This was going to be a very good trip. Obviously this place is a winery, but they have decided to get into beer too. I think the woman told us that they are still pretty new to brewing, but there is nothing wrong with that. They aren't even on the VT beer map. That just makes coming here that much more enjoyable. It is like you are getting in on the ground floor of a stock that you know will make you a ton of money. The setting here seemed very genteel to me. I think there might have been some doilies. If not, there should have been. They have a tasting. You can do wine, or you can do beer. Or maybe you can do both. We did beer. A few they had to taste were a Ginger Wheat (bought a growler of that), an IPA and a Double IPA. For a pretty new brewery they were all very good.

Should be called disco fries not poutine fries. Biggest minus we encountered was the awful stench in the parking lot and on the patio occasionally depending on the wind. I mean come on ! This has to be addressed !!! Can't eat and drink in sewer stench. People covering their noses in parking lot on the way in is not ideal :) Get a pro and fix this asap ! Been here three times and the beer is seriously great! One of the very few microbreweries that makes pilsners. This last time we went (Feb '24) they had TWO Pilsner styles and both were fantastic. Decor is a little sparse- They have this awesome bar with a big mirror woodwork, etc (that I hear they salvaged from another place) and it's empty. The venue itself was very nice, open and airy, the food was great and from what I can tell standard menu items, set up to be catered. The beer, cold and delicious and staff friendly. One cool thing that I learned is their gratuity system is set up to help local non profits and charities, with a new charity receiving all (possibly a portion) of the tips. A very thoughtful way to help the local communities!
