    Chicken dinner snapped in half
    K.M M.

Service was good , waited about 15 min to go , but this was not worth the price or the wait ! Sorry heard great reviews about this place but I have to give it a thumbs down !!!

First time here. Looks very clean and lots of people eating up so fingers crossed its delish.

Absolutely fabulous pulled pork sandwich and the potato wedges are outrageously delicious. Hubby had the brisket sandwich with green and wedges also. He loved the greens and said the brisket sandwich waa bomb. We will definitely be back. Shout out to the gentleman who I believe was the owner for checking on each table. He was super friendly and welcoming. Next time we have to try the peach cobbler but we were way to stuffed to even try today.

Full baby back rib dinner with mac n cheese and greens ($35.99)

I was in town for work and am so glad that I got the chance to try this place. My mom and I shared a full baby back rib dinner ($35.99) with a side of Mac n cheese and collard greens. I loved all their varieties of homemade bbq sauces to go with the ribs! The sides were also EXCELLENT; I'm a sucker for some good pot liquor! They also included a cornbread muffin, and it was so good that it had me wondering if that's how cornbread is supposed to taste (now I know what I've been missing out on all my life). The portion was huge, too; we ended up having to take half the ribs to-go. The service was some of the best I have ever had. The workers were so kind, and our waitress went out of her way to find some lemon for my mom's hot water. She even offered a teabag on the house. I would love to come back and bring my husband one day! Highly recommend if you are in the Lancaster area! I wish we had one of these in OC!!

Two-meat plate. Baby back ribs and brisket, beans and potato salad. Great stuff!

This place feels like a BBQ diner from the South. Blues music playing, very friendly staff. Homemade lemonade and sweet tea. The food is really good. I liked the beans, and I don't usually like beans. Good portions, we had to get a take home box because we couldn't finish everything. Taking peach cobbler home for dessert too. Once they get their beer license it will just be that much better! We will definitely keep coming back!

Before: 2 meat combo with h baby back ribs and tri tip

Food was delicious. Came to the BLVD for the 5 de mayo and unsure of what we wanted to eat came accross Cracker Jacks and it was a great choice. Delicious and Chariann was very kind! I got the 2 meat combo with baby back ribs and tri tip, Mac n cheese and coleslaw for my sides and hubby got a brisket dinner with bbq beans and mashed potatoes. Chicken tenders and fries for the kids. Both dinners came with corn bread. Everything was delicious

Saw this new place on social media and decided to give it a try. The customer service was amazing, the people are very friendly and attentive. One of the owners came and introduced themselves and made sure everything was ok. We got two of the meat plates with different meats and 6 different sides. Everything was so good, the meat didn't even need sauce and was nice and tender. The wedges, mac and collard greens were my favorite sides. The coleslaw and potato salad were really good too. We ended our night with a warm peach cobbler and I would order again, and again.

Had the brisket , beans and collard greens . So good !!! I'm glad the AV finally has a good BBQ spot ! Last time I had bbq this good was when I was in the Deep South .

St. Louis Ribs, mac and cheese, and wedge fries. Fried pickles for appetizer.

When we first walked in you can smell the BBQ cooking. Food was great and our waitress was very sweet and attentive. We ordered the blackberry cobbler for dessert to go and it was yummy.

I went to go eat for lunch at a place but unfortunately they had an emergency closed up so I searched on Yelp for local barbecue. Cracker Jack's barbecue showed up. I wasn't even aware that it was in my neighborhood. What a wonderful happenstance because the BBQ was fantastic. I have to admit their potato salad is just like my mamas. I had mac & cheese very well seasoned and brisket of beef on some white bread that just sucked up all the juices along with some cornbread and I had the regular house barbecue sauce and hellfire. They were both amazing and finger looking good. I will definitely be back next time i'm craving some BBQ!!! I'll take the time to eat there because the decor was on spot with some good tunes. I'm so glad you're in the neighborhood Cracker Jacks Barbecue I will be back.

10/10 BBQ spot. We ordered the full rack of baby back ribs with garlic mashed potatoes and wedge fries and everything was on point. The ribs were tender and packed with flavor on their own, but the three house sauces really took it to another level. The Tangy Gold, Hell Fire Hot BBQ, and Cracker Jacks BBQ all had their own distinct flavor and made it fun to switch it up with each bite. The garlic mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious, and the wedge fries were perfectly crispy and somehow stayed hot the entire meal (which never happens). The restaurant has a cool, classic BBQ vibe inside -- clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The owner/chef even came out to greet us and check on everything, which says a lot about how much they care. Our server was great and checked on us consistently without being overbearing. Easy 10/10. Definitely coming back.

This place is amazing. The service was fantastic, The food was delicious and the owner Raymond is very friendly. I had the baby back ribs, collard greens, baked beans and potatoes wedges. The potato wedges were for an appetizer and were delicious with a salty & sweet taste. The ribs were done to perfection in and were very meaty. The collard greens had a lot of flavor. I highly recommend this place. Coveralls they sometimes run out of the ribs. We were there at 5PM and got the last full rack.

But hell all the damn way to the MF nah, can I not warn people away from this place...they double charged us $140 for an incomplete and inedible order that took almost two hours to get. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE EAT HERE, YOU ARE BETTER OFF AT A GAS STATION. Save your money. Options to consider instead: -A Costco hot dog ($1.50 w/ a drink vs $71 no drink) -Develop the ability to photosynthesize. -A well preserved cigarette on the sidewalk. -Gift a meal from this place to an enemy. I know the wait I'm in for with soulfood and I don't mind paying what's asked. I could go in about how I placed my order at 4:45 and did not walk out with my food until 6:30 because there was only one cook with mask hanging down, or how my order was still so incomplete that I was chased down to be handed lukewarm green beans and when I got home not one order had cornbread, or how the jambalaya was just tomato marinara weirdness and everything was blander than that Taylor Swift cover of Earth Wind & Fire, or how I saw store bought pies in their tins thrown on the stove. But what really matters is that I feel the need to at least got to the BBB site because this establishment is either disorganized to the point of reckless billing or just straight up thieving money. They should be ashamed to represent our community in ANY professional capacity. I selected the option to pay in cash through the app, but I didn't know it charged our cc from the grubhub account immediately. So when I arrived, I went to pay and the man pulled up my order and read it off exactly. Had to change the order because they were out of what I selected in app, so with the total change, I pay $70+ with a $100 and he's short change and promises to give me my $4 later. Wasn't a problem...until it was 6:00 and I still have no food or change and the man asks ME what one of the meals I ordered was. Um sir? Is it not on the ticket??? All that was on the 11th. Cut to today, theres a grubhub charge posted as of the 13th. I figured yelp glitched with grubhub somehow, because I selected cash and had to pay when went so I called grubhub. Grubhub refunded me immediately because it turns out even though I selected cash it charged my cc immediately and came through to the restaurant as PAID. This man went through my whole order and everything on a PAID TICKET and let me hand over cash. I even asked grubhub if the order would have come to them paid because of my selecting cash and she said YES, IT STILL WOULD HAVE SHOWN PAID. $140?! And I didn't even get the cornbread?!?! Never in my whole black like have I experienced blasphemy to this extent. What are yall a bank? I was so hot by the time I left I didn't even remember my $4. That's a dollar away from $5! It's a pandemic, people getting thrown to the streets and yall wanna scam people?! The desperation. Don't have a business you can't afford to manage properly, honestly. it was a hard day, my pregnant self was laying concrete and I just wanted to treat my family to some good food. I was so emotional about this at first I didnt want to post in anger. But today having to be refunded after finding out they knew I already paid was it.
