Sirloin was cooked a perfect medium rare and lobster tail was sweet and not rubbery served with butter. The cheddar biscuits were not dry at all- so addicting. The restaurant was clean and relaxed. Me and lil baby came here after a long day of travel and shopping, everywhere else was too long of wait but I'm glad we came. Customer service from Ameir was elite and made the experience perfect! We ordered and rated the following: Daughter Biscuits: 100/10 - best biscuits I've ever had Mozerella sticks - 7/10 no cheese pull Bacon Mac and cheese - 10/10 very very cheesy Fries - 5/10 McDonald's is better Me: Shark punch: 9/10 - a little on the sweeter side Salmon shrimp lobster: 10/10 - very flavorful and juicy. Whew... this was an experience. I'm giving two stars because the entree I got actually tasted really good... and the manager was great in helping us with our issues but the rest wasn't great. We had a reservation for 7pm. Got there a few mins early and were immediately seated (great). About 25 mins after being seated we realized no one came to us, not even to take drink orders. Finally about 30 mins later one of us went to the front to let them know. A few mins later our server (Jay) came and took our drink orders. Drinks came and then a few of us placed app orders. The apps came. Then we placed our food order. We waited over an hour and 15 mins and still no food. Finally another one of us got up and asked for the manager. The manager came over and explained that because so many people ordered the seafood boil the kitchen was backed up... after she said something to us the food came out. Most of us thought the food was good but the experience itself just wasn't great. The manager was great and handled the situation well but after not going for years this was not the experience I expected. The food I got was the New Orleans salmon which was great so if you do go I definitely recommend that. In my opinion the crab mashed potatoes weren't worth it. My mother and I dined at Red Lobster a few days ago and as always I have my pros and cons. We were greeted by a pleasant hostess and seated in a good, quiet area. Our server, Mo was pleasant and attentive. He made two delicious pina colodas. The food- I always get a bowl of soup whenever I eat out and must say the clam chowder was not it's best. The Red Lobster clam chowder used to be nice and thick with hunks of clams and potatoes. This time, it was rather watery and I probably could count the number of clam pieces and potatoes. Sadly, I felt a can of Progresso Clam Chowder would have been better and cheaper. As for the seafood filled mushroom caps, good but a little on the salty side. You can never go wrong with the biscuits! I'm sure I will be visiting a Red Lobster in the future since it's my mother's favorite but will probably try a different location. read more

The food was terrible. Had the admiral feast, the portions are much smaller and you get less. The biscuits were good but they were almost burnt and hard. The prices are completely ridiculous. My friend had scallops wrapped in bacon. The bacon was so hard and greasy, it came with a pile of lettuce with some vinaigrette not even a tomato. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was that the lobster tank in the waiting area was drained and empty. Usually it makes me a little sad seeing them in there, but it feels like such a quintessential Red Lobster Thing that it felt weird not having it. The biscuits were good (as always) and we got them first thing when our waitress greeted our table. I ordered the Sesame-Soy Salmon Bowl with some hesitation, given that it sort of sticks out from the other items on the menu. They were out of salad, so I was missing the spring mix that it is supposed to come with and I did not have any edamame either. Now that I think about it, I'm also not sure I had the crispy onions it was supposed to come with. The glaze was better than I expected, but it was pretty sweet and over just about everything on the plate, so it was a little much every few bites. My aunt got the Create Your Own Ultimate Feast. She didn't have any major complaints besides that she also couldn't get the salad, which she initially ordered as one of her sides. I'm giving extra points because our waitress was understanding when we took forever to order and talked for a while when we were all done. She remained attentive and kind throughout our visit. Seeing a detached lobster claw sitting in the tank first thing isn't really a good impression. That's DECAYING FLESH. NECROTIC water that your lobsters are living in. Then the waitress wanted to tell us how they were having a two lobster tails special, or you can add a lobster tail to any meal for a discounted price... uhhh, no thanks. The restaurant was basically empty, and with luncheon prices like these, I understand why. Still, it's been ages