THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went to Red lobster today to celebrate my mom's 88th birthday. We were told it was a 30 minutes wait. We waited 39 minutes, then was told by one of the waitress, "she said we can't seat anymore customers, we are backed up in the kitchen. You have to go somewhere else. The manager never came out to apologize or even showed her face. It was just awful!!! read more

I'm very disappointed that I encountered a hostess with an extremely bad attitude. When I arrived I nicely asked her if the endless shrimp special was still available. She looked at me, rolled her eyes said yes and walked away. She finally came back to take us to our seats. My husband asked to sit somewhere else that was quiet. She rolled her eyes and said "let me find you a table" She proceeded to clean off a table by the restroom. When she came back to show us our table, I nicely asked If we could sit away from the restroom. They're were a lot of empty tables. She raised her voice, and said "ma'am where do you want to sit"!? Her face was all tore up like I was getting on her nerves. I then returned the same attitude saying I don't want to sit by the restroom where else can I sit? She offered a table me the table further up. Management, be sure to screen your hostess before hiring.They have the most important job because they're the 1st face you see when you walk through the door. If she was having a bad day, she should've had someone else to cover for her. Our server was very nice, however my dining experience was ruined. I work in customer service and you must be professional at all times, even if you don't want to be. I don't know her name, but she has long braid extensions. read more

Worse damn restaurant for service EVER. Gave it a second shot after first trip of waiting FIFTEEN minutes before waitress even came to get drunk order. Screwed up order and barely checked in. Driving through to Atlanta to the Fox, sweet smiles at the greeting desk and quickly seated. Delphenia was our waitress and she was marvelous! The food was great! Had the grilled chicken and scampi along with grilled zucchini and squash! Will definitely do that again. So glad we made a stop here today! Would recommend it to anyone passing through! read more

Started off good so I gave it 5. Star then it went down hill from there. Food came out slow and no one checked on me so I flagged down a waitress and asked for tarter sauce. It never came so as food was cold I asked another and brought it out. Poor service at best. read more

I hadn't had Red Lobster in a while, so I figured tonight would be a great treat for dinner for myself and my son. I placed an order online for my favorite Crab Alfredo and a side Caesar salad. My son wanted Walt's Favorite Shrimps, Lobster mash potato(which I paid extra for) and a Caesar salad. When my son picked up the meal 40min later, and took our meal out of the bag, I was stunned. The noodles in my crab Alfredo was so dried and hard, it looked as if those noodles were used from yesterday's meal. There were absolutely no Alfredo sauce to be found and the crab meat and shaved Parmesan cheese was also M.I.A. I couldn't believe it, cause I'm sure the kitchen staff that prepared my meal knew better. Well at least I hope he/she did. My son side of lobster mash potato was merely 2 teaspoon full. Neither of the Caesar salads had any shredded Parmesan cheese. I can defiantly say, our "to go" meal was nothing compared to how it would have been if we were dinning in. So back out the door i went and while I was in route, I called the restaurant and spoke with Darrel the restaurant manager and informed him on my meal that my son son just picked up. He was very apologetic and had a full portion of Crab Alfredo prepared for me in exchange for the poorly made version I had received. My son was too hungry to depart with his teaspoon of Lobster mash potato. I'm not sure if I'll return to this location, but if I do we will be definitely dining in. And I hope that Red Lobster will take a little more pride in serving their customers. read more

Went valentines day and got there early.. Was still a long wait. And service sucked. Ordered and asked for lobster to be well done. Got it and it was raw sent it back, then lobster tacos where a joke.. There was not chunks of lobster at all, they use the end of the claws and to me that is the trash of the lobster.. So I told the waiter, you can send this back, and your add is false.. There was not any edible lobster in this.. Had to send lobster back for a second time ,, it had been a hour and a half.. So I told him just make it to go.. And by the way can you put some cheese biscuits to go since we only got served three biscuits our whole meal.. Bad service and shitty cooks.. Came here because driving by we saw they had outdoor seating. When we went in we were told they didn't have anyone working outside, this was not ideal so we left. The restaurant was not crowded so it would have been nice to use the outdoor seating, but unfortunately this restaurant would not give us that option. read more

