My family went to Red Lobster on Camp Creek Wednesday, August 9th, 2023 for a Birthday celebration. They assigned us 1 server to take orders for over 20 people. They were out of a lot of items. It took a long time for the food to come out. Some people did not get their food until we were about to leave. The temperature of some food was cold. Some of the dishes were really skimpy. The only thing that went right, but overboard was the fact they KEPT offering bread! Lots of mistakes happened, too many to list. This review is specifically for my Online Orders-to-Go experience for the cheddar biscuits that I add to my homecooked meals. I typically go to the Tara Blvd location so they set a higher standard. This location doesn't offer the convenient To-Go Orders parking spaces. So I circled the building twice to find parking. There was no signage directing customers to the Orders-to-Go pickups or signage identifying the area. The area looks like a deserted storage space. The one poor employee overseeing the area was overwhelmed. To her defense, it was a busy day due to it being New Years Eve. My order was not ready at the specified time so I waited nearly an additional 30 minutes for the biscuits to get ready. The cheddar biscuits were flat & the potato soup was cold. I don't know what has changed in how they manage this restaurant. But the food took forever. We were told we would have to wait twenty minutes for rolls and when our food finally arrived it seemed someone was just in an utter rush to make it. Our plates were a mess and very over cooked. This particular time (4/3/2020), I placed a $60 To Go order for delivery from this location. They chose DoorDash as the company to deliver my food to me with a 5:40p delivery time. It is 4/4/2020 7:46pm that I am writing this review and I STILL do not have my food nor my money. The delivery person took off with my food, did not answer my calls nor did they answer the calls of the DoorDash rep that I was speaking with after Red Lobster told me that DoorDash was supposed to give me my money back. How? Why? I PAID RED LOBSTER!! Have a receipt from RED LOBSTER! Have a charge on my credit card account for RED LOBSTER! The only thing I have referencing DoorDash is the text that I received from Red Lobster saying that DoorDash would be delivering my food and I could track it on the map vi the link they texted. If I wanted to order from DoorDash, I would've logged into my account with them and placed the order. I didn't. My only point of contact has been with Red Lobster and now I've spent HOURS writing emails and making phone calls because these people have stolen my money and are putting the onus on ME to track down a company that THEY partnered with for my food. Came into this location may 7th around 9pm. Was seated right away the server's name was Nia young kid, wasn't bad but when we asked for some waters (party of two) would only bring back one to the table, did this twice. May just be some listening issue, possibly with some experience will be better. Worst part: wife ordered the lobster alfredo, and a mixed drink. The alfredo was hot on the outside but ice cold on the inside, while eating bite into a still frozen piece of lobster. The mixed drink as well was way too strong. I order the 12 oz. Stay away! I have had my vehicle vandalized at this location and the Newnan location both 2 months apart. At this location it happened in broad daylight. Management acknowledges it's a serious problem yet Corporate doesn't seem to care. As much revenue as Golden Gate Capital makes from this franchise, they could implement the installation of cameras and security in all Atlanta area locations being that this is a serious problem. I have made several open public records request with both Fulton and Coweta police departments and there are several reports of car break ins for both locations. The nice waitress agreed it was hot and moved us to another table on the other side of the restaurant with a new waitress. Remember the old adage that if a parking lot is full, the food must be good? Forget it. This place is always busy on the weekend. I jumped to the front of the line and asked to sit at the bar, which I practically always do. Got to sit right away, behind the tap, which is always a more constricted space. The spot was dirty from whoever sat here before me. One of the three bartenders wiped it up right away, which was thoughtful. It took about 8-10 minutes before they took my order which I was fine with. It gave me ample time to peruse the menu, which I am only vaguely familiar with. After having taken my order, I didn't get a drink or water or anything until my meal was ready ... almost 40 minutes later ... again, they were busy. A bit of a wait is forgivable. But neglecting the drink or even water is not. I ordered the sirloin and shrimp. When I finally got it, though, the steak was coldthe and mashed potatoes had taken on a crusted sheen It sat under the heat lamp. My question is, if it was ready, why wasn't it served? THe broccoli was seasoned with some type of pepper until I feared that if they were to serve it to a child, there would have been a screaming child for all to endure ... it was that overly spiced. So...with it being a recession and a girl having to get any free dinner she can....off we go. Well, I can tell you the best thing about out night was our waitress...Melissa. First off the hostess told us it would be a 30 minute wait....I replied...there are 4 empty booths right in this section off to the right....she say...OH...are there?? Are they clean....I wanted to say...B...I dont know...u work here, but....I am getting better on my outburst....and just waited for her to