My largest items were a couch, king-size bed and bed frame, TV, and a four-person dining table. Everything else fit into just 9 large moving boxes after they packed my belongings. I was also moving only one mile away. At their quoted rate of $185 per hour for three movers, I expected the job to be completed within their 3-hour minimum, or maybe 4 hours at most. To be fair, the movers packed everything carefully, and nothing was damaged. The office staff also communicated well whenever I called. The problem was the amount of time it took. The move ended up taking 7 hours, which I simply cannot understand. Five hours into the job, the crew was still packing, so I called the office to express my concerns. Their explanation was that my apartment had three flights of stairs. While I understand that stairs add time, I don't believe they justify turning what should have been a relatively small move into a seven-hour job. Even accounting for the stairs, I would have expected 4 hours, maybe 5 at the absolute most. Instead, I ended up paying around $1,600 for a move that covered just one mile. I walked away feeling like the job took much longer than it should have and that I was being billed for unnecessary time. If you're considering EcoMovers LV, be aware that this was my experience. While they did a good job packing my belongings and the office communicated professionally, the overall cost and time made me feel like I was being milked for every billable hour. I would not use them again, and I hope this review helps others know what to watch out for before booking.

Before choosing a moving company, I did a lot of research and spoke with several different companies. Although Level 15 wasn't the absolute cheapest hourly rate I was quoted, they were still very, very affordable compared to the other companies I researched, and they were by far the best overall value. One of the things that really stood out to me was how straightforward their pricing is. Their fees are very simple and easy to understand, with only about four basic charges. There weren't a bunch of confusing additional fees or unexpected add-ons. Several of the other moving companies I contacted charged separately for moving materials, individual heavy items, and even each item that needed to be disassembled. Those additional charges can add up very quickly. With Level 15, everything was much more straightforward, and I knew exactly what I was paying for. Tommy, Ryan, and Johnny truly worked their butts off! They were kind, courteous, professional, and very, very efficient. You could immediately tell that they were knowledgeable and experienced when it came to moving, handling furniture, and figuring out the best way to get everything moved safely and efficiently. They worked so efficiently that they actually finished our move within the estimated time. Even better, our final bill ended up being LESS than what we were originally quoted! Another huge plus is that Level 15 does not require a deposit. You only pay for the actual time that your movers spend completing your move. So even if your initial estimate is for a higher amount, you're not automatically stuck paying that amount. In our case, because Tommy, Ryan, and Johnny were so efficient, we ended up paying less than our estimate. I really appreciated that. They were also able to disassemble our furniture and then reassemble it once we arrived at the new property, which was incredibly helpful and took a lot of stress off of us. One thing to note is that, for liability reasons, they aren't able to rehang or reassemble items that need to be bolted or secured directly to the wall. That was completely understandable and did not negatively affect our experience whatsoever. Moving is already stressful enough, and this team genuinely made the entire process so much easier for us. They worked incredibly hard from beginning to end while remaining kind, courteous, and professional the entire time. I really can't say enough wonderful things about Tommy, Ryan, and Johnny. They were an amazing team, and I'm so glad we chose Level 15 Moving. Between their affordable pricing, straightforward fees, efficiency, professionalism, and the quality of service we received, I truly feel like we got an excellent value. I would absolutely use Level 15 Moving again and will be reaching out to them for any future moving needs. I reached out 2 days prior to our scheduled move to confirm that everything was still good on their end and they said they were no longer able to accommodate the originally scheduled move date due to truck issues -- understandable but only getting notice 2 days before our move was stressful -- and I had to reach out to confirm. We had already scheduled time off from work, packed, scheduled other vendors based on the original move date with Vegas-Moving. Ah-ha! They were able to accommodate us on our original scheduled date. Great! But wait... the night BEFORE the scheduled move (around 8pm?), the business calls me and tells me, again, they were not able to do our original date AGAIN and had to postpone the next day but he'll be able to give us 10% off... ok... At this point my husband and I had no choice but since we were worried we wouldn't be able to find another mover at such a last minute notice. Imagine the stress we were feeling. We had already stored our food in coolers and turned off our refrigerators, prepping for move. So you can imagine the waste we had to go through because of this additional day delay. Day of, they were all nice folks. Straight to work. And then.. time. It took a long long time. About 11 hours of work to move our 5 bedroom home to the new home. We had already packed all of our belongings and what was left was all the big bulk furniture that had to be put into their truck. They spent most of their time WRAPPING every single piece of furniture with blankets and shrink wrap. Every. Single. Piece. On top of that, if I ever needed to get in touch with the owner, all of a sudden their phone line wasn't working. There was NO WAY to get in touch with the movers during the way. The line that was originally provided to make calls/schedules/etc., all of a sudden, didn't work -- so it was hard to get a hold of the team when they were 'on their way' to the new home. Turns out they took a lunch break, which is fine! but I didn't know. It would have been nice to be notified. Anyways... it was already hour 11 and my husband and I had another event to attend at 8PM. They started at 9:15AM. We didn't' expect this to take all day (we've moved before using other companies..) We had to have my brother in law come over and actually watch our house and the movers finally complete the move. A couple of days later, I noticed deep scratches on our fridge freezer handle. I contacted them on Aug 10 and they responded in a timely manner (Aug 12) and said they were going to replace the handle for us. Great! Happy to hear. Crickets. I contacted them again on Aug 13, then again on Aug 28, and again Sept 1. Not a peep to fix the damage they caused on my fridge handle. So I guess I'm left with damage to my fridge. Anyways, I would probably not go with them again. I thought I can trust reading all the reviews here saying they are fast and efficient but I had the opposite experience. Also not very reliable with their communication and unreliable on following a booking. I will pass for next time and hire elsewhere.

I have moved items from the West Coast to East Coast and back several times over the years. Zippy Shell gave me confidence that my belongings would arrive without issue (and it did). I initially signed a contract with a full, comprehensive moving service, but after hours wasted on multiple phone calls/no-shows, I ended up cancelling the service due to lack of reliability and trustworthiness from their staff. In contrast, the Zippy Shell agent on the phone worked to make the service perfect for what were important to me: budget and reliability. I wish I could remember the name of the first person that helped me at Zippy Shell in the Customer Care team. He was fantastic and gave me the confidence to go sign the agreement that day even though it was not the cheapest quote I had received. There are always little hiccups (e.g. the Zippy Shell and Pack Rat systems don't seem to play nice), but Zippy Shell has been fantastic overall!
