Not only was the place unorganized but once we got seated, the waiter told us that he can help us get rolls and salad but only Jesus could help with the Shrimp. The place was so behind on providing shrimp. 2 other groups walked out after waiting on shrimp refills and never getting them. One table beside us had finished everything and never got their shrimp refills. We ended up leaving because we had now waited 2 hours at our table and no shrimp yet. Not worth all that. read more

We had reservations for 5:45 on a Tuesday evening. We were seated in the bar area. The server brought a beer to my girlfriend with just the bottle, so she asked for a glass. The glass took10 minutes to arrive. The server took our order and a different server brought our entrees. No one checked to see if we were in need of anything, like a 2nd beverage or ask about our meals. I perceived that there wasn't enough Staff, as the server was clearing tables and ignoring us. The mussels were very fishy and one was unopened, and should not have been served. Although we went during "Lobsterfest", there was only a small amount of lobster as part of the entree. It was as if we were invisible, and didn't feel appreciated as customers! I tried to stop by for lunch, but walked out before I had anything to eat. Let's start with the hostess who felt she need to keep typing before looking up to talk to me. That is minor, fine finish what you are in the middle of but at least look me in the eye and say one moment. Then I am in corner booth and it sit there for 11 minutes and no one even comes to my table. I know exactly how long I was there cause I was watching a video on my phone so I had a clock on it and when I saw a couple who came in after I did with their server I was done. My guess the person on my table didn't know I was there. They were not full and it was at 1pm so not really an off hour. Poor communication between staff or a poorly trained one either way no thanks. I got up and walked out. I was able to make to the door without seeing an employee so they probably still don't know I was there. I have had trouble with slow service at the location before. Horrible horrible service / wait time. Our waitress was great the food was good but we waited an hour and half for our food to come out in total. We had endless shrimp and waited 20-30 min between putting in orders. We only got a couple orders because that wait was so crazy and we didn't want to waste our night. We asked the waitress kindly why things were so slow . She admitted to the crazy wait and said they were busy before we came as the reason. The entire time we were there they weren't even close to half full. Not once did a manager come by or apologize . We just waited 2 hours and 10 minutes and still had not been seated. We were told 1 hour, we thought okay it's 4:30 worst case is we get seated at 5:45. Eventually we left because the two, two year olds began to meltdown. Our six year old was losing his mind. So disappointed in the mgmt team - no where on the webpage does it state call ahead seating is not available on holidays, so when you call to do the call ahead seating we are told sorry this is not available on holidays - or the classic answer, our call ahead seating is totally booked, even though we called at 10am on a holiday - hum, when questioned about this it came down to they don't have call ahead seating on holidays - don't appreciate being lied to. I usually have no problems with Red lobster but a couple days back I order food and my order was horrible. Since Covid-19 a lot hasn't been right and I've been understanding. I ordered a golden fried fish dinner and the fish was dried out. The breading was falling off. The mashed potatoes weren't right. I don't know if it was old or what. The lobster dip was cold and they had put my cheesecake on top of the hot food so it was melting. The biscuits were so dry compared to what they normally give. I was really disappointed. So far everything is good, husband ordered lobster bisque it was fishy and cold, it wasn't good, but they took it away and he had clam chowder, he liked that better. Salads were good, but how can you screw up a dinner salad. My husband and I had a gift certificate we had been planning to use for quite a while. We have a young child and our "date nights" are few and far between. We knew we wouldn't be going out anywhere near Valentine's Day, so we were counting this as our early celebration, which is fitting since Red Lobster is where we spent our first Valentine's dinner together. We aren't from this area and had never been to this RL before. Walking in we were promptly greeted and told it would be a 45 minute wait. That seemed normal for RL, and not surprising. So we went to the bar to order drinks. That took a solid 15 minutes before we were even asked what we wanted. To be fair, the bar seemed to be short-staffed and the bartender was friendly and funny, so we let that go. Then our name was called, about 35 minutes after we walked in, so we were happy we didn't have to wait the full 45 minutes. This is where things get bad. Our waitress (Ellen) was one of the worst servers I have ever had. She took 10 minutes before she even acknowledged us. We had already checked out the whole menu so were ready to order right away, and we did. We also ordered drinks and water. It took about 20 minutes to even get our drinks (iced tea and Coke), and we never did get our water. At that point she told us our food would be up soon. We sat there another 30 minutes, now having been seated for over 50 minutes before we finally got our meals. She didn't even deliver our food, it was someone from the kitchen. People seated around us (with different servers) that had arrived after us already had their food at this point. Our food was good, my husband got the Ultimate Feast, which in our experience has always come with a bowl to put the discarded shells in, along with shell crackers and a little fork to get all the meat out of the lobster tail and crab shells. We did not get that. He had to put his shell waste in our bread basket, which was never taken away. Our server did check on us once after we got our food and refreshed our drinks in a relatively quick manner, but it was too late for us at this point. We feel she forgot to put our order in when we ordered because when we did finally get our food it was hot. She never smiled, she seemed put out that she even had to serve us, and like I've explained, the service was extremely slow. It can't be blamed on the kitchen as every table around us (and seated after us) got their food in a timely manner. Had she even pretended to be pleasant we would be able to overlook the slowness to a certain degree. Then the kiosk on the table which were supposed to pay our bill on was malfunctioning. That's not her fault, but we never did get a detailed bill, just a total, so I'm not even completely sure the entire gift card was used. I never got it back either, so if there was a balance left on it, I'll never know. We would never come back to this location, and it's a shame because it is nicer and cleaner than the one in our area. But the horrible and slow service was a huge turn off. A shame. read more

