This restaurant is 5 minutes from our house, but we waited for some of the hype to die down before we decided to visit. At first glance it's a pretty small place (from the other reviews and TikTok videos it looked huge). They keep it clean, and they replenish the food items consistently. Our server was really sweet, and she checked on us regularly. The food was a bit of a disappointment for a couple reasons. The nigiri looked dried out, and they had something that looked like poke but the color was off. I wanted to try the crab, but the butter is kept in an open container not being warmed, and I was just too afraid of what it would do to my stomach (see photos). One cool thing is that they have all you can eat ramen, and it was decent. Not something you normally find at a buffet spot. Would we return? I am foodie and in my search for a descent Asian food restaurant/buffet, I came across Nami Sushi. My new favorite. I tried a few others in the area, and was disappointed. This place not only is it well lit and tastefully decorated, the service was excellent. They have over 60 food selections, fruit and salads, a hibachi and sushi bar & they offer delicious Ramen during dinner hours. I have found my favorite buffet in town and I'm hard to please. So this is not your average Chinese buffet. It's around $30 per person but this is due to the crab legs on the buffet , which were good! They also have a hibachi grill and sushi bar making fresh sushi as you walk through, the entrees on the food were all very good and kept very fresh rotated out often. The Mongolian beef was probably my favorite but all was very good! They were pretty busy but they kept up very well with service and refills etc. not to many china buffets that I would rank this high, but it is what it is and worth it ! read more

Ambience was nice. It felt like a fancy restaurant. The service was attentive and welcoming but their choice in music was head scratching. Mostly r and b that didn't match the aesthetic. The food was subpar and after a plate I didn't find the food appealing and off putting. I did like the options for ramen that is included with the buffet and the hibachi and the sushi. The dessert was a high point, don't know if it came homemade or in a box but it tasted good. Overall, even with the service and the aesthetic it couldn't make up for underwhelming food. Sooo whenever I hear sushi and buffet, I'm automatically skeptical. I like my sushi fresh. Nani was a decently pleasant surprise. The sushi was being made as it was being placed on the display so that was great to see. While I mainly stuck to sushi and sashimi there were so many options and everything was well organized. I'd say sticking to just the sushi you get your moneys worth of the all day dinner special that runs on the weekends. They have lobster, crab, shrimp, fresh oysters, salmon... and then all of your typical Asian run buffet staples. I don't need to eat buffet style often, but when in the area I'd def come back here for the sushi! read more

I really wanted to like this buffet, but unfortunately the food was quite subpar and honestly off-putting. Most of it tasted like a frozen dinner at best. For example, the snow crab was mushy, and several items had a strange aftertaste--including the cherries at the fruit bar, the hot and sour soup, and even the sushi rolls. The short ribs at the "grill" station were very fatty and chewy, topped with what tasted like canned teriyaki sauce. Desserts weren't much better--the cakes were dry, and the mousse-like items also had that same unpleasant aftertaste. Overall, it was pretty much yucky.if there was one thing that was good it was the scallop sashimi. Other than that.. crap-o-la. On a positive note, the servers and hostess were attentive and friendly, and the restaurant itself appeared clean. Ambiance was icky- florescent lighting, terrible music- interior is cheap looking. As Asian buffets go this is a great one. The selection is fantastic. I love that they included kimchi and octopus. All the items tasted fresh with no rubbery sat on the buffet a while feel. As I watched they seem to keep smaller amounts on the line and replenish often. Let's talk sushi though. Massive selection of higher end rolls! Unlike many unlimted buffets that have sushi this one seems to care about the sushi lovers experience rather than simply being able to say they have sushi. Eel, tuna(s), shrimp, salmon to name a few. Nigiri and rolls are available and cute little raw dish salads. I would come here just for the sushi. Everything was so good for the first time I branched out to try things I wouldn't normally have gotten at a buffet. Stuffed mushrooms, octopus salad, baked salmon to name a few. It says a lot when a place is good enough for you to take food risks. Dessert looked great but I am not eating sugar. My husband loved them all though. They are brand new and worth a visit. Remember you are eating at a buffet. Keeping things crunchy, hot and delicious is harder than pulling it out of a fryer and putting it in front of you, but they did wonderful. read more

