Their new location in North Hudson is huge and wonderful. Coincidentally, I just realized after reading my previous review that we were here this time on their twelfth anniversary, July 26th. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, PB! Being in Schroon Lake for a memorial visit, it seemed reasonable to travel another twelve miles north to pay PB a visit before returning home. Their parking lot was almost full at 7:30 on a Saturday night. It was amusing to notice the car license plates from so many different states (Canada is still understandingly boycotting the US). There being a 20 to 30 minute wait for a table, we managed to snag two unreserved stools at the bar. I chose to request a Paradox Helles (German style pale lager) while my wife went with a Ginger Hibiscus Cider. Both were excellent. While my wife munched on a House Made Pretzel, I thoroughly enjoyed a Pulled Pork sandwich with a side of spicy coleslaw and potato chips. I dumped the coleslaw (which I didn't find spicy at all) on top of the pulled pork and really enjoyed the combined flavors, textures, and tenderness of the pork on the toasted brioche roll. It was messy but delicious. Their pizzas looked good as I saw them pass by. Next visit may need to be on a weekday when they are less likely to be so busy. Service was excellent considering how busy they were.

We came for lunch and had chicken tenders, a hot dog and a chicken ceasar wrap. Everything was delish, and there are plenty of kid-friendly options. Beer is always fab (as expected) and they have a huge variety. They don't sell as much in cans unfortunately, but there are a few flavors available if you want to purchase some to take home. Service is always friendly, and they keep the calendar packed with fun events and live music. Overall this is a Bolton Landing favorite and we always look forward to visiting.

We had a very pleasant time sipping and chatting. Jane got a sampler, as per her usual, this time all dark beers. She particularly liked the Gingerbread Stout and Long Beard's Oatmeal Stout. The venue itself was very nice, open and airy, the food was great and from what I can tell standard menu items, set up to be catered. The beer, cold and delicious and staff friendly. One cool thing that I learned is their gratuity system is set up to help local non profits and charities, with a new charity receiving all (possibly a portion) of the tips. A very thoughtful way to help the local communities!

Sometimes they have a food vendor come in or in the summer, they have the open area across from the brewery to enjoy for outdoor enjoyment (aka beer garden) where you can also bring your dog. From a beer perspective, we love trying all their beers which are fairly low in abv and very drinkable. They don't do flights but do half pours. Favorites are the American kestrel , any of the ipas really are great. They have a good variety of beers in cans to go as well. Kid / family friendly brewery. Bring a board game if you plan to stay long.

It is like you are getting in on the ground floor of a stock that you know will make you a ton of money. The setting here seemed very genteel to me. I think there might have been some doilies. If not, there should have been. They have a tasting. You can do wine, or you can do beer. Or maybe you can do both. We did beer.
