I've never eaten at this location, but was in the area and wanted a triple dipper. Hmmm... the take out customer service was ok. They have "take out" parking spots and the instructions says to call and/or check in once you arrive, but even when doing that, no one brought the food out and I waited about 10mins before getting out the car to go inside to get myself. Im guessing their curb side isn't actually "curb side" lol. Anywho, my food wasn't good my burgers were too greasy and smaller than the burger normally are. The cheese sticks were cooked too hard. Stopped by Chili's on a Tuesday evening. It wasn't too crowded, which made for a relaxing dinner. We were lucky to have Zim as our server, he was amazing! Friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations. The person who delivered our food to our table was nice, sweet, and gave restaurant recommendations. My cousin ordered potato soup and garlic toast which said was comfort food perfection. She also ordered buffalo boneless wings which she liked. My mother ordered the steak and shrimp fajitas (sizzling and flavorful!) and I ordered the classic chicken strips, which was decent. I didn't really like their zesty chilli sauce but BBQ and honey mustard were good. But the real star of the show? The dragonfruit margarita which was Zim's recommendation. Mm hmm! It was sooooooo good I had to order two. It was refreshing, fruity, and dangerously easy to drink (if only it had little more liquor lol). Over all, a delicious and smooth dining experience. Y'all, I went to the Chili's in Conyers. I saw an ad for their 3 for Me value meal. I got the Big Crispy Chicken Sandwich, fries, chips & salsa and tea for $10.99!! That chicken sandwich was huge. It was one big chicken breast on a delicious bun. It was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had (and those pickles!). The sandwich was hot, the delicious fries were hot and even the chips were warm. That Arnold Palmer I had to drink was on point. I have not been to Chili's in years. That's about to change. The server was very sweet too. The chips and salsa are a great start. We always sit in the bar and sit in a booth. We have always been happy with your servers/bartenders. They are friendly, check in to see if we need anything else . When they bring the bill they check again if we were satisfied. Table for 3 for dinner They have a nice sized parking lot, but it was full, so we had to park in the back, which is the shared parking area. We walked in and waited a few minutes since no one was at the podium to greet us. Someone finally came by and we asked for a table for three, without a reservation. We were seated immediately in a booth and given our menus. We reviewed the menu, and by the time the server arrived, we were ready to place our drink and food orders. I ordered the Jekyll Hop Dang Diggity IPA with the chicken fajitas. Wifey got a strawberry lemonade with the shrimp fajitas, and our daughter  ordered the cheeseburger with fries and a water. The food came out super quick, and the fajitas were sizzling hot. They looked great and tasted even better. We all enjoyed our meals, and our server was very attentive. Visited today and was seated almost immediately. We had a warm welcome, and service was excellent. Our order was promptly taken. Our drinks stayed filled and our chips and salsa too! The manager justified the presentation of the appetizer. She said " Sometimes things get sloshed around." You don't expedite someone's food this way. The food runner ruined the experience from the beginning. We should have left right then. Very disappointing Chili's. The meal wasn't eaten. She charged us anyway and gave two $5 gift cards. She offered an unprofessional excuse that she could not refund the food because of corporate; so I took it with me. Taking it was pointless because I said no onions and the burger was full of onions! We had my grandsons with us and Chili's I'd one of the restaurants they both seem to enjoy. Service was pretty quick. Luckily it was not busy. The children's food came out a bit before ours. Not my preference because by the time ours came, they were completely finished and restless. Perhaps it is a good idea to ask if they should be served first? I would come here again. Server was new, so was had patience with ordering. Ordered burger med-rare w/no lettuce. Received a well done burger with what seemed to have extra lettuce. Took 2 bites and returned it. We went there on a Tuesday evening, hoping it would be good, when we got our drinks. Then, we ordered our sides: mozzarella sticks & chips with beef queso, white queso, & salsa. It took forever about 10 to 15 minutes, the place was nice, it felt a little bit like a family restaurant. There was a man seating behind our booth, with a girl and someone else, and when we got our mozzarella sticks, there were good. The cheese pull was good - the marinara sauce cools down the mozzarella sticks, bigger than Taco Mac. And for the chips, they didn't give us any salsa, they gave us guacamole so we had them give us our salsa and take back the guacamole. And then they gave us our food on the crowded table, a salad which was good with the honey mustard, the chicken tenders with french fries was good for my 12-year old autism son, my husband got a fajita and the thing was smoking, my 8-year old who's about to turn 9 was freaking out about the smoke, thinking it's gonna cause the smoke alarm to go off. I ordered the chicken & cheese quesadillas and my 8-year old ordered the cheese quesadillas with fries, my 8-year old said something was wrong with the quesadillas, he ate one of my chicken quesadillas, and he ate my 12-year old's Mac and cheese since he didn't want it. We were going to order a skillet chocolate chip cookie, but we were too full because they brought the appetizers, & the food at the same time and brought extra drinks. My loving wife called in an order & decided to treat me to a bowl of their enchilada soup. When I poured it into a Tupperware bowl this is what I got!!! I gave them 2 stars because it WAS good, just not much of it Her 10 oz steak looked like a 6 oz and her salad would not fill a paper ice cream bowl. But she ate hers before I got home! Not happy!!! We stopped in after a busy day of filming. It was a Sunday afternoon and everyone was in attendance. Took a minute to be seated. It that was understandable given the day & time. I decided to try something new. They had a salmon that sounded exceptional. I ordered it with black beans and chile rice. It came out looking lack luster. The presentation was not good but it took forever to come out and I was so hungry. It was perfect! Salmon was cooked thoroughly and the rice/beans were great. I have never been to Chili's before. We came in to do a to go order. Two guys at the front door proceeded to talk amongst themselves for five minutes as we watched and waited before my boyfriend had to say we need a to go order. They pointed us to the to go area. It took 15mins to place our order because the girl, Lexi, was new, and of course was left alone to figure things out. It took 3 people to figure out how to add a side of mash to the order. We asked to have our drinks while we wait. She put the order in with the drinks and a guy comes out with the incorrect drinks. No problem right, no, he shakes his head annoyed like we did something or told him to get the incorrect drinks. We sent them back. We asked for our drinks several times after that before we had to go to the bartender to ask him to get them. Lexi, brings us the drinks not as ordered, slams them in front of me, then walks away. No straws. How am I suppose to drink this Lexi? I had to get up, and walk to her to ask for straws. She seems to have an attitude at this time for no reason. My issue is I have never been here and the service was trash for no reason. I have no reason to return here. Terrible service for no reason at all. Everyone hanging around chatting while the service is going unchecked. To top the entire experience off, we waited 20mins at the bar for the food. They brought everything out cold! I wanted to turn back but we were already late for a game, and he said going back was too risky. Having food remade under these conditions we don't want. So upset! Met my man mate here last Thursday around 4:30 for an early dinner date because I was famished and not up for going home to prep a wonderful meal after working in someone else's kitchen all day. I was feeling a little meaty and ordered a half slab of the baby back ribs and the asparagus and roasted tomato side as oppose to fries. The baby back ribs were more bones than meat, but morsels between the bones were tender and tasty. The side cooked on had an inedible thin layer of dry/burned meat that would have been a problem for me at a higher end restaurant. The asparagus stalks were not trimmed, so half of the serving was not edible, but the tips along with the tiny roasted tomatoes was tasty and generously salted for season. The waitress was very attentive and food was served quickly. We will definitely go again before we move from the area. read more
