The restaurant itself is quiet, has a bar, and plenty of big screens through out to watch a variety of shows and or sports! The drinks are always satisfying as well, the Poseidon Punch is our favorite drink. The staff is always great! Hello, When I received the order and opened the sealed bag it was no rice in it. Also, the amount of food was barely enough to get full, keeping in mind that I paid $45. I got 1 corn, 3 potatoes , 7 shrimps, little dried lobster tail and bunch of crablegs all soaked in oil. That was my second time ever trying Red Crab. Wife and I went for our anniversary last year, was good for two people. This year we brought our parents and two kids with us for a total of 6 people. Food was ok, I found it funny that the server told us not to order the lobster because the weight ratio wouldn't give us much, so we got shrimp and crab instead. There was legit no customer service present at this restaurant. Walk in and there is no employees there to greet you. They are complaining about customers in the kitchen area. And respond "you do not have to come back to this restaurant" when asked about the service. The employees were rude and unprofessional. I've been to Red crab about 3 times now and the food still taste as good as it did the first time I went. My crab and shrimp are always hot and fresh, the corn is extremely sweet and I love that. My only dislike about their seafood bags is that they are really stingy with the sauce inside the bag. Before you open your bag, be sure to shake it a couple times to get all the goodness inside your food. The service is always good- they are very attentive. Each time we went it wasn't too many people inside, so the servers were there in case you had questions or needed anything. I came to Red Crab on a Friday evening. It wasn't many people. Services was good and fast. The food came out a few minutes after ordering fresh and hot. It was very clean and had a nice chill vibe. I had garlic noodles and a side of broccoli. I really enjoyed it. The noodles were very flavorful. The broccoli was on the bland side, but dipping it in the sauce made it sooo good. My friend got the Weekend Special bag which included snow crab legs, a lobster tail & shrimp with no head ( corn and potatoes included in all bags) It was very flavorful and the perfect amount of spice. The seafood was undercooked and I asked for the sauce to be on the side because I wanted to share some of the seafood with my kids and I had to remind the server several times. The fried oysters weren't what my kids were expecting (they must have thought that they'd be like raw oysters ); I normally only do fried oysters in po boys, so eating them by themselves was a bit different. The hushpuppies were good, but nothing amazing by southern standards. So why five stars? Great ordering system. Great service when we came in. Prices were reasonable. And we really enjoyed the food. The good: Service was great Food was hot Fries were great Overall it isn't bad but it could use a few changes in my opinion. I was disappointed that the shrimp were over cooked and hard. Crawfish were on the bland side compared to other boil places I have been. I wish they could find a way to infuse the sauce within the crawfish. Finally it was a soft opening.
