The food here Texas roadhouse is pretty good and if you get the barbecue ribs, you won't be displeased. They say that a good rib is good as sauce. At the Texas roadhouse they have really good barbecue sauce and I think it's definitely worth the trip to check it out. At times the service can be a little slow because they are very busy and it's not their fault. Just have to be patient and wait it out. The decoration inside gives you the impression of an old town saloon from the 1800s with a dark brown tables and chairs. Every Wednesday they have a sirloin steak special and it's definitely worth checking out. The sirloin steak is at a reduced price every Wednesday and definitely worth a trip on on that day. If I were you, I try to get there a little early or a little later because when it comes to primetime dinner hours, it's generally gonna be pretty busy. That gives you indication of how good the food is and you won't be displeased. From 5 PM to 8 PM is there general times when they're just packed and busiest. So come earlier or come later. Steak was good. Waited a bit longer than usual, more noisy than I recall in the past. We used to go there often. This was a Monday, so it should have been quieter. Ordered 16oz Sirloin from the case with the two sides of corn and green beans. Ordered two drinks, both doubles or so they say. Both same price, both different sizes. Strange. Giovanni was one of the worst servers i've ever had. I have worked in customer service my whole life so I usually go easy on service workers and try to convenience them as much as I can. We got there, the host gave us our bread and then we met our server. We were ready to order right away, so he took our food and drink orders. 35 almost 40 mins went by and he never brought our drinks or apps. He then came and asked if we needed anything, and realized we had never gotten our drinks. He said he "never does this" and apologized so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Then he brings our drinks, I saw he had straws in his apron, but didn't give us any. Then 5 minutes later comes back with straws. Then, our sides come out before our apps which was a little frustrating but fine, i assumed we'd get our appetizer next and wouldn't get our food for a while. But no, they bring out our appetizer and food at the same time. He forgot half of the dips we asked for, and didn't ever offer us refills we had to ask both times we wanted refills. Also, like i mentioned I like to make things as convenient as possible, so I always stack up the appetizer plates and the basket and dishes. Which we did before we got our main course but he never took them. We were sitting at a small booth so this just took up a ton of room on the table. Like I said, i've worked retail and restaurant my whole life so I know things can get hectic, but I think it was the way he was very nonchalant and completely monotonous when we nicely asked for things to be done correctly. Food took a little while to get to us, however it was good once it did. Sadly, we came in around 8:10pm and by the time we got our food it was close to 9 when they were closing so we immediately got boxes for our food to go. A bunch of Clint Eastwood-esque elderly men hunched over a bar? ... No, not exactly. The place definitely has a Texas charm to it minus all the hate and bigotry that comes with an actual visit to the Hate state of Texas. So I'd recommend a visit to Texas Roadhouse. The food is good. My family and I went here to Texas Road House for my brothers birthday dinner and we had a good time. The food here at Texas Road House was delicious, the service was great, and the place was clean. First was the food. I ordered the 6 oz. Steak with a Cesar Salad and mashed potatoes. The meat looked cooked and the rest of my food looked good. Flavor in this food was perfect and it tasted very good. If you do get potatoes I recommend putting gravy on them as in my opinion they have some of the best gravy in town. I came here with my dad for a Veterans Day meal on Nov. 12. It was extra busy with lots of veterans, but the staff handled it very well. My dad had a 6 oz steak and potatoes and I had Mushroom Swiss chicken sandwich with fries. We both really enjoyed our meals. Wasn't much different than other steakhouses. The service was friendly and quick. Their Frozen Margarita was delicious and the consistency was perfect. The smallest prime rib cut was 10oz; it was cooked well with just the right amount of sesonings. The mashed potatoes with butter and brown gravy did not disappoint. First off our waitress eureeked of marijuana, and probably because of that our service was extremely slow. Our food was barely warm probably because she forgot to bring it to us.
