The worst experience I have ever had at a Red Lobster. The food was not good and the service even worse. Started with the server taking our order while standing at the computer rather than taking the order at the table. We had a party of 6 and 3 of us ordered the endless shrimp. The server had us pass the plates down and then when it came to bring more food out she hadn't removed the other plates and said that the plates were hot, could we take them? When there was no place to even set the plates. She was rude and at one point the cook came from the kitchen and looked at our table. Other employees were sitting in the booths and the manager was also sitting at the bar drinking a beer. We spent almost $200 in the restaurant and 3 of us didn't even eat all of what was on our plates. Will never go back again! read more

After not getting results from the server she Debra came out & made it right & gave me an additional order of the Bairdi crab legs at no cost to me. I got the seafood boil as a call in which wasn't the best, I had to keep repeating myself and kept being placed on hold. But when I got there the lady was super nice helpful and very kind and that kinda made me feel I had made a good choice BUT when I got home I was let down. The portion was small, the potatoes were kinda hard, corn wasn't sweet I asked for the Cajun and Garlic Butter seasoning and just ended up with the garlic butter seasoning. Today I had Cole as my server. He was attentive without being over bearing, he offered me anything extra I wanted and left me to eat and read in peace. I can see several reasons why their doors will be closing soon. First. The joint is dirty. There is dust everywhere! On the lights hanging over your head while you eat, and on any flat surface that you can see. Second. The servers act as if would rather be anywhere else. Came here a few years ago to take my great aunt out and remember the amount of flies being uncomfortable. Waited until now to go back due to distance after moving and was quite disappointed with the service and speed of things, especially considering the rush only seemed to begin when I was getting ready to go. I'm not sure if they need another associate of what but they charged me incorrectly and my baked potato was dry. Love the daily specials available and the new Brussels sprouts but the company brand has really gone downhill. Great bang for your buck on those days ! read more

I'm going to start with the service or lack there of...they were short handed to the point that their greeter had to get our drinks. We still waited a while before ordering. There wasn't a lot of people there which I can see why. I don't know if they're hiring but I do know that they should be, starting with the cook! How do mess up sea food?! What you see in the pictures are leftovers! We didn't want a carry out! The food was so disgusting the shrimp that came in the pasta had tails on them! (If you look closely you can see it in the picture) what you can't see is the hair that was also in it. Red Lobster in Greenville Tx has really gone down hill. The food is frozen. Red Lobster site has changed over the years. Most all of the food is frozen and then cooked. Ate inside On gift card. The service in the bar was great compared to the dining room. On August 9, 2024, myself and friend went into the red lobster in Greenville, we waited at the door for at least ten minutes. So we took a couple menus off the front desk to look at while we waited.When the manager came up to us she SNATCHED those menus out of our hands only to give 2 more of the exact same menus, then she snarled that she had been making SALADS then marched us to a booth slapped the utensils on the table and marched off in a snit! Leaving us with no apology or greeting, just her back as she stomped off to the back. We were stunned by her behavior, we looked at each other and simultaneously laughed and said do we REALLY want to eat here!?! As the answer was a resounding NO from both of us we left! Shameful to have a MANAGER treat customers this way! Especially when prices are so high and I'm sure business is SLOW! We left with a very bad taste in our mouth and we never even had the chance to EAT THE FOOD! ZERO STARS is what they deserve but as that is not an option I'm leaving ONE! My husband and I love Red Lobster, Greenville Tx . We were there today,and had the most wonderful food with an amazing server by the name of Christina. She's waited on us before and is always so kind. My husband has had a few strokes in the last few months so he talks and moves in slow motion now, Christina is so patient with him. She's always so helpful,she always makes sure our drinks stay full along with our bellys! She stays on top of things just as a server should even when she's super busy like today. This Red Lobster location is conveniently located off of I-30 in Greenville, Texas. Our server was Aniyah, who was Kind, Patient and Professional . This was our first visit and we truly enjoyed it. As you can see in the photos, the food was delicious and fulfilling. The three of us each had something different to eat. Aniyah was also very attentive by checking on us frequently. To be fair this visit was on valentines day. Given that, i think it went ok. The wait was an hour but it was so disorganized and crowded by the front door that words cannot explain. They need to invest in a better system to notify you that you table is ready. Screaming at the top of your lungs is not it. The situation made it so you couldn't leave the front area to make it less congested because you would not be able to hear when they called your name. The staff were pretty attentive and nice considering the busyness. A funny note: three of is ordered lobster bisque soup. The waitress came out with one bowl and said the other two would get fresh soup. Um. Huh? So my husband took the bowl of bottom of the pot soup while my sister in law and I waited for the fresh stuff. Maybe they should have just explained the delay and brought us all "fresh" soup. Both the waitress and manager kept passing, but it would take navy signal flags to get their attention. No sauces ever arrived. No cocktail. No tartar. Erin, the waitress, seemed somewhat scattered. This Red Lobster location is pretty terrible. Walked in on a Monday lunch and there was no wait. We got seated and three of us quickly got the endless soup and salad, while the fourth person got endless shrimp. We ordered our salads as well as our clam chowder for soup. Took quite a while for the clam chowder to come out because they were making it. Made sense, but I couldn't even keep track of the number of times our server said that it would be right out. No reason to keep saying the same thing if it was NOT going to be right out. My brother could only order one shrimp option at a time for the endless shrimp, but it would take FOREVER for each one to come out. And yet again, our server kept saying it'll be right out when it clearly was not going to be. To be honest, it felt like they were just trying to annoy us to the point that we would just stop eating our unlimited meals and just leave. Try to avoid this location if possible. But who knows if there's a better seafood place in Greenville so maybe it's unavoidable. read more

Worst experience ever! Rude hostess. We came in 15 minutes after opening and asked for a specific area/server. She took us to 4 other booths before we finally just seated ourselves. There was no reason for not seating us as requested to begin with. All the employees seemed to be working upset. The food was just okay, Cod was mostly breading, Walt's Shrimp had shrunk in size by about half of what they were a month ago. But the worst was trying to check out. When we asked for the check, the waitress disappeared for long periods. No-one would tell us why we couldn't just get our check. Finally she brought us a check with someone else's food, and some credits at the bottom. It was nearly $40 (lunch for 2?!) and kept insisting that the amount was correct. The amount was way too high! Finally a manager took over. He was the rudest and most incompetent of all. He had to re-ring our check and had no clue how to use the computer. Then he said he had to fix all the incorrect checks before he worked on ours. I asked if he could fix our check first so we could pay and leave. He either didn't know how or didn't care, but made us stand at the bar while he fumbled around with the computer fixing all the other messed up checks. In all, it took us nearly 30 minutes to pay our bill!! And not so much as an apology for any of it. Total lack of respect and customer service. We will never be back! read more

Great food and great service, but the other issue was they were out of Walt's favorite shrimp along with several other items on the menu... overall the experience was great but I've been to many better managed Red Lobsters across the United States.. our waiter really did do his very best to mitigate all the management issues.. he showed up to take our drink orders with a fresh warm basket of the delicious cheddar bay biscuits mere seconds after we were seated!
