Very good food at this location, and it's near the Eastwood Mall. Had lunch here yesterday with a good friend. We shared a Lobster pizza as an appetizer. It was a large pizza with a generous amount of lobster chunks on it. Good cheese and seasonings made it a great way to start the meal off. I had a salad and our server brought out those wonderful Cheddar Bay biscuits that Red Lobster is known for. Both my Buddy and I got the Crab Linguini Alfredo as our entrees. Delicious! The Linguini was cooked just right, and there was a good amount of of Alfredo sauce blanketing the tender chunks of crab meat. This dish is one of my favorites at Red Lobster, and this location prepared it very well! read more

HORRIBLE!! We ordered takeout at approximately 8:08 PM. When we brought the food home it was evident that it had been microwaved as the mushrooms were stuck together in a little pile in the container so that it was necessary use a knife to separate. The langostino dip that we purchased was so thick and gooey and gummy that even without a lid on the container it never spilled in transit home. I could turn the container over on it's side and it still did not move. It was a mess; cold and sticky. The only good thing about the order was the tortilla chips. This is terrible and should almost be criminal to serve such awful, microwaved, yucky food, especially when they're spending their hard earned money and trusting it would be excellent. read more

It's good. I seem to remember it being better as a kid. But maybe I'm the one who changed. Their recent remodel is really nice. I like that about this place...every 10 years or so, they remodel to look nice again. Too bad they remodel the food too. That's not to say that the food gets worse. It means that the sizes and quantities of the food get smaller as the cost of the dish continues to get bigger. I remember huge shrimp in my scampi. Now, although it still tastes good, it's baby shrimp in a smaller dish. Come on. And it's more expensive than it used to be. I've noticed that the plates are also smaller so as to make it appear as if your meal was bigger. You're not foolin' THIS guy. I'm way too fat for that. Cheddar Bay biscuits are still awesome though, as always. Mmmm Also...I really wish they'd bring back the beer-battered shrimp and the lemon-peppered shrimp they had a for a brief period because they were both DELICIOUS. read more

During this whole covid thing, I'm sure there's added stress working in a restautant. After 5 months of extreme social distancing. We decided to order out and do curbside at RL. Red Lobster's website is so user friendly and while they have a limited menu right now, I found variety in the options. We decided on the create your own and the new Nashville shrimp. Pick up was a breeze! After arriving in the designated parking space, I called the pick up number on the sign. The young lady who brought our food out had a mask on and was so sweet and kind. Everything perfectly packaged except we had 2 orders of a similar food and they packaged them together. Since they don't know whether we're going to the same home or not, I just think meals should be packaged separately...just my preference. The Nashville shrimp were good...a sweet, slightly spicy shrimp reminiscent of a less wet Nashville chicken. It was my daughter's fave. My pick was my regular go to, shrimp scampi and alfredo. The food overall was good, but the silverware was all dirty along with the cups even after we asked for a second set of silverware, it was still dirty. Our waiter did a very bad job checking up on us and seeing if we needed anything we waited 30 minutes to get our drinks because of very poor service they were not even busy. very disappointed with my experience. Disappointment:::: The lobster was delicious but I know now why you should only order the surf in the surf and turf because the steak taste like turf. I am happy that management came over and adjusted my total bill and took the steak off but I am still unhappy with the fact that a 30 dollar meal turned out to be a flop. Everything else was very good but upset with the fact that they took my steak back and recooked the original raw steak that they brought me. I am not sure if this is what made the steak taste so bad or if it was just a bad center cut of meat. So if you are choosing red lobster as your choice for steak don't do it. Just go here for seafood. If you want lobster and decide you may want steak just order the lobster. Service was great and the manager came over and took care of the bill but as for the food I wasn't happy at all. So this place is a mess!!! Got the wrong steaks, came back with the new and weren't cooked properly, lobster tails were under and fishy tasting, mac n cheese was horrible, mussels were also under, the charged us an extra $34 for stuff we didn't have and instead of putting it back on our card they gave us the $ back in cash?! This is a good spot to eat, not just sea food also steaks and burgers. They offer delivery as curb side pick up, the servers are great people trying to get through as well as us through the pandemic but I believe we are on in this together so if you can help support your local red lobster I encourage you you will not be disappointed. read more

HORRIBLE. I have NEVER left a review before and am not one to complain about anything. but this was a HORRIBLE experience. Came to this restaurant to celebrate a 98th birthday. Two members of our party ordered crab legs and were not brought ANYTHING to crack them open. Halfway through the meal they were brought plastic picker things. Upon complaining again they informed us they were in the dish washer still. Finally they brought one pair out and offered the other person SCISSORS! Management came over and was beyond rude. She claimed "she has no problem eating them" She offered to remake them as if that solves the problem at hand? Meanwhile the food is cold and they can't get it out. Ended up leaving a huge portion behind. She said they only have 3 cracker things at the restaurant and they are back ordered. While running a crab special..... Manager claimed 300 people a day have this problem as if they have that many people... So Be warned they do not have the crackers, they will not warn you, and will do NOTHING about it. Manager knows it all and is beyond rude. Will never be back. read more

I'm always satisfied @ the meal I get from Red Lobster! Service is always 8 out of 10. They will get rid of great items because of "limited time," but their pretty consistent. Until now! The Brussel sprouts, with ginger dressing & toasted dry onions on top is delicious-ONLY if it's the petite sprouts ! Yes the big ones are cheaper to purchase, but most people don't know how to cook them! Cooking time is longer. Needless to say, the next time I got the dish it was nasty! I had the Ultimate Feast. (Lobster and Crab Legs) I was unable to remove all the Lobster from the shell. The Crab Legs were cold. The server was very polite and helpful. I did not discuss the meal issues with him. I did not want to send food back with a complaint. Whoever is responsible for the kitchen should have at least known the Crab Legs sat around long enough to be bone cold. I expect to return there sometime, hopefully to a better meal. read more

we went multiple times for the endless shrimp. The three or so times we went we experienced inconsistencies regarding the shrimp rules being endless. Now with both of us being teachers we just want to eat after the end of a long day, but please be consistent. One time we could order more than one refill for shrimp other times we could only order one, others they wouldn't let us change what type we wanted, then we had to only have a small box to take home when we had other items ordered. But was told people are taking advantage of the endless shrimp and taking it home? uhh We had a baked potato in the box and a few pieces we had left over and were treated like criminals abusing the system. we also had servers get attitudes with us when we asked them about these policies. Took my son here for his birthday dinner at his request, and things couldn't have been better. The hostess was just wonderful and found seating for a table of 7 very quickly. She was friendly and helpful, and handy with the kids' menu! Our waiter was just fabulous!!! We never wanted for drink refills. This is important as my oldest son is Autistic and a melt down happens for something as simple as waiting for a drink. He got every single order correct and served everything HOT!!! I was so impressed! From appetizers to desserts, we never lacked attention. The food all tasted great. The restrooms were clean and neat, as was the rest of the restaurant. Everyone was friendly, helpful and patient. WE WILL RETURN!!! read more

Went to this same location this evening. I got there late but they insisted I could still get food. That may be true but the food I got was NOT good. I ordered a Salmon New Orleans dinner with broccoli and a baked potato with just butter and NO sour cream. When the meal arrived the baked potato had sour cream and the broccoli was hardly cooked (it was still raw). The Salmon had a good flavor but the fish was way wetter than I am used to having salmon served. All in all I was disappointed with the meal that was $27.49 with iced tea to drink.
