It was our first time in Niagara Falls. This restaurant was recommended by our tour guide. Going in my husband and I thought "we are going to have a romantic dinner for two" because the lighting is dim looks old style. But we were not expecting freaking Chef RATATOUILLE to be checking up on us!!! We continuously kept shoo-ing him away and nothing worked. At this point we hadn't got our main entree yet, buy the time it got to us we asked for a box and left the place. I honestly couldn't eat after seeing the mouse. I was grossed out and anxious to get out of there. We didn't say anything because we where trying to be polite and not embarrass anyone one. We paid over $150 to dine with Ratatouille himself. Moral of the story I wouldn't go there again.

This Inn is over 100 years old and consent located near the Falls. They offer outdoor and indoor seating. Stephanie took care of us. We split the Monte Cristo sandwich with fries and a cup of chili. The chili was hot and really good. The sandwich was nicely toasted and hit the spot. If you want a nice light drink to try, ask for the purple monkey! Delicious!

My husband and I had our wedding night meal here back on May 25th, 2025 and they did not disappoint. As a vegan, I ordered the stuffed avocado, the Tuscan Vegetable Pasta and my husband had the Mahi Mahi. We called in advance and requested candlelit seating with a view, which they obliged immediately and were quite kind. The view of the rapids was lovely as we enjoyed a wonderful, filling meal, we enjoyed the free sides of bread too!! Thank you for being a part our big day and for taking our photograph at dinner. We loved the interior decorations of the entry way and restaurant as well, super cool 1920's vintage vibes indeed. Next time I visit Niagara we will consider staying at the red coach inn just to see more of the hotel.

From some research on where to stay on the American side all paths led to Red Coach Inn. Booked for 1 night and when we flew in we checked in around 930pm. It was dark and windy and we weren't in the mood to explore-- just plop and sleep. But my Cornwall room had a jacuzzi tub and that was amazing to use after a day of travel. The wallpaper was fun and attractive to see while settling in. Pillows all too puffy for my liking and had to roll up a towel as a flatter substitute. When we woke up we were able to really enjoy the room and walked down for breakfast. Great meal with a nice server. Then we walked 10 minutes to check out the falls wow can't beat the location! Just an all around great experience that we returned 4 days later to eat lunch on our drive back into Buffalo. Bought a souvenir wine glass to remember the time.

The Cornwall suite was gigantic and spacious. 2 bedroom suite with fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with stand in shower and a jetted jacuzzi tub for two. The living room had a fireplace, spacious seating with a loveseat and two chairs, Bose radio, and a wall mounted TV. It was clean and updated. Will be recommending to friends! And I'm sure we will be back. This was our 3rd stay at the Red Coach Inn.

Took a girl trip with two college friends and went to the Red Coach Inn to celebrate our 60th birthdays. I had the Filet Mignon - it was cooked to perfect - the potatoes were homemade and deliciously flavored. My friends had steaks and they were both delicious - one had freshly sautéed veggies that were properly seasoned and cooked. The restaurant was quaint and traditional. Kind of reminded me of the 70's supper clubs I would frequent in the Midwest. Cocktails were amazing!!. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They even brought us a dessert to share for our birthdays!

Great spot! Glad I wondered by. I'll be back

So glad I walked by here on my way to shoreline. Only took glancing at menu to know this was the best place. Amazing fast seating and by a window. Friendly staff. All the food was yummy. I would have liked dessert but nothing looked must have. I'll be back another visit to try Bennie breakfast.

Stayed here for three days for November and the place is definitely a great spot to be if you are looking for cozy, accessible location to Niagara falls -Rooms: very clean and nicely organized. I stayed in Somerset room and one suit (forgot the name) and they were very nice. Suits definitely had a great view and guest rooms were spacial. -Staffs: very friendly and offered great restaurants nearby. -Breakfast: we included breakfast and the food was decent. Many stores were closed due to off-seasons so there weren't much option so I cannot say it's the best brunch you can get, but would still recommend and suggest as a great spot with amazing view.

Our server, Beth was very good. She kept our drink glasses full and was very knowledgeable of the menu. It's an older establishment but decently maintained. Portions sizes were good for the money. We were happy with the taste of the food and its presentation. Also our order came out very quickly, hot and ready to eat! A good breakfast experience.

