My absolute favorite thing is the lobster rolls! And I prefer their filet Mignon over their lobster. The oysters taste straight out of the bag.. so go with something like the stuffed mushrooms! Red Lobster is back!!! Best food I have had there, hands down, in 10 years!!! They were hopping on Father's Day and they were low staff, but you could not tell it from the experience!!! The crab legs were perfect and well portioned ( they gave us a hardy portioned 1lb order) the fried flounder was cooked perfect, and baked potato was hot so butter would melt!!! Staff was nice but not enough of them to cover all the tables. I ordered a drink and waitress had to make it there was no bartender. Food is good but there is an odor, possibly needs cleaning. Did not see a manager. With more staff and a a good clean would be a 4.5 star. read more

Wish I could give it 0 stars cause I didn't receive actual food.Me and a couple friends went in and they said it would be a 20 minute wait when there was only one other group waiting, but we didn't think much of it and waited. After 30 minutes we got seated and waited another 15 minutes to get our drinks. We tried to order food but our waitress walked off very fast so we up and left. I went here recently and the service was great! Friendly people with service with a smile. Me and my guest glasses were refilled on a regular basis and the food was great. We had not been to Red Lobster in long time but had a gift card. We were all so disappointed. The waitress knew nothing about the wines. She was slow and would bring only 2 drinks at a time for 4 of us. She came over and wanted to know if we needed a to go box before we even finished eating. Everything was very slow. I gave her a gift card and a credit card. She came back saying gift card was not working she would have to take to manager. Order a To Go Meal for my family of 4. When I got there I saw my bags ready to go but the bartender is apparently the only person in charge of the take outs. She was at the register with another employee and didn't even bother to acknowledge that I was there, left to the kitchen to do something else and the other employee was like "she will be right back" waited another 10 minutes because she was getting someone else's food ready. When she got back, she took care of the customer and then ask me to check out. Like seriously my food has been standing there getting cold and you couldn't check me out before you left. And then the manager was like oh sorry I'll speak to her but he didn't even care and was obviously not correcting the situation. Worst take out service. I ordered from Door-dash tonight and gave that Bone with the Fish in the name Restaurant a try....Never again! BFG was total crap and a WAST of money! Enjoyed a great meal last night at Red Lobster with the wife. I had the Crab Bake and Debbie had the Fish and Chips. Salad was prepared the way Debbie asked and the server made sure we were take n care of. The price was very surprising low for what we got. Plus we had a coupon for free Stuffed Mushrooms which was pretty cool too. This place has made a very big turn around. The management was on the floor and tending to the customers as well. Our service was terrible. It wasn't real busy but there were 2 larger parties there. According to our server both parties ordered just before us and that is what took 45 minutes to get our food. The food was not good. I ordered grilled shrimp and steak. My shrimp was flat out gross and seemed still slightly translucent (under cooked and did not taste grilled. It was rubbery) My side which was steamed broccoli was under steamed and tasted raw. My steak, which was ordered at medium came out medium well and was very tuff. I didn't eat the broccoli or the shrimp but did eat the steak. It was not a good meal. My husband got steak and corn on the cob. His came out cooked correctly but wasn't great either. He said the corn was terrible. My son, 12 who eats everything and then asks for more had chicken tenders and barely ate one, he said they were gross. My daughter got Mac and cheese and ate it all. Maybe we all should have gotten that. Btw the drinks (non alcoholic, coke, tea) cost $2.75 and the corn cost $1.99 extra even though the entree came with 2 sides. Wonderful service tonight. My boyfriend has never tried seafood so he ventured out of his comfort zone and got the Salmon New Orleans. He was SO impressed! Everything was cooked great. Biscuits were also nice and fluffy. The manager came back to ask how he liked his dish because he was new to seafood and he made sure she knew how good it was. Enjoyed a great meal tonight. We were seated right away and our waitress Kayla did a superb job taking care of us. I ordered the Salmon New Orleans with asparagus and it was perfect. My salmon was cooked medium and the shrimp on top were well buttered and a good size. My wife had the fried popcorn shrimp and baked potato and she said it was delicious. Our friends had the steak and shrimp and ate every bite. The servings were so large we had no room for dessert. The restaurant is very clean and the location is easy to find on the main road going into downtown Murfreesboro. Excellent meal! read more

I am a huge fan of Reb Lobster in Murfreesboro which is why is really sucks I have to write this review about them. We came in 7pm on Saturday evening. We were seated immediately. So far so good. Then we sat and waited for 25 minutes and not one single person acknowledged us sitting at the booth. We were passed by 1 manager and 3 different servers. Not a single glance at us staring all around us looking for somebody to just ask us if we had been greeted. We decided to leave and tell the hostess about what happened and all we got was "sorry about that". Not an offer to speak to management or let me see if we can get you taken care of. Went to red lobster on a Friday night with my wife about 5 o'clock. Looking forward to the lobster fest. There were approximately eight people in the whole restaurant and the hostess seated us in a booth with a wall separating our booth from the booths on the other side of us. The partitions have been taken away. There was no music it was dead silent. Then they seat a couple in tie-dye T-shirts right next to us ,In a booth,on the other side Of the divider. we had ordered an hors d'oeuvre but while we waited and tried to have a private conversation, we were sitting 1 foot from the other couple While all the booths on that side of the building were empty. It was as if we were meeting them for dinner, ha! Told the server we were leaving because it wasn't what we wanted for our dining experience that evening. He brought back the manager and she offered to Seat us somewhere else but we were already disenchanted. The dining room is tired and dated and we won't be back to this location. read more

My wife and I made the decision to live in Murfreesboro after having a wonderful experience at this Red Lobster. It's so sad that they've fallen so far. We went recently on a weekday and ended up waiting 20 minutes to be sat, even though the restaurant appeared empty. While we waited we discovered the bathrooms smelled like low tide... yuck. When we were finally sat, the server took ten minutes to get to us and didn't seem very excited to serve us. The food was fine but the server was only seen a couple of more times, one of which was when I was able to beg for my check. I know it's a chain restaurant, but this location had some sentimental value to my family so it's disheartening that we can't enjoy it anymore. read more

The last time I went to Red Lobster it was horrible. Tonight made that seem like a bad dream. The New Menu which allows you to have a full course meal for 15 dollars is great! I highly recommend anyone whom is a fan of seafood to try it out at least once and see if I am wrong. The staff was really nice and the food was hot when it was supposed to be and cold when it was supposed to be. The only thing I can think of changing is the lack of price of regular drinks on the menu-it was not there. It was a very clean store and when customers left they were super quick to make sure the tables were taken care of and ready for the next group. It can be a little pricey if you have more then three people however it is worth it if you are tired of the frozen seafood- :) fishsticks get old right! :) The cheddar biscuts are great and were very fresh and hot. Even my husband who always has a complaint about something could not really say anything bad which made me even more happy. So take a minute the next time you are lookng for a nice place to relax and eat- soup, salad,entree, and desert- cant beat it. read more