I live red lobster, one of my favorites but didn't enjoy the visit here very much. Our order took some time to come out, it came out at different times, I ordered extra lobster and ala carte items which came out before my meal, my wife's food came out after mine, and some of the lobster wasn't cooked fully. I will continue to go to red lobster but this visit wasn't good. Server also didn't do any check backs and was clearly busy, but lacked service with his tables. read more

Bill was $80 and the food could have been cooked better by a cook at McDonalds. Seriously disappointed. I ordered the feast, cost $29.99. Everything was overcooked and rubbery. Portions were very small, 5 small crab legs that were cold, 2 very tiny pieces of lobster that were overcooked and rubbery. The shrimp scampi was ok, but again WAY overcooked. I let my waitress know. All they did was send out another small, overcooked cluster of crab legs. Those were hot though, but still unable to get the meat out of the shell. Maybe they were old, I don't know, but very little flavor. My companions food was just as expensive, and overcooked as well. I'll never go back. This location need to have enough staff to serve guests. The last two visits we have had to wait unreasonably long. Today at 4:30 we were told wait was 60 minutes and there were empty tables. Not enough staffing. Heard that excuse to many times. Manager needs to do a better job of scheduling servers or hire more people. Disappointing. read more

My brother and I received a "Blue Moon shower" from our very embarrassed waitress who spilled a glass of beer on us; salad and entree orders were messed up causing my mother to have to wait for her food. The service was very good. Our waitress, Nikki, was fantastic! The hostess and others were very friendly! We've been going to Red Lobster for decades across the country. It just seemed that the quality of the food had dipped a bit. The clam chowder was more like chowder (I had a hard time finding a piece of clam) and it was rather bland. We ordered a lobster tail to go with our meals and it looked anorexic, though it was very tasty. The crab alfredo was too salty. The wait time is ridiculous we walked in with a group of 5 and and 6 groups came in after us and have been sat. Currently waiting 30 minutes we were told 15 minutes. We also told the hostess we would split up, it's not rocket science to sit us in a booth across from each other, which she just sat a party that had an open booth across from it. ‍ Then she comes up and says I'm waiting for one of these three tables to leave. Terrible experience here the other week. We sat down and waited about 10 minutes until the waiter came over to ask us about drinks. It was not that busy at the time so I don't know what took so long. Then it took 45 minutes until we got any biscuits. The waitress kept telling us that they were cooking. My sister and I used to work at red lobster and know the biscuits only take roughly 14 minutes to cook. They could've made 3 batches in that 45 minute period. Everyone else around us was getting biscuits. THEN THE BISCUITS WEREN'T EVEN HOT WHEN THEY ARRIVED! We ordered endless shrimp and after asking for more, gave up on ever seeing them. I will say that although my experience started out shaky it turned out really good. I ordered take-out and the person taking my order missed a complete order. At first I was mad and a bit annoyed, but after talking with one of the managers (Rebecca) it was great. She went out of her way to fix the mistakes and really made a bad experience into a great one. It is one thing to be able offer great service, but it takes a lot more work and effort to win back a customer after major mistakes have been made. Rebecca and her staff did just that. Came here on Thursday , not busy yet service was slow and waitress never asked if I wanted another drink after first drink. She didn't check up on us after serving food either. I am surprised it took so many years to bring it back, but Red Lobster has the best daiquiris and pina coladas and the garlic biscuits is the only reason sometimes I go!! The chicken parmesan pasta is very delicious and I am not a big pasta fan. The seafood smell is gross because I don't like fish too much, but the staff are always friendly and I always take my mum here cuz she loves it! We no longer have to drive to Milwaukee. Holly, the hostess told us that it was be a 20 minute wait so we sat and waited. 3 separate groups came in and got sat before us. We asked why we haven't been sat and she told us that it's because smaller groups will be sat first even though a group of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids) was sat before a group of 5 (5 adults) they got sat in a big booth almost 10 minutes before we got sat in a small booth with a chair on the end. Red Lobster restaurants seem to go up and down in quality and vary from place to place. This particular store was in its up-cycle. . We came in for dinner last Thursday evening. The place was busy yet we managed to get seated with no waiting. The restaurant seating is somewhat cramped with little room between tables. This makes it a bit tight, but it does not affect the food nor service, both of which were good. The restaurant and restrooms were clean; the place a bit noisy. For our meals, my wife and I ordered the exact same meal ... the Wood-Grilled Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon. The waitress seemed to get a kick out of this. We differed only on drink selection - beer for the wife and water for me. The meal was quite fine. It is the second time we had this particular dinner; the first at this location. read more

Let's start with Lisa, our fantastic server! She was attentive and her timing was absolutely stellar, not there too often, never had to wonder where she was...it is a big deal to have someone this good at a medium priced restaurant. The lobster, salmon, and shrimp combo was very good and the crab stuffed flounder is a long time favorite. And just as a side not, Red Lobster has the best cole slaw around.