Worst service, manager and food. The manager Autra was super unprofessional and would not allow me to speak to any other manager than her. The food that I'd ordered should have been thrown away long before trying to serve it to anyone. According to the Ad, it should have been a feast of seafood. I ordered three different kinds of shrimps and it took me 1 hour to get my first plate. The flavor was good but not amazing. By the time I finish the plate, I don't feel hungry anymore. I went with another one and it took us 50 bucks to enjoy the VERY limited shrimps. My family and I went yesterday to the Red Lobster in Conyers Ga. We all got there at 4:00 excited to eat at Red Lobster. Their was 12 of us. We were told it would be a 30-40 minute wait. It was and an hour and 40 minute wait for them to seat all of us. Then we finally started to eat at 7:00. After everybody got their food in 15 minute intervals. If you needed a refill you were just out of luck. One side of the table was done eating before the other side had received their meal. I would not recommend ordering to-go food from this restaurant! we ordered our food online because that was the only way to order to-go food, it would not let us change our side option after we tried multiple times. We then called and was directed to someone that was not even at the store to let them know we were having trouble, the guy then called the store and we waited on the phone for over 30 minutes and he could not get in touch with them. We finally decided that we would just stick with what we (HAD TO GET), drove to the Conyers location my husband went inside to get our order. Got home, and the order was all sorts of screwed up. I ordered the maple glazed chicken with the sauce on the side! SAUCE WAS ON THE CHICKEN... mashed potatoes did not have butter or sour cream which i DID order. My husband ordered a Caesar salad which was not Caesar... it was a regular garden salad with tomatoes, CHEDDAR CHEESE and onions... with a very small side of Caesar dressing... THAT'S NOT A CAESAR SALAD! We also ordered an extra half a dozen biscuits THAT WE PAID FOR.. online it said each meal came with two biscuits. WE RECEIVED ZERO BISCUITS! On top of that we had a red lobster gift card that was provided to us by RED LOBSTER near Suntrust park (Braves stadium) so that we would pay to park in their parking lot behind their restaurant. We were told when we tried to use this at the Conyers location that it was a scam... the manager did not try to help us at all. Came in Sunday evening. After 25 min of wait, finally seated. My waitress was some new kid. Took 15 min to bring drinks. She took my order and then it took literally 45 min for food. Didn't get refill in between. Have no beef against waitress but they need to train people about checking on guests while they wait on food. Sometimes waitress can make guest forget the wait time with their proper attention. Crab legs were cold. Lobster with pasta didn't have enough sauce. May be they were tired. I USED to like Red Lobster okay, until NOW I have been trying for 4 days to talk to a Manager by phone to ask one Simple question about how the charge shows up on Credit Card statements. I have told the person who answered what I needed and I have tried to call during times where they will not be too busy. Each time I have been put on hold to some radio station with tons of static and I have chosen to hold each time for ten minutes. I now refuse to keep trying. I will just declare fraud on my credit card and they will not get another DIME from me!! I will NEVER go back! And I will encourage my friends to also NEVER return. It is sad, since there is not much to choose from around here when it comes to seafood. But in my mind, if the customer does not come First, then what's the point in continuing to patronize this overpriced restaurant?! Also, their drinks are WAY too expensive and with VERY LITTLE alcohol This is honestly the First review I have ever written. May 6, 2017. Hostess did a terrible job of getting people seated in a timely manner, most of the wait staff seem to be hanging out by the hostess desk. Took an hour and a half to get seated for a party of 12. Frustrating because the tables we were seated at had sat uncleaned for almost a half an hour. Finally got seated and had to wait almost 10 minutes before a waiter came and took our drink orders. Manager stepped in and things seem to get started but half our table got their food first and some of it was already cold. The other half got their food after about 10-15 minutes. Waiter was gone most of the time, not even on our side of the room. Manager did give us a discount but because of the length of time we were there some of our group had to leave and plans that we had made for after dinner with our group were changed because we were there four hours. Manager seem to have young staff that were not really interested in doing the job or their best. read more

Went there Sunday for my Nanas 86th birthday. There was only 10 of us. My husband, daughter and I showed up early to put our name in at 1:30. At 2:15 the hostess came up to me and asked what our pager number was and what the name was that I put down. So I told her and she walked away so of course I kept watching. Her and the other hostess started cursing because they forgot about us. Not only were they cursing in front of children at the front of a restaurant they never did say sorry. So we stood there for ANOTHER hour. I finally went to ask when we would be seated and I was rudely told they were waiting on tables... For two hours? Another 15 mins went by and my sister went to ask what was going on. This point they were nice to her and pointed out the table where they would seat us. We waited another 20 mins and was finally sat. The waiter was amazing and we tipped him very well. But not once were we approached by a manager to even check to see how our food was. No one ever said sorry for this mix up sorry for the wait or anything or the sort. We finally left at 4:30!!!!!!!!! Met for a birthday lunch and stayed until dinner.. Very upset with this as we had children and elderly and they didn't care one bit that they had us sitting there. The saddest part is when my two year old keeps saying momma I hungry I eat over and over because she hadn't eaten lunch and by the time we ate is was dinner time. read more

As with the other reviews here, arrived on a Wednesday evening with few people in the restaurant, many tables open, but had to wait 15-20 minutes for a table. This was our anniversary and we were excited about visiting RL since it had been so long since we were last there. This place has gone down hill. We ordered the 4 course special. I ordered potato soup, which was a like a can of Campbell's potato soup, but not warmed up. The Caesar salad was neither a salad nor Caesar; the dressing was a bad ranch and just some wilted lettuce. The entree was a shrimp and scallop pasta. The shrimp were a few brine shrimp and the scallops were so tiny and so few that calling this a seafood pasta dish was almost an outright lie. The dessert portion was a quarter of the size of a regular dessert. All in all, the $15 per person tab for this 4 course was not money well spent. We had a difficult time getting the waitress to refill our glasses and she promised extra cheese biscuits, which never materialized. Save your money and don't eat here. Over priced, over rated, horrible service, and a lack of giving a d**n about customers. read more