walk to the tables and see....yes...they are clean. The food was prepared correctly and as requested...but the Grand Maniaer was weak...I mean...I dont know what the "house brand" brand is for Grand Manier....but....I just decided that since I quit drinkin for Lent, and have had 3 drinks (including this one...that maybe it was divine punishment) However, after I got home....Lets just say...the bubble guts got me to RUNNIN....about 30 minutes after eating the meal. I chose to eat at store #6296 Camp Creek location on 04/29/16 because I had a taste for Shrimp Pasta and wanted to finally use my Gift Certificate. I wish I had passed it by to be honest. I made it a point to go to this location because it was close to home even though I was traveling from Dunwoody. We had about a 20 minute wait. No problem I expected that. What I didn't expect was to have the worst service ever from your server Tyleeshia J. She approached our table stating "Well since you two are talking I don't want to interrupt you." I just looked at my friend like is she serious? This server was so not friendly. I understand the restaurant was packed, she may have been overloaded etc but in the service industry sometimes you have to grit and bear it due to the bigger picture. We ordered drinks, salad, appetizer. We received our drinks and salad along with biscuits only. We talked so long it had to be a good 25 minutes before we saw her again. She brought out our entrees and wasn't going to say anything about our appetizer. When we asked where was it she said a cook had a seizure and the kitchen was backed up. Hmmm I might not have said that to a customer but it would have been understood had she checked on her table and gave an explanation. She advised we could get it for free if we still wanted it. My friend said yes she did. By then i was just over it eating dinner at all and wanted my food boxed. She brought the appetizer already boxed and seem like she just placed it on the table like she had a problem with us. I was so ready to go. I hate that because this is my neighborhood location and I like to keep revenue in East Point. I would probably visit the restaurant again but it won't be any time soon. So I think this may be the one time that I actually get to give an establishment in the Camp Creek corridor some praise. My coworkers and I came here to celebrate our intern's last day. When I say the service was beyond impeccable....wow. Our waitress was quick and efficient and catered to our every whim. We never went without anything and she was one step ahead of us each time. We were a party of 12 but she handled us like we were one person. The food was also great, especially since they are running a 14.99 meal special where you get soup,salad, entree and dessert. I was only able to eat the soup and salad. Everything else came home with me. The employees obviously had a great team work ethic...we had someone spill water at our table and the waitress that was working adjacent to us immediately came to assist. No "oh let me get your waitress" or just ignoring us and passing by. They obviously have a well oiled machine going on up there. Luckily, not all fast food chains are like this, and train employees well (maybe a little too much salt on ya fries, but you'll be fine.) Jokes aside, Red Lobsters is one of the best restaurant chains known to humankind to the point The Juicy Crab had to become a certified wannabe. The best meal there? LOBSTER LOVERS FEAST! Maybe a crippling loss to your wallet, but is oh so worth it. Here, you are guaranteed to be full. The cycle goes like this- Hungary, going to eat RL, I'M here at RL I choose drink, Drink all of drink, Biscuits, eat all biscuits and get full, main food comes, eat half of food, save for next day, eat all next day, want more- AND THE CYCLE CONTINUES. That's a negative star! I am a few months late writing the update of MY EXPERIENCE at Red Lobster Camp Creek. I contacted the corporate office via phone and email and I never spoke with someone in detail about my ordeal. I was then contacted by an insurance company Zurich who represented Red Lobster who wanted to take a statement from me and possible fund the repairs needed for my vehicle. I submitted pictures and followed up several times via email with the insurance adjuster Ashley (Lack of professionalism) and I never received a response from the insurance company. Today 1/31/18 I finally spoke with Lisa the Office Manager at Zurich to be told that Red Lobster does not take any ownership of the damages and stolen property from my vehicle. And the claim has been denied. Did I mention that Red Lobster has several signs in the parking lot that states this area is under surveillance but instead told the insurance company the signs posted says not to leave valuables in your car!. Really Red Lobster!! I am as pissed off as I was the day this happened. The lack of ownership and communication makes this situation hurtful. I will continue to not shop in the Camp Creek area and continue to drive to Newnan and Smyrna to do my shopping. I was visiting Atlanta, GA and staying near the airport off of Camp Creek Drive. I wanted a quick meal so I decided to go to Red Lobster at 3360 Camp Creek Pkwy Atlanta, GA 30344. I ordered the Kung Pao Noodles with Crispy Shrimp (based on a good review from the server). My came out and visually looked good....until I dug in! The noodles and shrimp were floating in the Kung Pao sauce. There was so much sauce I could not eat it. I tried to pull some shrimp and noodles off of the top of the dish but finally gave up. I know what you're thinking....if I wanted Kung Pao why go to Red Lobster. You are right, next time it will be chinese.