since we'd been to a RL, we stayed, but I think this'll be the last time in our lifetimes that any of us will visit, and I'm only in my mid-40s. This is Baltimore, man, we can get better seafood pretty much anywhere. Also, in case you're wondering why Walt is mentioned several times on the menu: Who is Walt to Red Lobster? Walt Boronczyk is a Restaurant Manager at Red Lobster, according to his LinkedIn profile. (I'm still wondering why ONE restaurant manager is so important in a chain that has probably hundreds of restaurants, but... moving on...) The garlic cheddar biscuits are classic and still EXACTLY how you remember them. The boyfriend had Garlic Shrimp Skewers (added a third skewer) -Two grilled shrimp skewers with a butter garlic glaze. Served with lemon and choice of two sides... Boyfriend got Caesar salad and bacon mac & cheese (upcharge). He didn't finish either, and felt like if the salad had come on the same plate as the shrimp, it would have been a better presentation. He said the char on the shrimp was perfect, and he did clean THAT plate. My mom had some sort of fried flounder and shrimps with a baked potato (sour cream and butter) and broccoli. I think it was on the lunch menu, but I can't find a copy of the menu online. She was delighted. I ordered Fish and Chips (Hand-battered, wild-caught cod served with coleslaw, tartar sauce and one side). I got fries, cuz fries. The coleslaw is roughly chopped and slightly sweet and an absolute winner. The tartar sauce is so good. The fish filet was crispy and huge. It was a decent experience. WAY better than last week's luncheon extravaganza at By the Docks (there were some cops, a tow truck, and some drama in the parking lot there this week, when we drove by). Still, like I said, you can have a better seafood experience in Baltimore by going pretty much anywhere else. This is a chain restaurant, so you're getting the same food anywhere in the country, including landlocked states. Explore your state! We ordered pickup. When it was brought home (we live about 3 minutes from the restaurant) we were missing the biscuits. If you know their biscuits, they are great. I called the restaurant so my husband could run out and get them. I was transferred to someone else. During the time I ate my soup. My clam shower was mostly broken cream due to it being luke warm and hardly any substance in it. At 7.5 minutes into my hold the manager came on the line and said, ok would you like to pick them up or did you not want them. I then had a conversation with the manager about how long it was taking to get something in my order corrected. He said well we had to verify your order. I said, for free biscuits? I wasn't asking for lobster or shrimp. It should have been a simple come on in and pick them up or we will take them off your bill. At this point my husband had already left to pick up the biscuits. I told the manager this and also complained about my soup (not expecting more) but just as an example of what I could complain about. When my husband came home he had the biscuits (2 extra) which were GREAT and a cup of soup. When I opened the soup it was COLD and the soup had separated (they was a thin hard layer of butter at the top.) My husband said it took at least 5 minutes to get the food once he got there, even though they knew we were on our way. Other food was OK. Baked potato was over cooked and lukewarm. Shrimp was good (but not hot). Hush puppies were yummy. My husbands food was cold when he finally got to eat. That was to be expected when you eat almost 40 minutes after picking up food. read more

I was going to give this experience and RL location three stars because I'm nice and everyone that we came across with service was pretty sweet as well as being served hot food. However, when I left, the more I thought about my experience, I was dismayed. I am a Red Lobster girl as of late... well since the pandemic my local location made me a fan. The milky white water in the lobster tank was off-putting. The dark exterior of the restaurant was creepy--no lights anywhere, not even in the sign that indicated they were open. The closer we got, we saw patrons in the dimly lit dining areas. There were one to two constant gnats at our table. I asked for clam chowder and it came with a spoon in it as opposed to served alongside it. Was my spoon also the serving spoon? The handle looked... well, handled and made me wonder about the other side that was already in the soup. I asked for napkins, they looked used with a cup ring and stain--were they under a cup from another table? I asked for a straw, the protective paper was wet with a stain. My coconut shrimp was served without colada (?) sauce. My mango tea looked like mango drink syrup, thick with ice. To close out the experience, pun intended, it was near closing time. As the waitress cleaned up, she played her personal