I am determined to get a decent meal here one way or the other. Sometimes I have to have seafood and beggars can't be choosers I suppose. Went on Friday at 4pm. Started with the lobster pizza which was a nice thin crust, but the lobster had an off putting metallic taste to it. If my husband doesn't finish a dish, there has to be a problem. I got no baked potato or tartar sauce or lemons as requested. Had to ask for refills on drinks and my husband's sides were stone cold. My (lord, I hate to say it) silverware was dirty, but I just changed it with some from the table next door. I think it must be time for some new management at this location. read more

I went into a couple red lobsters but this one make me upset because the bathroom was really dirty it had an explosion of poop all over toilet. I did not want to use the bathroom. It's Red Lobster. It's a Red Lobster with fast, friendly service. It isnt perfect... a few chips with our appetizer seemed undercooked. My salad was a little limp. Maybe the breading on my fried entrees could have been lighter. But we enjoyed our meal and cocktails. It was good overall and a fair value. read more

We stopped in on this past Sunday to celebrate a birthday. As always we had a pretty large party (about 15 people). The staff was absolutely amazing in accommodating our every need and desire. Ebonie was one of three services that took care of us and demonstrated 5 Star service. She over heard us talking about desert and, she began to tell us that her birthday was 2 days prior, and that she brought her birthday cake in (from Piece of Cake) and offered it to us. She brought it out, and allowed each of us to take a piece. (Something she really didn't have to do). This was just one of the many things that she did to give us the most outstanding service that any of us has ever received from this restaurant. Horrible service. Plenty of empty tables. People at the table next to ours were unhappy. Waiting for there check the were done eating when we arrived. She commented they had asked for the check 15 minutes earlier. Now on to us. After 45 minutes we asked why people that came after us had their salads and we didn't. No apology, nothing. We get our salads. An hour and a half after we are seated, two tables that came in way after us are eating. We still dont have our food. I find the manager and tell her we are leaving and not paying for anything. She catches my wife in the parking lot an offers to bring our food to the car in to go boxes. A few minutes later we get our food on to go boxes. Need to fire the waitress. She had three tables and completely ignores one. read more

