Seating didn't take long, waitress was very attentive and friendly, can't beat the prices either plus they have good bread and butter but I can't say the same for their food and not so clean utensils. Came to eat there with a friend, quickly found a bug in the rolls and asked to speak with the manager. She told me it was fine, that bugs fly in all the time. Then we got our steaks, I found a hair in mine and my friend had a sharp piece of plastic in hers that went into her gums. I really never complain at restaurants because I work in the industry, but a sharp object in food is so dangerous. I ask to speak to another manager and guess what she said it was ok and that they had a new person on shift? She took 10 dollars off the bill yet our food hadn't been touched after finding our mystery items. We don't go to "steakhouses" very often. Today was a good day to do a U-Turn and follow the road to one of the tallest signs. Texas Roadhouse it says and we were ready. No reservation but not a problem as we were seated at a corner booth in the bar. A basket of baked rolls with a Cinnamon infused spread was placed on the table. Ashley is her name and she was the best, she made our first time to a Texas Roadhouse a very pleasant one. Bone in 20oz Ribeye and 12oz Ft Worth Ribeye and my plate was a combo of 12oz Ribeye with Fall of the Bone Ribs. A giant plate of meaty goodness that was accompanied by a side of fresh house salad and a side of carrot and broccoli steamed vegetables. We definitely had a feast and thought the steaks were well prepared as ordered. Rare and Medium Rare are the answer to mouthwatering tender melt in the mouth steaks.... But, and it is a big but... you must cut the steak in bite sized chunks when the steak is still in its prime coming off the hot grill condition. As we often do, we talk during dining and this made the steaks cold and loose its luster. It doesn't matter, we'll take them home. Ashley was super friendly and helpful as we ladeled leftovers into containers. She elevated our experience at the Texas Roadhouse. After we started with the bread rolls wrapped around the Twisted Mozzarella cheese sticks and sides of fresh salads as well as cup of Chili and mashed potatoes, there really wasn't any want for dessert. Texas Roadhouse is one of my favorite restaurants among all the steakhouse chains. Having just moved to the area, we were thrilled to find one nearby, although we were surprised by its low rating. I understand that it can be challenging for chain restaurants to maintain consistency, but I believe this rating is misleading--perhaps it reflects experiences from a long time ago. Our service was outstanding. Our waitress and her trainee were energetic and attentive. The food was served quickly and was piping hot. My wife ordered the Smothered Chicken and declared it the best she had ever tasted. I had the rib-eye steak, which was unbelievably delicious. I could cut it with a fork--this was the first time I had ever had such a tender steak at a chain restaurant. So, if you are considering whether to visit, I encourage you to go. This location is fantastic! And I was fortunate to have every dance in the restaurant. (The only thing I do not like about Texas Roadhouse! Worst food to date and that's saying a lot. Came here for a birthday meal as this is one of the few places my mother in law will eat. Rolls are cute and 1/4 of regular size Salads were okay. Everyone's potatoes were either missing toppings or charred on top ( loaded sweet potato) 4 of us ordered steaks and steaks were all cooked differently but none correct temperatures. 1 medium was just flat out rare. 2 medium well were cold centers. My husband sent his back and the condescending manager brought it out after everyone else was finished asking if my husband wanted to cut it in half to see if it was better. It was cut in half when it went back to the kitchen. ‍ It was charred on the outside and I'll be damned if it wasn't still red in the middle of the halves... how do you do this? The greater sent me to the waiting area without a menu or instructions. About 10 minutes later a very nice person inquired about my take out order. It was only then that I was able to clarify that I needed to PLACE an order. She kindly took my order and all went well for approx 20 min. Boy has this place improved and all Texas roadhouse! The steaks have surprised me so much at the last two restaurants. I went to including this one. To me this was a middle range steakhouse beneath outback and Longhorn but they really have upped their game. I came in alone sat at the bar got great service and ordered a beer immediately then looked at the menu. I've never ordered a fillet here, but I gave it a try, and they did it right! I wanted it rare to medium rare, and it was well seasoned, it was perfectly cooked and I was very impressed. As a personal chef I make a very good fillet, and this was very good! Service was slow, and halfway through eating my plate I found a curly hair on my shrimp that I was about to put in my mouth. I told our server who said she would get the manager and I told her it's ok but I don't feel like ordering anything new that I was grossed out so if they could just take it off the menu and I'd be fine with that. So manager comes to our table and says well since you already ate "all of it" we can't do anything about it and I point to what's left (about half my steak and 1 shrimp) and I say clearly that's not all of it. And last time I checked customers don't go searching through their food to make sure there's no hairs in it. He just said if this happens again just make sure to let us know before you eat all of the food I can't believe this manager. I will not be coming back to this location and will be posting my review on google and trip advisor as well. HORRIBLE service and I expected more. Understandable if someone said they didn't like their food but all of it was gone like that's not okay but to find a hair as I'm eating....? Every time we come, even with a waitlist time, we get lied to or skipped over for a table. We get told tonight to get in line because our table is being cleaned and an hour later we gave up and left because they sat 2 other parties and their response is, we have 2 tables of four you can have instead (not feasible with kids) and they were call ahead too and I don't know who was on first with no other solution. I'm getting really tired of hearing that "everyone has staffing problems." I'm sorry but I can point you to several restaurants that are operating with high levels of quality and service either by paying more (and forgoing some profits) or better management. This isn't one of them. We waited 50 minutes for our food. Despite coming back to the table five (5) times to clairfy our order our waitress still got it MAJOR wrong. I ordered a baked potato, which is one of the things she came back to the table to claify. I got french fries. My wife ordered two side salads without cheese or egg. One came without, one with. That was also something the waitress came back to clarify. And look at the photo - does that look like a "medium" steak? More like "well burnt." It even tasted burnt - not char broiled but burnt. And right before our food came out (wrong) they switched wait staff on us. The only reason I gave them two stars - the salads and the bread were good. Yes, the offered to cook new steaks - but I didn't have another 50 minutes to wait. We need to stop accepting excuses for poorly managed restaurants. read more

Texas Roadhouse had a promotion on 11/24 that if you bought a $100 gift card you would get a $30 voucher. The ad did not say that you couldn't really use the vouchers or that they were a $20 and a $10 voucher. Again nothing said that you couldn't use them for buying food. I also received a coupon for a free appetizer for my birthday. The coupon expired 1/14. The cashier that took my order and was trying to ring it up was great. The problem came when I wanted to use the coupon and the vouchers. The Manager was not going to accept them, no matter what. I had ordered a Filet and a side of Ribs, and the Cactus Blossum. They didn't want to redeem the coupon, so fine, remove the Onion thing. Then they didn't want to use the vouchers. The promotion was buy $100 gift certificate and get $30 voucher. Once more, nothing in the ad said you couldn't really use them. Now, I have many years of experience in Retail, almost the same as Restaurants, and I know it is better to sell your items and keep customers than to throw stuff away (you have already cooked). They were not going to let me use the coupon or the $30 vouchers, so I cancelled the order. You just don't do that, you find a way to make it work. Honor your coupons and forget about what details it says on the back of the cards. Before I became a manager and was just a sales associate I knew this basic concept. And today with Outback a few doors down, it's best to keep the customers you have. Theoretically, If I had been that manager I would have honored the birthday coupon for the blossom and taken the 2 vouchers for $30 and had the customer pay the difference. Then worry later if there was a way to make it work. Now you have an irritated customer that spent $100 on a gift card (because of the sale) who wants my money back for the gift certificate.