cleaning music pretty loud which felt rude as we were still dining. Someone outside thanked us for coming as we made our way to the car. Whatever you do, do not visit or order to go on a holiday. Three hour wait to be seated and two hour wait for pick up orders. Pure chaos. There were two staff members who were extremely rude to guest that was inquiring about late orders. One was a short lady with a fro, and the other was a tall skinny young man with a fro. I think if there was more structure in the to go section, then guest would have been more understanding but instead, everyone was met with the attitude from those two staff members. The other staff members were a bit better and explained that the day was a popular day for the restaurant and orders would be called as they were prepared. I also was told I couldn't cancel my order so I had to wait for the hour standing up with other confused guest for my to go order. Met my son for dinner here on a rainy night. Restaurant was practically deserted but we were quoted a 15min wait. Almost 30 mins later we were seated. Hostess brought over a basket of hot delicious garlic cheddar biscuits. And we waited for the waitress...and waited ...and waited. Waited so long I decided to skip the endless shrimp and get something else as I knew I'd never get refills. We came on Wednesday to take advantage of the Wednesday special, sirloin steak and lobster tail for $25. What a surprise they had no sirloin and could only substitute a strip steak for $33 instead. Worst experience ever. We decided to go here since Phillips closes at 9pm. We arrived shortly after 8:30pm. The waitress was sweet, but didn't check on us at all. The food was terrible. My honey's Ultimate Feast was cold. The crab legs had no meat. The lobster tail was nasty. The asparagus was nasty (no flavor, seasoning, etc). My Parmesan Crusted Chicken was not cooked, potatoes were cold, and broccoli was the only thing edible. The manager took the entire plate back to the kitchen, which was nice. But had to wait another 20 minutes for the food. We paid and walked out at 9:36pm...still hungry and worried that the uncooked food would cause food poisoning. I don't do chain restaurants often because you realize how low the quality of food is compared to independently owned restaurants. My mother wanted to celebrate her birthday here so this is how I ended up. Honestly, the place wasn't crowded but our party of 8 still ended up having to wait 45 mins. The service was good. Our waitress, Kim, was great with our party. The food was ok. The quality of the cheddar bay biscuits has declined since my last visit. They were hard. I ordered the Salmon New Orleans with corn and broccoli. It came with a side salad. I got the caesar salad. They overdressed it, which made the lettuce soggy and it was very salty. I didn't finish it. The sauce on the salmon and shrimp had good flavor but the salmon itself was bland and overcooked. The broccoli was on the mushy side as well. The corn was great. I ordered a drink called the Rouge Wave. It was good but I'm pretty sure there was minimal tequila in it. Ended up getting a glass of red wine. Overall, I can't complain about the service. The food, however, was not worth paying as much as I did. My half meal cost $21. As a Baltimore resident, I know I can get better seafood for the same price. Worst service ever from the second I walked in door at 4 pm Saturday. Poor greeting, long wait to be seated even through restaurant was slow. 3or4 got tired of waiting and went to sit in bar. My server was very slow and forgetful. We are our appetizer with our fingers because we had no silver ware or napkins. I ordered one of my favorite dishes that I have ordered many times at many restaurants, stuffed flounder. It's usually stuffed with crab imperial. I can't tell your what it was stuffed with, but I think it was rye bread with cream of chicken soup poured over it Good news, the calamari was the best I ever had and of course the bread was great but could have used a little butter ! I went to red lobster at the white marsh location and the waitress tells us first thing she had been there since 10 am it was 9 pm when she told us this. So had a feeling this was going to be a bad experience. We should have left. First of all there was 4 of us ordering and needless to say when she didn't bother to write anything we ordered down. We weren't going to get what we wanted. I ordered the build your own ultimate feast and got 2 of the things I ordered so when I told the waitress she told me she would get one of the things I asked for. I also asked for a side of broccoli fortunately my wife also ordered some broccoli and I could eat hers because the waitress didn't bring me any. Now most people I know like to eat with silverware and I had to ask twice for that and then had to clean the knife because they looked filthy. So