The absolute worst service. After sitting 15 minutes just for drinks we had to flag the waiter down. There where 2 couples come in after us drinking and eating bread all while we wait. After bringing 1 drink(it's 2 of us) we ask for a straw of course he takes 10 minutes to bring it back. We ordered and the food was delicious but of course we where left with empty glasses for another 15 minutes. He checked on us once and didn't even try to explain why we where sitting so long. We enjoyed our food. The wait was not long to be seated and it was almost 7 on a Friday nIght. The only complaint or reason i didn't give it 5 stars, the floor was dirty where we ate and the table was not clean. And everyone goes to the red lobster for the bread. The waitress would bring 2 in a basket. Seriously? So we asked for more. She brought 2 again. I'm like omg. My husband can put away 2 by himself lol give me a break!! So basically if you have a big table? You will get better service here. She was catering to the table behind us, asking the table behind us if it was their bday, etc. (btw it was mine...she just never asked....it's cool.). We will prob be back because the food was good. I had the 4 course feast Caesar salad, potato soup, 7 oz sirloin steak, corn on cob, and steam broccoli. Farrakhan should have been medium-well cooked, I has to send it back cooked well done. Had to eat my corn while it was still warm. The new steak they brought me just was not flavorful. My husband had Boston Broil Boil which the lobster was chewy, muscles were dry pasta was bland. Went here today just before 3 pm. /they were not busy at all. I ordered soup and a caesar salad hubby ordered all you can eat shrimp-scampi and breaded. The people a couple tables down from us--that came in after us--ordered and got served before us. After about 25 minutes we finally asked about our meal and mentioned the other had gotten their food already. The waitress said "yeah, but theirs didn't have to be cooked". Should that matter? When we finally got our food, both salads were more stem than actual lettuce, the scampi had no flavor, and the breaded shrimp was overcooked. Not a good experience at all. I ate here on a Sunday . Our server arrived after about 5 minutes and said "hey um do you want a drink ?" I ordered a margarita, and she acted very surprised or almost judgmental that I ordered a margarita. My boyfriend ordered a sweet tea -- and her response.... "do you want a shot of rum with that or something?" I swear I can't make this up! She asked if we wanted to order, so we ordered our appetizers since she didn't ask. When we ordered dinner she started to tell me certain things cost extra. My reply was that we don't care if anything costs extra, we still want it. Over and over she said that costs extra. I said yes that's fine , I don't care if it's extra, that's still what I want. She said with attitude "ummm am I bothering you?"... worst attitude ever . I told her I work in a restaurant and i understand things cost extra, but Even if it's extra we still want it. Her response was that "certain tables" get mad that stuff costs extra once they get the bill , so if she thinks someone's gonna get mad and complain later she tells them ahead of time . So basically I look young so she's going to assume I'm cheap. Also, we didn't get the lemons with my boyfriends tea until the food arrived . (We asked multiple times) We received our salads after our entrees. My food was fried , and came out cold. I'm assuming it sat in the window waiting on my boyfriends food to get done . The previous time I dined here, our service was extremely slow. They weren't busy doing work, our server was just busy talking to her friends by the computer station. The time before that time , I went and sat at the bar for 15+ minutes and never got greeted. This sounds impossible , but I promise you I timed it and it's real. There was a manager behind the bar the entire time as well as another employee . I believe they had a broken computer or something but regardless letting someone sit at the bar longer than a minute without a smile or a hello is absolutely ridiculous . To start with... restaurant was nowhere close to busy at all, empty seats everywhere... we were ignored at the door, even by the manager, once finally sat the waiter took our drink order promptly, 2 sweet teas.. 20 min later we received the drinks, at that time he took our order.... struggled taking it may I also add... another 20 min later our appetizer arrived, 15 min after that salads... once entree arrived it was completely wrong and waiter argued with me that I didn't order what I said I did... then walks off never asking my wife if she needed anything else with Her meal, finally I asked for the manager 10 minutes later, he did apologize and said he would have our entrees remade and comp'd our bill, but that's not the point.... read more

It had been over 5 years since we last ate at this RL location. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we found ourselves doing dinner after 10pm on a Friday night. The parking lot had plenty of vehicles in it so we decided to see what time they closed to decide whether to go inside or not. The sign on the front door states they are open until 11:00pm so we went inside. We were seated quickly, next to the bar, and that was the only quick service we received besides getting our check. Plenty of servers walked past and ignored us before our waitress finally came to our table after waiting a good 10 minutes. We should've left before she showed up. The first thing she said to us, she complained that no one had let her know one of her tables had customers. Since we were trying to get in and out of there, knowing it was getting near closing time, we knew what we wanted and ordered on her first stop at our table. Just to make a point, there was one guy eating at the bar and customers at two other tables besides us at this time. While we waited another 5 minutes for our drinks and salads, all other staff was in full close-down mode and still ignoring us. A huge pet peeve of mine is when restaurant staff sweep the floor next to a table with customers and they were doing just that. Do they not realize they are stirring up dust and dirt off of the floor, making it float in the air so that it easily lands on our table/food/utensils? When we finally got our drinks, biscuits and salads, we had to ask for utensils. Our waitress had not noticed we didn't have any, nor did she bring any at that time, so we had to wait even longer to eat. Our meals came within a reasonable time. My side of baby potatoes were obviously heated in a microwave due to how hot and dried out they were while our other side of green beans w/mushrooms (that were an up charge for some reason) were not warm. Our fried shrimp was mushy and tasted like grocery store frozen shrimp (pretty nasty). We asked for lemons and tartar sauce but was brought only tartar sauce. We had to ask for drink refills. We were asked if we wanted more biscuits so we said we did. Our server came back to us saying they didn't have anymore due to the kitchen being closed down, but if we still wanted them, it'd "take a long time." We said never mind. While waiting to pay, the manager finally came around and asked how the food was - too late to make a difference. All in all, we were there for 45-50 minutes, which is too long when there are only a few customers there, but won't waste our time going back to this location. They need a massive turnover to improve their food and service. read more