We have been wanting to try this place for months. The kids went back to school and they are having a back to school happy hour so got 10% off their lunch 19.99 price. We walked into friendly, helpful service. I was amazed by the ambiance of the place but a little confused by their music choice. When we were seated we placed a Ramen order from the menu on the table which was included. While I waited for that I hit up the sushi. It had a nice variety for buffet and rolls tasted very fresh. My salad was very good as well. The buffet was not the best. Not much on there I wanted made a plate and it was alright. Then, I got hibachi and it was so good. As far as deserts can't go wrong with the chocolate deserts and I don't usually like chocolate cake. I would go back during lunch for the ramen, sushi, and hibachi. read more

If you can you can tear up crab legs, - if crab legs aren't your style it's not worth the $ . Maybe it's because of the time of day I went there, cause a lot of food was running low and they hadn't yet changed it, but this was an average buffet place. As we arrived, the hostess and a server argued over where to sit us. I had to speak up and claim the table to settle their argument. During our meal, I had to ask for a refill even though the server walked past us four times and picked up our dirty dishes. Most of the food looked and tasted good except for their dried chicken. It appears to have been cooked earlier and reheated. This restaurant advertises as family friendly, however, there are families that do not watch what their younger children are doing. Using their hands to pick though items and not use the tools that are available. When the bill came, they already had the gratuity set for our selection. For just picking up our plates, and not attentive, they are way too expensive than the typical 18 -20 %. read more

I went for dinner and even though some people would consider the price steep at 30 bucks, where else can you get endless crab legs for that price... the ribs were fall off the bone and with great flavor, sushi was spectacular, the general tsos and fried rice are run of the mill for Chinese restaurants, the crab legs are what makes this five stars for me, they were relatively easy to crack with meat sliding out easy. I'd recommend having crackers on deck to make the process easier for people who aren't as barbaric, the environment feels very futuristic and the servers are jam up making sure your drinks are filled at all times and used plates are removed from the table. read more

It's a no for me. I was excited to find an all-you-can-eat Chinese spot in Fayetteville, since I usually drive an hour away to go to Golden Apple. So, my daughter and I arrived at Nami around 3:20 PM. I started at the buffet. Everything I tried was cold and bland. I sampled several different items, but they were all the same--lacking in flavor and freshness. There was an empty section on the buffet for crab legs, so I asked a server about it. I was told they would come out for dinner service in about 15 minutes. I figured I'd wait and at least try to get my money's worth. When the crab legs finally came out, I grabbed about three clusters. But before I could even taste one, three different servers approached me, all looking at me suspiciously and telling me the crab legs were only for dinner guests and I'd need to pay the dinner price. Fine--but they really should have a clear sign stating that lunch does not roll over into dinner. I agreed to pay the dinner price, but the crab legs were cold, dry, and just as bland as everything else--definitely not worth the wait or the extra charge. They also had lobster at the hibachi grill with a sign stating it was for dinner only. Since I was now paying the dinner price, I figured I'd try it. But again, before I could even get back to my seat, nearly every server stopped me to confirm that I was paying for dinner. Honestly, it felt excessive and a bit offensive, but I kept my cool and let them know I had already agreed to the dinner rate. As for the lobster--it wasn't good. It was drizzled with some sauce that couldn't mask the dryness. I left it on my plate. Now, my daughter is a sushi lover and she rated their sushi an 8/10. (She's 10, and I think they won her over with the dessert bar.) I didn't try the desserts myself--I was over it by then. In the end, I paid around $55 and still went home hungry. I won't be back. I'll gladly drive the hour to Golden Apple, where the food is always hot, flavorful, and consistent no matter what time you go--and it's much more affordable too read more
