it. It doesn't look like the trunk vacuuming was included (maybe that's my mistake for thinking it would be), and there are some tough bug spots still on the front bumper, but much less than when using the surf thru drive through car wash down the street. Overall 4/5 for the wash, 5/5 for the service. The attendants are very helpful and courteous, even though I noticed 2 separate very rude customers in the short time I was there, the employees were still very polite. I can see the attention to detail the staff puts into every car, but watching them literally RUN from car to car makes me sad because I don't think anyone should have to move that fast just to work on someone's car. I went there today around 10am . The first guy that wrote down the paper was very rude and argue with me that the other car was before me. That was fine . The rudest thing was he lied and said it was 1 1/2 hours wait and said "Do you want to wait 1 1/2 hours" In fact they have lot is empty spaces where they usually dry out your cars. I don't know about you Yelper. But I have a principal. If something is $20.99. And I gave $21 with the way I do math I should get one cent back. So the cashier tells me it's $21. I took my car into Red Carpet today and asked for a wash and wax and for them to pay extra attention to the wheels which were quite dirty. I watched as the guy "waxed" my car and the gal cleaned the inside and the wheels. I already had a bad feeling. They just seemed to be wiping it down - not really cleaning it. I saw the guy apply the wax to the rag just once. Sure enough they waved the rag and hollered that it was ready. So I spoke to the gal about the poor wax job and she said that the guy was her supervisor. So I asked to speak with him. He argued with me that this is how they are taught to wax - they apply three 4" lines of wax on the rag and spray the rag with water. He showed this to me. I asked him why the water was blue. I opened the spray bottle of "water" and smelled it - it was windex. They are mixing wax with windex - I guess to make it go farther! This is not how to properly wax a car. I made him fix it. Then I looked at the wheels and they were still filthy - they had not given them any extra care, even though they had charged me an additional $8 for this. I also made them properly clean the wheels. They acted like I was being difficult but when I pay $71.99 for a wash and wax I expect them to do it right. When I got home I noticed that they had not vacuumed the trunk even though I left it open for them and discussed it when I exited the car. Extremely poor service. I will never return. Took my wife's car in for a wash was hesitant at first because I usually hand wash my own car but this time I needed a good, quick, quality service. I was greeted by Joey who was very personable and I wanted to get a nice shine on the interior so I chose the prime int and ext package. GREAT value! After the wash I believe I spoke to Geno who was actually the car wash manager. As a manager he was even out there helping his team out! I was amazed by the good service and quality of work. Wow that was super disappointing. I have been pulling away from red carpet car wash because they have not been pretty awful lately and this last visit was the last straw. The car on the outside was OK but they used rotten spoiled rags to clean the inside and they only cleaned it for about one minute (I was surprised how quickly he waved me over and when I looked inside I realized why). He didn't do anything. I had spilled smoothie accidentally all over my front passenger car seat and the dashboard in front of it and they didn't touch it. When I pointed it out to him because it was honestly the most obvious mess that I actually made (which is why I went to red carpet in the first place) they just left it there and when he saw it he was like "oh yeah...". I never talk to managers because I don't like being that person but I thought I would at least tell him not to not let them use spoiled towels because my car reeks now and I'm having to air it out. He half hearted apologized and asked if I wanted to come back for a free car wash and I said I would decline because I don't wanna have to go through that again. But you'd be better off going through surf through car wash and just doing it yourself anymore...That was appalling. And for $20 plus a $6 tip? Never again.
