The drinks are always satisfying as well, the Poseidon Punch is our favorite drink. The staff is always great! Hello, When I received the order and opened the sealed bag it was no rice in it. Also, the amount of food was barely enough to get full, keeping in mind that I paid $45. I got 1 corn, 3 potatoes , 7 shrimps, little dried lobster tail and bunch of crablegs all soaked in oil. That was my second time ever trying Red Crab. Wife and I went for our anniversary last year, was good for two people. This year we brought our parents and two kids with us for a total of 6 people. Food was ok, I found it funny that the server told us not to order the lobster because the weight ratio wouldn't give us much, so we got shrimp and crab instead. While giving order , customer was conflicted with what he wanted and asked partner what she ordered & employee stated " oh my goddd " then went on to say what partner ordered & in the middle of continuing the order she hung up.. this isn't the first time this employee was rude & impatient..to start off the call she asked customer to hold, which I did .. so I was being patient, but couldn't get the same in returned ? it really kills the vibe & atmosphere of restaurant.. the owner or manager seems to be okay with this behavior. I've been to Red crab about 3 times now and the food still taste as good as it did the first time I went. My crab and shrimp are always hot and fresh, the corn is extremely sweet and I love that. My only dislike about their seafood bags is that they are really stingy with the sauce inside the bag. Before you open your bag, be sure to shake it a couple times to get all the goodness inside your food. The service is always good- they are very attentive. Each time we went it wasn't too many people inside, so the servers were there in case you had questions or needed anything. I came to Red Crab on a Friday evening. It wasn't many people. Services was good and fast. The food came out a few minutes after ordering fresh and hot. It was very clean and had a nice chill vibe. I had garlic noodles and a side of broccoli. I really enjoyed it. The noodles were very flavorful. The broccoli was on the bland side, but dipping it in the sauce made it sooo good. My friend got the Weekend Special bag which included snow crab legs, a lobster tail & shrimp with no head ( corn and potatoes included in all bags) It was very flavorful and the perfect amount of spice. We went here last year when my mother-in-law came into town and loved it. The food and service was great! We went this time and everything was just lacking. The seafood was undercooked and I asked for the sauce to be on the side because I wanted to share some of the seafood with my kids and I had to remind the server several times. The good: Service was great Food was hot Fries were great Overall it isn't bad but it could use a few changes in my opinion. I was disappointed that the shrimp were over cooked and hard.
