The burger is made of two smashed patties with American cheese, garlic confit aioli, and diced caramelized onions. Absolutely delicious! The patty was seasoned and tender. The aoili and onions paired so well together. I can't wait to return for this and dinner service. Fries were fresh and crispy. My only complaint is the excess grease was sitting in the bottom of the metal container, so maybe a piece of paper or something at the bottom could help. Coconut espresso martini was also delicious. These fries had a unique slender (thin but wide) cut, seasoned lightly. and cooked to perfection. you can tell they take it all very seriously here. from the Chefs all the way to the greeters. The tiramisu was fair .different in that it was very dense. Overall this is quite expensive. The estimated tip on the receipt it's based on the meal plus taxes. So be aware of this.
