Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. On a moderately slow Sunday evening it took over an hour to get our food. I don't know if there was a shortage of staff or what but it took forever to get our food which was cold. The waitress that severed us was extremely nice and pleasant. Unfortunately we discovered that it takes an hour and ten minutes to cook shrimp. One in our party ordered fish and chips which came with one piece of fish which is puzzling to me but maybe it's how Red Lobster does it. Along with the ac on blast, we were seated by the window which made it even colder. I'm from New England so cold doesn't bother me but this was a bit much. This place is beyond help. I stopped giving it my business nearly 2 years ago. The kitchen and the takeout area just couldn't get it right. Time after time there would be issues with our orders. Unfortunately today, my wife wanted Red Lobster and she ordered. True to form, there were items missing from our order. Every item that should be included in each order is printed on the order receipt. Apparently, they can't be bothered to double check before the order goes out. Truly poor management. read more

I haven't been to Red Lobster since 2019 but on a whim - and an old gift card I decided to stop by. The menu has really expanded with pastas and rice bowls. I got a bacon wrapped scallops appetizer, a Ceasar salad and the highlight, lobster, shrimp & salmon with a rice pilaf and steamed brussel sprouts in vinaigrette. The scallops were light and perfectly seasoned. However the Ceasar salad dressing tasted....spoiled and the iceberg lettuce leaves were wilted and brown: I had to send it back. However the highlight was the lobster, shrimp & salmon. The salmon was seasoned with a light vinegrette glaze, the shrimp were large and expertly seasoned and the lobster tail was succulent. The only reason we were eating here is because we had a gift card from the last time we ordered take-away and it was so horrible and had many things wrong with our order. As I waited for other customers to leave and made my entrance, the second girl (who looked like a waitress) who was chatting with the host walked away as I was approaching. Then when I asked the host about the To-Go order she pointed me in the direction of the To-Go station and asked the other waitress to check on my order. The host had the most horrible attitude and a complete "I'm over it!" attitude. I get to the To-Go station and the manger Tamika is collecting what seems like cashouts for the servers, and pays no attention to the guest standing right there. After listening to Toot (one of the servers) complain about how she is "So ready to get out of here..." the To-Go server turns the corner and helps me. I give Courtney (the To-Go server) my name and ask her for my order. She is the most friendly person and has the biggest smile, but this is probably only because she is training; the rest of the staff give no eff's and I'm confident she will follow the examples set by management. I get back to my hotel and here is this ice-cold potato with barely warm lobster and shrimp. The butter is so hard that it is not going to melt on the potato, plus the potato is baked from atleast 4 hours ago. (I'm a chef, I know when a potato is baked.) If this wasn't bad enough, we didn't even get our green beans that we ordered and paid for. I tried to call the restaurant at 9:38 when I got back to my hotel and after 16 mins on hold, the host picks up in a very non-interested voice and then when I ask for the manager she asked me what it was about to which I told her the truth. Then she put me on hold for another couple mins before she came back and said that she wants to take my information down because the manager is too busy right now with the servers. Food was okay. Best part of the meal were the biscuits. Lobster tail and rubbery and coleslaw tasted weird. Service was basic. It took 40 minutes from ordering to getting our food. This was for a party of two. I am more appalled that my server wore his mask on his chin while serving us instead of covering his nose and mouth. He also did not wear gloves. I guess the manager on duty did not care. (we saw him walking through the restaurant multiple times). Also, some workers in the kitchen did not have masks on as well.
