My wife and I both fans of Red Kabob - the food is fresh and flavorful, the service is super friendly, the place is clean - though basic. As noted by others, it's tucked into the corner of Bellewood Commons straight back from the Dunkin Robbins. I'll agree that we've had much better bread - but we're not there for bread as much as we are for the kabobs, hummus and chickpeas; all are excellent. They also have great lunch specials that come in under $6 and a great alternative to greasy fast food! I recommend you give them a try. Good friend recommended plus I had a coupon so I gave it a try, so here we go: 1) It's not a place I'd "enjoy using their wi-fi" while I dine, I'm not sure why they advertise this because it's more of a carry-out place. 2) Chicken was good. Ground beef was just ok. I agree with someone who said they are super heavy on the spices. Rice was good. Bread was definitely bad. Sauces were great! Salad left me wondering. 3) The owners seem to be an important factor here so I'll comment: They certainly want lots of business, which is understandable, but given that I had to give him THREE reasons to honor my coupon before he said "I'll accommodate you", left me feeling like customer service is not their forte. The coupon was 1/2 off the second dish but he said they had to be the same dish - although both dishes were the exact same price. Not for me to judge... just thought I'd mention. We excited to see this restaurant in the area until we tried their gyro. Seriously, a Steakum in the mocrowave would have tasted better. Best kabob place in and around Leesburg! The food is always hot and fresh and well seasoned. Their sauces are delectable, make sure you try them both! The owners and staff are always very helpful and friendly and are happy to chat with you, it's nice to go somewhere that they actually care and remember you! My husband and I usually get one of the combos and one single platter to share. The prices are reasonable and while the menu is pretty small, everything on it is worthwhile. I love Kabobs and middle eastern food and found this on yelp. I enjoyed this place and will go back. I had the chicken and ground beef kabob with chic peas. Bill was $20.50 with bottled water. The food was good and the portion size decent with nice taste and sauces. I didn't like the bread as it didn't have the super warm moist texture I like. Service was friendly and wait only 10 min. The owner/lady asked how I heard of the place and mentioned Yelp and she said she didn't like that site....get used to it as we are all critics now for good or bad. My family and I always enjoy our visits to Red Kabob. The proprietor is always very friendly to our family and the food is tasty, fresh and good portion sizes. The sauces are AWESOME. I actually like the bread the way it is, a little chewy. Lamb kabob was great! I had the whole meal with rice, spinach, salad and bread. It was awesome and satisfied my craving for lamb. Everything was seasoned very well and super moist. The sauces complemented my every bite. Initially when I saw the lamb portion it seemed a bit smaller than what I am used and then again I'm pregnant so my eyes were bigger than my appetite. I ended up not eating the whole meal, so in the end I guess it was the right portion, even for someone pregnant and hungry all the time. I would be back to try everything else. The tzaziki sauce is amazing. No doubt, best in the area, BUT I would like to reiterate that the man working behind the counter (I assume the owner) is obnoxiously overbearing in his advances towards single women. It's so uncomfortable that I've started to call in my order so that I can quickly walk in, get my food, and leave. You would think that this would work, but he still ends up asking my relationship status, whether I have single friends for him to date, and then tries to give me his number for a "special order". One time he even walked out the back door and approached me at my car, insisting that I contact him directly and he would make something special just for me. Each time he asks the same questions and says the same thing, which makes me think that he doesn't remember me and throws this same line at all women that come here alone. I have heard similar stories from girlfriends as well. Soooo creepy! That being said, I still gave it three stars cause that gyro is freakin' good! Lol read more

For anyone that is interested in going to red kabob, DONT. I had the chicken and beef kabob. Both kabobs were severely undercooked. When I mentioned that to the guy behind the register, he did not even care and just handed me my bill. This is not the first time this has happened. My cousin once went here and when he ordered a gyro sandwhich the guy just took store bought meat and bread and poped it in the microwave. I am brown and I know what my people's food should taste like and this guy is a disgrace to all brown cooking. There are plenty of other good choices around this area like Toosoo and Shalimar. My wife and I just love red kabob go for the chicken kabobs just awesome. all the food is fresh cooked to order. Nasir is very sweet but may not smile bc his english is not strong so he has to really focus to understand. His spinach is also great and very good baklava. Very fresh salad and incredible sauces. Not sure why someone thought his tiziki sauce was bad it's like best and his green sauce mixed with tziki is just heavenly. First time I tried this place, not that great. Second time I tried this place it was better. However, myself and a co-worker ordered a greek salad. We get back to the office and the salad is regular, not greek. We called (because we paid more for the greek salad) and was hung up on. Very unprofessional. I went here for lunch. The service was friendly. We ordered a falafel sandwich and a ground meat kabob sandwich. Both were ruined by stale, store bought pita bread. Why do i give this place 1 star? The food is terrible, there aren't a lot of options and it's not good tasting. The place is a bit gross but my biggest issue is that the owner/cook/head guy was joking around with my 10 year old daughter in an uncomfortable way. I find that rude and inappropriate.
