Lobsterfest time. The food was good ... good for a chain fish restaurant ... but the overall evening was ruined by the "sLacklustre" performance of the waitress. Service can either make a meal, or ruin it. In this case, it was unfortunately the latter. The saddest part, the restaurant was only about one third full, and there seemed to be plenty of waitstaff. The catalog of horrors? We didn't get silverware, even after asking three times, so I had to go capture some from their storage bin. We gave our order, and had two out of three meals, plus the appetizer, all come out wrong. We had one family member that sat there getting cold food, while the other two of us had to wait for a re-cook. We had to ask four times for cheese biscuits, geting an excuse each time as to why they were not available. We finally had the folks at the next table get a basket of biscuits from their (different) server, and they passed it over to us. Salads hit the table at the same tie as entrees. Refills? I had to go to the server stand and get them myself. Nothing went right, even though we were determined to have a nice evening out. I had to step out to the car during dinner to take a brief business call, and based on where we were parked, I could see RL employees out on break having a chat and a smoke. Guess where our server was? You guessed it! She was there when I got to the car, there the whole time I was at the car, and I beat her back into the restaurant. When she finally showed up, she reeked of cigarette smoke to the point that it was like being right next to an overflowing ash tray ... while trying to eat dinner. Yuck! Now I've gone to this Red lobster for Christmas day every year since I was born so this could be a little bi ast but I'd say the service 4 stars everyone has always been so nice there now the food is where they shine they have the best noodles but there chicken fingers are the best ever the crispy crunch delightful taste there fries are pretty good they also have really good bread biscuit things they are perfectly baked so overal I give a 5 star review read more

Excellent server, Jose, was exceptional ! He recommended the chowder fries taster, that was supered! I ordered ultimate feast that was to die for! I never expect much out of a chain restaurant, but when our favorite seafood place in town was closed on date night we decided to give it a try. My boyfriend and I were seated right away only to wait over 5 minutes for a server. Then another wait for our drinks. Finally our order was taken and salads and bread came out shortly. Our waters were nearing empty at this point and I had intended to get a tea with dinner, but our server never came back. After a while we got our soup followed too closely by entrees. The food was good and we both enjoyed the meal. But finally I had to go track down a manager to get refills on water. As soon as we were finished the waiter magically appeared with the check and was all too eager to take our money. The lack of service really made our experience very unpleasant. The shrimp was excellent but the chicken tacos were cold. The lettuce in the salad was oldish and white instead of green. I paid 40 bucks plus tip for 3 lunches that were mediocre at best. Captain D's is a heck of a lot better and cheaper too. read more

The only thing special about this place was our waitress Melissa. Clam strips and scallops were too small. Fried fish and shrimp were nothing to speak of. Everything previously frozen obviously. THIS IS A FROZEN SEAFOOD RESTAURANT. Ordered a Bloody Mary and they had no mix. There are stores all around the area that the mix could have been purchased from. How much effort does it take to pick some up. The excuse was that they sold a lot of Bloody Marys over the weekend. We ate there on Wednesday. WTH? As we left we took a detour by the restrooms. The toilets all had rings inside the bowls. Anyone can spray cleaner in there and let it sit. Where were those people who's job this is? AND, if there is no one, where is the manager? The only thing good about this place was the waitress Melissa. She was the pleasant part of our visit. She was very accommodating. Her service was awesome! If the food was better I do believe that we would visit more often just to have her great service!!!! It all falls back to the manager who was obviously not concerned about anything. read more

We went during Lobsterfest. Our service was pretty good, she was prompt and our order was correct - the manager made a stop by the table which was nice. The food was served hot and it was tasty. We went at about 5pm and by the time we left they were on a wait - so either get there for early bird special or expect a wait. It fills up quickly around dinnertime. read more

The pictures look appetizing but the actual food is not. Had lobster that felt like you were chewing rubber bands. This was after being out of an appetizer two day before. My husband and visited the store on Browns Bridge Road today and I was so disappointed with my meal. I splurged and ordered the filet mignon with asparagus and squash and zucchini . To drink I had the Sangria wine with fresh berries and fruit . I ordered my steak medium to medium well and made a point to ask that there are not any juices from the steak running all over the veggies . My asparagus was hard and not prepped properly. I ask the waitress to have them cook it some more and showed her the it was Mrs rare! Check the steak and was still not how I ordered it ! My second glass of wine had a bad strawberry on the corner on my glass! My husband ordered lobster Trio and it was very over cooked! We are on our late fifties and I have never had a filet mignon look and taste like a cheap cut of flank steak! They offered to give us a dessert. We declined . We were served shrimp scampi that has a thick powdery and extremely salty substance on it. It had no liquid in the dish. It was Inedible. It was taken back to the kitchen only to have the same thing happen on the second batch. Very disappointing. Front of house was fine but kitchen management is lacking in quality control. This is the second bad experience we have had at this location in a few months. We will not return to this location. Had an awesome meal at Camp Creek location just a month earlier. read more

Lady manager was a piece of work. I saw their ad for lobster roll with lobster flowing out of the top of the hotdog roll. Ok, I'm in a $9.99. So we went. I truly do not remember what he ordered because I was dumbstruck when my lunch arrived. Where was the lobster like in the picture???? So we ate and said never again. When we were leaving I pointed to the picture and said to the girl at the entrance - wow that looks great, but not what I got. She said do you want your money back - had not thought of that and he said I think you should - I'll get the car. So I said ok. The manager came out - wow, could have an improvement there - not even a smile or how can I help you. I said I was disappointed with the lobster roll and felt they were not fair in their advertising. She said so you are looking for your money back - well yes. She said but you ate it didn't you....I'll be right back. And she came back with the cash - said nothing - put in my hand and turned and left. What is so surprising is that their dinners are sooooo big compared to that stupid roll. I also will not go for their dinners. I can't possibly eat one of their meals, and reheated fish just does not match reheated Italian. So Red Lobster has lost me. Make a meal for $12.99 to $15.99 and serve an appropriate size serving for one. This bit about $30 and I can't finish is stupid. And I don't like when I am taken advantage of financially. So I will enjoy my Italian and Chinese and wait until I go north for my lobster and not Langostino (which is neither a true lobster nor a prawn)! Our family shared a good meal of shrimp, steak, flounder and tilapia at a reasonable price while celebrating a family member's 55th birthday. The service was personable and professional as well as perfectly timed. We arrived at 4:00 on a Saturday and were seated without a wait.
