Came here with my parents on 12/5/23 around 8pm. The hostess was very rude. I said "for 3 people" and she very aggressively yelled "what!?" -like I said something offensive. When she sat us, she stepped on my toe. Normally, if I accidentally step on someone's foot, instantly pull my foot back- but the girl put her whole body weight on my toe and said a very unconvincing "sorry". When I said thank you for the menu's she just grunted at me. This was hands down the worst treatment I ever had at a red lobster- it makes me question if my family was at a location "where we didn't belong" - if you catch my drift.... Came to celebrate with my husband and my daughter her first birthday. Unfortunately, I was not aware it's not a kids friendly establishment. They only had booster seat with no restraints. I asked for a child seat and I was told they couldn't give me one because they couldn't block the pathway. I understand that completely, but why not seat us elsewhere? I took my family there on the 9th of November our bill came out to $80 something so I paid with my debit card for our meals and left a cash tip. I made sure that I wrote down NO TIP on the receipt, two days later I noticed on my bank account that red lobster had charged me $105 on my debit card. I called back to question this discrepancy just to learn that the waitress added a 20$ tip after we had left. So if anyone eats here just be careful. read more

I probably hadn't been to Red Lobster for almost 10 years..(previous bad experience). Went there for a birthday celebration lunch with someone that loves the place, specifically the biscuits. I gotta say the meal was very good. I went in with low expectations, but left very happy with the food, the service, and the location. Brianna was our server, very pleasant young lady and she was well on top of the job. I had the New Orleans salmon with Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes. The food and service were both exceptional. I went in for the Endless Shrimp deal! My server, Evelyn, seemed uninterested and annoyed that she had to serve me. (I think that's her name. She had a long black braid.) Her attitude wasn't pleasant and she was very monotone and matter of fact. She barely visited my table and if I needed anything I would have to get her attention. She passed my table several times and continuously glanced at me never asking how everything was. She never informed me that they were out of certain shrimp options, until I asked about it. I would figure this is something you would inform guests about whenever you start to serve them. But again, subpar service. Showed up for Ultimate Endless Shrimp. They were out of Crispy Dragon Shrimp, which we were excited to try. They were also out of the sauce that comes with the shrimp Rangoon. I ordered Lobster Bisque and upon getting it I noticed that there was no Lobster what so ever in it! I sent it back and the waitress told me that they no longer put Lobster in it. On Sept 24 my cousin and I went and sat at the bar . We were not greeted nor spoke to invitingly . The waitress at the bar , after walking pass us several times said , y'all ready to order . I proceeded with how are you and what's your name . I did that as a way to show her she already is starting on the bad side . She didn't catch on , and proceeded to tell me her name was Kachet ( cash- shay ) . The service was poor , her and another white female with red hair . I hate to describe by color but I didn't catch her name , both were very distant , displeasant and Kachet was def not professional ! Her attitude was felt by every one at the bar. She kept saying she wanted to go home. Kachet even started cursing and going back with employees behind the wall in the bar which is still exposed to the bar ! She was even gossiping . It was ghetto ! The manger had no control over the staff around the bar . He never set any clear directives or expectations. I say that because he was so calm, and despite everyone at the bar being displeased he avoided correcting staff in a firm way . My admirals feast was good up until I ate my dried claims . This is the second time I have visited this location both times the service has been horrible. After the waitress brought our food and corrected her errors in our order we never saw her again. We had to go ask someone else for refills on drinks, condiments and our bill. Which by the way the bill wasn't ours. Finally went to the front and stood there for a good 10 minutes waiting on ANYONE to help us take care of our bill all while there is a few people who have been waiting to be seated. Finally found a waiter and he got the manager. Manager simply said we are understaffed. To top it off the food was just mediocre. read more

We went here for Father's Day and my family went out to eat. The wait was only about 30 minutes but we were seated with a big enough area for all 7 of us. The server we had was so incredibly nice - I forgot his name but he was friendly, attentive and didn't forget a single thing. My family ordered some variety of the "big" meals such as the lobster and steak combo, and ended up being disappointed because both were small. I say don't waste your money on that because you'll be disappointed. My brothers snowcrab on his platter was tiny, over cooked and dead. All lobsters were tough and not tender. Their disappointment was the reasoning for my 3 stars :( We also ordered the calamari and it was too oily and tasted oddly mushy. I on the other hand ordered the zucchini noodles with lobster and shrimp and it was DELICIOUS. Now, I am biased because I love noodles, lobster, shrimp and a lemon butter sauce so it was essentially I loved, done right. I hope they keep this on the menu forever! Tip: order the stuffed mushrooms because they're delicious and one of my all-time favorite appetizers. Overall, the service is great. This location of Red Lobster was a THE WORST!! 1. We got to the restaurant while there was a crowd. That was fine. The boys at the hostess station were young, rude, and obviously were ready to go home. Anyway, they said our wait was about 45 mins. We were fine with that since we had a party of 6. 45 mins went by, now the crowd is starting to subside. We went and asked about the wait time, they told us another 30 mins. We got there at 745pm. We figured we would be seated and eating no later than 845, but that didn't happen. (The only reason we didn't leave and go somewhere else was due to my kids being really excited about trying Red Lobster for their first time. They are 10 yrs and 12 yrs old). We go and check for the last time, and finally get seated at 920. By this time, the wait staff is bussing all the tables and it's only us and 2 other tables still there. 2. Our waitress was nice and accommodating, but clearly told us she was so upset that the boys at the hostess stand were delaying tables because "they were ready to get off work and go party". 3. The food was awful. My oldest go the lobster tail combo, and the food was rubbery and only warm. The other kids got the endless shrimp, but being that it was so late, didn't get a chance to eat as much as he wanted. 4. The smell was terrible in the restaurant, and, of all the tables, they sat us right next to the restroom, and had a huge fan blowing for whatever reason. Needless to say, I DO NOT Recommend patronizing this location. My kids HATED it, and told all their friends at school not to ever eat there. It was an awful experience, and I won't spend another dollar at that Red Lobster!! By the way, I did call and ask for the manager, but they pretty much didn't care about our experience. Made my way out to Kingwood for my best friend's birthday and he wanted some Red Lobster, being a fan of the RL, I concurred with this decision wholeheartedly! This location is one of the older ones in my estimation as it had that musty smell a lot of older restaurants take on after a while. Unfortunately that smell kinda makes me worry that the kitchen may not be clean? Not verified mind you but just my perception! I had the shrimp soup and salad, substituted the lobster bisque for the soup . Found the shrimp ok, salad seemed fresh and the lobster bisque was tasty but had a little aftertaste like something that had been reheated. Biscuits were the usual good flavor but a bit dry - not fresh! Service was very good both quickly seated in a good location and friendly. The waitstaff seem that be well trained! The restaurant just needs to freshen up to get rid of the musty smell. The food needs to be a bit fresher as well to come back up to the standards of what a good RL should be! read more

The staff here are very polite and patient. They actually check up on you occasionally but not too much and I like that. The food here is always good! The last time I came here was with my boyfriend on Valentine's Day and we didn't have wait for very long because they were asking people if they were okay with sitting in the outside area they had and it was just a beautiful night. It was a Tuesday so it wasn't too crowded and we were able to be seated immediately. Service was pretty good although I did wait quite a while in between drinks. The cheesy biscuits were amazing. The salads were just the right size and delicious. The shrimp came out and hot and fresh. Everything was very good. The only negative was they offered no kind of birthday "treat". No dessert, not free anything. That was a little disappointing. There are a ton of places to choose from and it would have been nice to have gotten something. read more