I definitely think part of the problem was the waitress was extremely tired. But we have eat at this location before and they were understaffed so this seems to be a continuing trend. I decided that I wanted to patronize Red Lobsters under its new leadership. Well a lot has changed and I'm not sure it was a good idea to remain open especially if the service isn't top tier. First, there is no greeter stationed at the front. I was greeted after 10 minutes of standing at the front and the employees continuously walking passed me. It took 20 minutes for me to be seated and the place was sort of like ghost town. There were not many customers seated and there were no customers waiting ahead of me to be seated. Once I was escorted to the dirty table, the General Manager grab a random rag and "wiped" the table. No water, no solution just a rag that carried an odor of dirty mop water. Nit to mention another party was attempted to be seated but once again the table was dirty and of course the waitress brings out that same dirty mop water odored rag to "wipe" the table down. As I sat awaiting for a waiter just to at least get some water another 10 minutes had passed and still I wasn't even acknowledged. I finally got up and walked out and went right over to Olive Garden where I knew I would get fast and delightful top tier service (literally in and out). I know for sure that I will NEVER step foot in the Reb Lobsters in White Marsh. This was by far the worse experience that I had EVERRRRRR experienced in my life. I think this location should just shut down. One of my worst dining experiences ever. Drinks came with no ice all night. When I asked for a refill I was told to take my straw out and hold onto it. I had to put it on my used salad plate while the waiter got a refill. How expensive are straws? We had to ask for the biscuits and silverware after our appetizers came out. This morning I had told my husband we were not going to eat out this evening. We have been living in a hotel for a couple weeks while we wait to close on a house and we have been eating out WAY too much. But then I kept getting notifications of a free app and/or dessert from Red Lobster. I was like, "we haven't been to a RL for a while" since the one we had in IN was always PACKED. So I didn't make dinner and we waited until my husband got home late to head out. We arrived to RL around 6:30. The parking lot was nearly empty and a party of AT Least 10 patrons flooded out into the open space. At first I thought, "Wow, it's our lucky night". Then we read a sign on the door. "Thank you for your patience as we work hard to staff our restaurant for 100% occupancy. We apologize for longer than normal wait times. Ensuring you receive Great Food and Great Service is our highest priority. We will not be able to accommodate any parties larger than 10." Okay, thanks for the heads up! We walked inside to an empty waiting area and... an empty dining room? That's strange. We walk up to the podium and told the hostess there were 3 of us for dine in. She proceeded to tell us that there was a THIRTY to FOURTYFIVE minute wait! Um... I literally saw NO ONE in the dining room. Not about to argue with her because clearly they didn't want to serve my party, we turned around and walked out. We ended up going to a BurgerFi with a full house that pushed through their orders like champs. Now, I do understand that their menu is smaller and they are in between fast food and sit in but there were no excuses and the employees went out of their way to be polite and apologetic for the short wait we did have there. If this RL location isn't staffed enough to seat a party of 3 with no one in the dining room or waiting area then maybe they should close it all together. It's been years since I've been to Red Lobster. Driving around to find a place to go for dinner & this restaurant had the shortest wait for a Saturday night ... I now know why. Let me just first say that this establishment is hanging on solely because of a once upon a time fine dining experience. I will not be dining at this establishment again. There are far too many nice restaurants that are deserving of my money. Our waitress was so nice, bless her. The food and drinks however were subpar. Luke warm biscuits, blah drinks, mediocre coconut shrimp. I was so shocked by the creamy langostino mashed potatoes. The langostino tails at Trader Joe's in the frozen section are far larger than those pictured. I had to hold back my laugh when the dish was placed on the table. The fish and chips came with 1 piece of fish and fries. The shrimp linguine Alfredo was loaded with so much butter; just sitting in pools of butter :-/ I couldn't enjoy it. And lastly, my fiancé captured a picture of the bathrooms soap dispenser display. No one cares enough to have this functioning properly. Save your time and your money. read more
