Zero stars if possible. I picked up an order only to get home and the chicken wings are not done. My 13 year old ate some of the chicken not realizing that the bright pink color means it's not done. I called the restaurant to let them know to which the restaurant manager said I would need to bring the chicken back for them to recook. I explained that my son ate off of 4 of the wings already and I'm letting them know. Manager then stated she didn't know what else I wanted her to say. I said I have pictures for my records because they're selling undercooked chicken in case he gets sick from what he did eat. Manager replied well we have insurance so... Our waitress was fun and had lots of great recommendations we considered as we were deciding on what to order. We decided on clams and mussels with the everything sauce with Cajun fries. Flavor was pretty spot on however maybe could have had more butter? Otherwise everything was up to par! The food is pretty good. The crab is well cooked and the sauce is great, the juicy special was flavorful and perfect with the corn and potatoes, mussels are meh. The service is below average. I wouldn't recommend this place just based on the service alone, we waited forever for our check and the server was about to leave the restaurant without giving it to us. The restaurant itself says is dirty, the tables have napkins left under them and the napkin holders are sticky and gross. Writing all over the walls and furniture from floor to ceiling, some explicit stuff is written in plain view. No bar. The limited portion of food for $32+ is delicious; however, got a plastic fork to crack and eat snowcrabs, had to order crab crackers utensil, had to order a metal fork (got a standard metal fork , not a seafood fork), had to order saltine crackers. That $32+ meal is not meant to be split between a couple, only one 1/2 corn on cob. Only 3 small red potatoes. Summary: food excellent, the accoutrements and accustomed seafood provisions were unbelievably horrible. Really good food. I had crawfish and crab legs in the juicy sauce. The sauce was great and the food cooked perfectly. The service was prompt and courteous. I have seen several reviews about rude servers and a lot of people standing around. I think those are valid points from what I could see. Our server was very polite, but we saw several that were not. Sunday @6pm after going to Home Depot next door , I figured I would like to try this place . The hostess , Mych, was very attentive and well informed . I told her it's my first time and explained the food - seafood boil . Was seated and my server was named Tequila. The tables had this paper cover and I can see why . I ordered @6:10pm. I ordered the Monday special : 1/2 lb black mussels, 1/2 lb shrimp , and 1/2 lb snow crab legs. Four choices of sauces : Cajun , Lemon pepper , garlic butter , and "juicy special "( all of the above ). I chose the juicy special . Next was spicy level , I chose medium . After 12 minutes or so , the food arrived in a plastic bag. The server mixed it and placed on my table . I was provided with a plastic bib, gloves (which I didn't use ), wipes , etc . As soon as I opened the bag , the flavorful aroma was so good . Lotsa garlic and definitely Cajun in flavor also . All the food were on point . The sauce tho , ohhhh the sauce, was euphoric . Some potatoes and a half corn on the cob . You can see my photos and yes I finished them all . I definitely recommend this place . Hostess , Mych, was helpful . My server , Tequila , was awesome. There are few dishes to wash so consumers aren't paying for that. The woman's bathroom was dirty, flat out. Paper all over the floor, a bug in the roach family crawling up mirror, the ceiling....just don't look up. It's covered in greasy gray dust. We ordered and shared the raw oyster very delicious full of flavor highly recommand for the oyster lovers out there. Apparently you can adjust the heat but we went with mild and it was lightly hot but with plenty of flavor. You can get any daily special on any day . We went with the Thursday Special. 1# of crab legs and 1/2# of shrimp. Everything was cooked to perfection. I wish they had, maybe they did and I didn't ask, something besides the metal crab crackers to help get the meat out of the shells. The corn and potatoes were delicious in the sauce.