We ate at this Red Lobster today and it was the worse meal and service we have EVER had. Our food was cold. Our waitress was the worse too!! She could not remember anything you asked her to bring (that's why our food got cold). She even took our biscuits away and there were still biscuits in it. Then it took 15 minutes to get more. We will be going to Douglasville from now on. New waitresses and new management needed. So sad, this place use to be great, but not now. read more

Stopped in for dinner. Not too busy. Service started out a little slow / lacking. My wife ordered 2 appetizers and I ordered the 4 for 14.99 meal. We asked that everything be brought out at the same time but my soup n salad came out before the wife's meal. Small inconvenience - but pointing out that the server didn't listen. Wife had mussels appetizer. - the mussels were good and the sauce on them was delicious and flavorful. I kept dipping the biscuits in it. She also had the lobster pizza. Not very impressed. Very juicy pizza - won't be ordering again. I had the clam chowder. Very tasty. A decent sized serving. The Cesar salad was small and meh... But it was a side salad and not a meal. The tilapia tasted great - had a great grilled flavor. Broccoli was crisp and not over cooked - a plus! The wild rice was dry. I was pretty full so I gladly left it. Some friends and I went for a birthday lunch and to start of the meal the waitress was very impolite and impatient and she seemed as if we were inconveniencing her for waiting for our other friends to arrive. When they brought out our meals the waitress's acrylic nail fell into the food on one of the plates, she apologized AFTER she looked to see if we had saw that the nail had fell into the food she then apologized and went to "get a new one" and came back in less than three minutes.... Definitely didn't get a new one. Thoughout the lunch we were very patient and polite but that was not reciprocated by the service there. Drinks were not great, salad was warm, all the food prepared was not as good as usual. Service was very displeasing. Even when leaving there was lots of water spilt by the lobster aquarium and no one was cleaning it or had put out a wet floor sign. Definitely won't be coming back. read more

Ordered to-go last Sunday after leaving our church. Was less than impressed with this location. Was told on the phone it would be 35-40 minutes so when I got there 10 minutes later I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes catching up with family on the phone. Walked in to the bar to get the food and the bartender printed the bill for over $80 When what I ordered couldn't have been over $60 and said she needed to get the desserts ready. She left for over 15 minutes while I stared at my bill with wrong items on it and the other staff told me she would be back and then I could fix it. I had ordered 2 kids meals and was only getting one from what the bill said and also was charged for two sides of crab legs when I only ordered one. To top it all off, what my husband ordered was supposed to be a special for half the price and I was charged full price for it. When she finally showed up with the food, most of it was cold and she claimed that this was all I ordered and that the website was wrong on the price of the other meal. She told me she would have them throw in the chicken fingers and fries kids meal but I would need to wait another 15 minutes for that. This girl was actually arguing with me about what I ordered. I told her on the phone that I wanted 1 of the crab legs sides and she charged me for 1 pound instead of the 1 side (1/2lb). I handed her the money as I needed to get home and she never came back with my change from the $100 I gave her! Just put it in the register, said thanks and walked away to the back! At home, the crab legs were overlooked and hard, only one of my children got a meal and the other got easy Mac (he's 3 so he didn't mind) and the pasta that both my husband and I got made us sick. Tried to call and speak with a manager and was hung up on all 4 times I tried to call when putting me on hold. Never going back. Ever. read more

Went there last night with husband. Food was great but the $4.89 small draft beer was soured and the service was spotty. Waiter brought my cole slaw out with husband's salad.. no biggie but cole slaw kinda goes with the rest of my meal, not really a "side salad." We thought it odd that the waiter asked if we were separate when we asked for the check.. also took too long on closing bill out (somewhat too attentive during meal & not attentive enough on closing).
