I love Red Lobster, it was fancy before I knew what fancy actually was. In fact I wish the more elite restaurants were like Red Lobster. This Red Lobster fits the bill. Although it seemed redesigned from the classic restaurant it still had that old school feel. We had great service and great food. My wife and I shared the Ultimate Feast with a Caesar salad and a loaded baked potato. The lobster was very good, it was firm and plump. It was a little too much on the sweet side but still delicious. The Walt's favorite shrimp and snow crab legs were great. The crab legs cracked easily and the meat was juicy and pulled out perfectly. Garlic Shrimp Scampi was a little saltier than I remember but still good. The Caesar Salad and Baked Potato were also top notch. This location is a great example of what Red Lobster is or used to be. I recommend it for all the Red Lobster fans out there, be proud! read more

Lobster fest was delicious . That was easily a good date with my boothang!!! Something I wanted too point out was the size of the cup the Long Island ice tea was in. The building is kind of rundown there's bushes growing out of the gutters half of the gutter on the north side is fallen down inside ceiling tile for missing cabinet doors were missing. I met with some friends and we had a great experience at Red Lobster. The manager was really friendly and helpful. I told him that I wanted to come pick out a lobster for my birthday. He explained the process and I'm certainly going to go back and do that. We ordered the trio (shrimp scampi, Walt's favorite shrimp and shrimp linguine Alfredo , a crab topped potato and the salmon dish. The server was incredible and informative and the food came out quickly. They said the salmon was cooked properly and still moist and not dry and overcooked like other places we went. Bahaha! Wow. What a joke of an experience. We had a 6 pm reservation. Didn't get seated til right at 7. Over heard the manager say not to seat anyone because the kitchen is so far behind. Then about 30 minutes later say reservations don't matter and it's not first come first serve. What??? Our waiter Matthew was good but he couldn't stall us for long enough. We sat down at 7 and left the restaurant 2.5 HOURS later. This is not an exaggeration. It took about 45 mins to get each "round" of endless shrimp order. We went to Red Lobster to celebrate my son's birthday yesterday. We asked before we sat down if they do anything for birthdays, they said yes. We ordered, they were out of French fries, they didn't put the lettuce on my salad and the service was very slow, while the manager was watching basketball games at the bar. At the end of the meal, we waited for something, a song, a cup of ice cream for the birthday, but the staff did nothing. They were unfriendly about the whole experience. We left very disappointed. I brought my mother here on Sunday Dec. 1st because she wanted something besides turkey and she was given a gift card. It started well enough. We were seated in the bar area. Our server Alexis B. came by, greeted us and took our drink order and told us the cheddar biscuits would be out in a few minutes. After drinks arrived we ordered staters. Our starters came out and I inquired about the biscuits to which she said they'd be out in a minute. While we're waiting on entrees we notice her bringing out biscuits to two new tables she got. Now I'm irritated. Our entrees arrive and still no biscuits. I say, we're still waiting on biscuits, to which she replied "I'm still waiting on them to be ready" (in a snippy voice). My mother really wanted biscuits with her meal. Me, I was fine without. I finish my entree and the biscuits arrived a few minutes later. My mom was pretty much finished with her entree by that time. Such a disappointing experience. I could see if she was in the weeds, but she wasn't. We were 1 of 4 tables she had. There was no one sitting at the bar. Not once after she dropped off the entrees were we asked if everything was fine or offered refills on our teas. Then the topper at the end. My mother has 2 big pieces of fish and Mac left. I ask for a box for her leftovers and she brings her a small box meant for a side dish, so we stuff the food in the box and I was done wanting to converse with her by then so I said nothing. This is my mother's go-to place for seafood, but she said she never wants to return. She was so friendly, quick, and always one step ahead--making sure we had full drinks, fresh food, and everything we needed without us having to ask. Have you ever had warm seafood? Well let me begin by saying that it was not great. Before I get ahead of myself let me start from the beginning. My partner and I arrived somewhat close to 9PM on June 29th, we got seated around 9:05PM which was great. However, the seating area was off putting it was a small table for two near the bar and close to the kitchen area, additionally we were seated under a dripping vent. Our server did not attend to us after 15 mins, we ordered instantly which was two salmon New Orleans with their prospective sides and a cup of lobster bisque on the side. Later, the manager on duty informed us that they only have one salmon left, so my partner decided to get the surf and turf, for the steak was medium rare, i just want to make that a point. We got our food an hour later! The restaurant was not busy or packed at all. Our main dish was warm, but our sides were cold. We never received the cup of lobster bisque and his steak was well done... it was not looking up from here. We are the type of people who do not waste food. However, we were unable to eat immediately since our server did not provide us with utensils, so I went ahead and asked the bar keep for a set of silverware. Lastly, they charged us twice for the surf and turf and the manager had a tough time understanding that we only received that meal once. The lobster was straight rubber and absolutely cold and tasteless. The blackened salmon equally so. Don't even think about trying the dipping butter, it's canola oil with a drop of margarine in it. After waiting 1.5 hours we asked how much longer and the girl said "we don't know". People with reservations ended up walking out because their reservation had been "lost".
