Phenomenal service and best front row seat to watch the players hit the ice! Great drinks and food and staff is excellent. You get to enjoy drinks and great snacks and players head from the locker room to the ice through the middle of the restaurant. You can grab here after game drinks and cheer the team on as they head back to locker room through the same restaurant and a few typically come out to meet fans and maybe sign a few jerseys after the game. read more

Of course, this is not fine dining, but it is sports bar food and atmosphere at its best. The atmosphere was electric! It was cool seeing the players up close coming out for warmups before the game! Food wasn't bad either!

Our party of 11 was very excited to dine here before the game. Upon arrival, we were escorted to a table that sat 8- I informed the hostess that we had 11 people and would not fit at that table. She went back to host stand and never came back. A minute or two later someone else came and asked if we had been seated. I again told them we would not fit at the small table. We asked for a nearby table to be pulled over, her response was that the table was reserved. (So was ours!) Eventually we were seated with the table pulled over. Our poor server (she was new) was unable to answer any food or drink questions, so unsure what kind of training they go through before working. Our food came out at a reasonable pace, but drink refills were hard to get. We asked multiple times and never received, the table behind us was also complaining. Another server came to help and informed us and the other table that she would get the drinks but it would be a few minutes. She was Not able to cross through the area the players walked. Unfortunately this would have been ok, except we asked at least 20 minutes prior for a refill. Overall, a very disappointing meal. Food was as expected, not great but not terrible. The service and lack of customer service ensure we will not return. We have received better service from the bartenders and food vendors on the concourse. read more

Already made my reservation for the next game we are headed to. I always thought this place was only for season ticket holders or some sort of VIP program. But anyone can head in. We were a group of 15 celebrating a birthday, prior to the hockey game. First off, having less than 45 mins to order food, eat, and pay the check isn't realistic..throw in, having a new server. Doing it on her own was ridiculous. Appetizers came after entrée..drinks never refilled. We ended up missing at least 10 minutes of the first period I can not recommend eating here prior to the game unless they let you come in way before 6pm. read more

First off, if the reservation is before doors open, someone needs to tell the Rent-a-staff to let people in. On our visit, all of the beer taps were down so bottles were the only option. I know color me spoiled, but they're not the same options. The food was good, but mains were slooooow. 5:45 reservation, apps ordered when we sat down, they came out fairly quick, mains ordered when apps arrived. Mains arrived at puck drop at 7. The player walk through, and just the overall theme is a great concept. If you make a reservation double check it, triple check it, don't just go with the all set verbal. Made reservations for 3 games at start of 2021 season in person at the hostess station. Game one things worked fine had table requested. Game 2 the system was down and people seated as they arrived and seats available. Game 3 system up but did not get reserved seat as people where sitting there. Was given the worst seats in place,when we told the hostess she said table not available and it was not in system. No attempt to move us to a better not used table. To make it more irritating as she left the people sitting at the requested table walked out and the table was available the whole evening. Making it appear they was just sitting and not a patron. Wait staff is awesome and the food is good but the reservation and host system is wanting. read more

This was the absolute worst dining experience. First of all, it took a half hour for a waitress to come for the first time. The food was delivered another half hour later, but no drinks we ordered, not even water. We finished our food with nothing to drink because our waitress never checked on us. We had to hunt her down to ask for the check and let her know we never received drinks. We waited another 15 minutes for the check and when she never came back, we just left money on the table and left. I've never experienced anything like it before. We had a reservation, sat for 20 minutes and were never greeted. It was crazy chaotic. As I looked around (trying to make eye contact with a waiter!), I saw a lot of mediocre looking "bar food" being served on paper plates. We had a much better experience at the vendors on the main concourse. On a positive note, the players enter and exit the rink through this restaurant. We stopped in to grab some food before the game last night and this was a great choice. I ordered the garbage plate and it was more than I could handle! Huge portion of fries topped with two burger patties, mac & cheese, chili & onions, and maybe more, I'm not sure. I'd get it again but I'd make sure this was my only meal of the day. I'll reserve my critical review for another time because this past experience was not great due to a supposed part being held sometime before the Checkers came back to town for this home stand. They didn't clean up properly apparently which left a mess in the bar. My wife ended up having ants in her Hurricane and that left a bad taste in both of our mouths.