I am a long-time Choice Privileges member and was able to get a great deal for two nights using Points-Plus-Cash, just $68 total out of pocket for both nights! This hotel is located just off of the I-190, behind the movie theater and Home Depot plaza. It seems to be a newer'ish build. One issue with the lobby, for me anyway--IT STINKS. LIKE VANILLA CUPCAKE PERFUME IS PUNCHING YOU IN THE FACE. REPEATEDLY. Most people probably enjoy this aroma, but for someone who is sensitive to fragrance, I got out of the lobby as fast as I could, and was glad I brought my migraine medicine just in case. I would recommend toning down the vanilla smell, some, sure, but this was WAY too much. We had a King standard suite. It was oddly a MASSIVE room! There was TONS of space, so much so they should really add a small table and couple chairs to the room, as it could easily fit it. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. The room also had a fridge and microwave, all clean and in working order. The hotel has a small indoor saltwater heated pool. The pool stays open until 11pm. That was nice as many hotels close up pools too early. We went down late Saturday and had the pool to ourselves for an evening swim. It was nicely warm and pleasantly quiet. One thing that wasn't quiet though--the rest of the hotel. One issue is the walls of our room were too thin. There was a youth hockey team dominating the hotel this weekend. Yes, they were loud, but even so the walls didn't seem to buffer much of anything. And these families could care less about any other guests, as they let hoards of kids rampage up and down the halls all hours of the day and night, and the room's closed door let a lot of noise in that way too. We have kids, I get they are loud, but never in a million years in all of our travels did we or would we ever let them just screaming-storm the halls. AND we even saw some adult men, either dads or coaches, wrestling with kids and banging on the walls in the hallways. Some moments of this? Fine. But hours on end? Very poor parenting IMHO, but I digress. Just a warning that if you stay here they seem to accommodate sports team families, and if they are rowdy, you will hear it. Had it not been for them, and the pungent-vanilla-chemical-fragrance smell in the lobby, our stay would have been entirely enjoyable. But due to the ruckus, I am docking a star for too thin walls and the staff didn't seem to care about the chaos throughout the whole hotel that weekend. But if we get another good deal for a future weekend getaway, I would roll the dice and stay here again.

This hotel is close to many food spots, which are walking distance. They have good food at the buffet too in hotel. Cons Defintely not four star as advertised. More like a three star. Upon arrival, there's no welcome drink or immediate help; you have to handle everything yourself with lugguage. which can be hard for those who need extra assistance. They do have a bell hop but very limited . Upon arrival and departure there was one person. The carpet area in lobby and rooms need shampooing badly. Rooms have beautiful views on upper levels , but outdated. The front desk service was mixed; one staff member was excellent, but another rushed me, which is not acceptable when guests are paying their money. The spa charges an additional fee to use Oasis pools/ Jacuzzi; which is unusual for most spas, since they typically include it with the massage services. This additional fee still feels like a drawback. FYI -There are not actually pools in the spa area just jacuzzi and cold plunge, sauna etc. While the pool staff was great, with Kevin standing out, and Beth at the spa being exceptional the pool area is outdated. The ceiling is peeling and looks like a YMCA pool area. In addition , my massage at spa was okay. But no timer was used to ensure guest are receiving their full time paid for. For the most part, it delivered. The lobby was beautiful and welcoming, and check-in was seamless. My top floor request was honored, which I appreciated. The room itself was clean and offered an incredible view of the Falls. Room service food was excellent! Definitely on the pricey side, but completely worth it to see the smile on my daughter's face. The jet bathtub was also a huge highlight for her and added to the experience. I'm a very detail oriented (borderline OCD) traveler when it comes to cleanliness, and I travel with a blue light. That said, I can confidently say most surfaces were clean and well maintained. However, the bed linens were my biggest disappointment. The sheets appeared worn with thinning areas that under blue light could easily be mistaken for stains. I requested new sheets two or three times, but each replacement set had the same issue, so I eventually gave up. Another issue was the in room fireplace....it doesn't actually function. The thermostat also didn't work properly. I did contact the hotel staff during my stay. I was told the fireplace was "for show" and no one was sent to address the thermostat. After checkout, the hotel offered a partial refund of about $90. While I appreciated the gesture, given the overall cost of the stay, it didn't feel sufficient and I ultimately chose not to pursue it further. Overall, while I'm not certain I would stay here again, it is still one of the better options among Niagara Falls hotels. But at this price point, details like linens and room functionality matter.

The building materials used are such that you don't hear noise from adjacent rooms. There is plenty of parking and an inexpensive valet service if you don't care to look for your own space. The front desk staff are well trained and helpful and efficient. Their WiFi is fast with sufficient bandwidth that I was able to get some work done, sending and receiving large files without a problem. The rooms are nicely climate controlled, the shower is spacious with immediate hot water and the pressure is very good. The bed is comfortable, with good quality linens and blankets and firm mattresses. The housekeeping staff are thorough. The elevators move efficiently. They have tight security throughout the premises. All of the above is what they do right. I tried for two days to book a foot massage at the spa. No one answers that extension, so I'm not even sure if their spa has anyone assigned to answer the phones. The front desk - which also doesn't answer their phones so I had to physically go to the lobby - told me to just keep trying which I did without success. One of the reasons we booked at this hotel was because the website talks about their massages. Disappointing. There was no working electrical outlet next to the bed. The outlet that was part of the working lamp was dead. I had to pull my mattress away from the wall to find a working wall socket. There are electrical outlets over by the desk. The restaurants associated with this hotel are just fine. Three Sisters in the lobby has a very nice Buffet breakfast with excellent sausage. Everything else on that buffet is more than adequate. The wait staff do their best to keep your coffee cups filled and to bring you your check and even if things take a little longer than one would expect, we have no complaints about Three Sisters. The Western Door is a wonderful restaurant and we come here frequently and independently of the casino or the hotel for fine meals and properly mixed drinks. There are many little things that this beautiful hotel could do and should do to earn a fourth or fifth star, but perhaps their occupancy rate satisfies their balance sheet so they have no motivation to bring it to the next level.
