Luckily, this time around, it was just the format that was different and not the food itself. Our server was fantastic, he was very professional and was able to get all of our modifications (which is always appreciated). Our food came out great, even if it took longer than our surrounding tables (probably because of what I ordered), but it was all delicious! Very filling. Our favorite waiter moved to this restaurant and we tried this a few months ago for the first time. Tonight - we repeated on the occasion of our anniversary. We are also celebrating Father's Day this weekend. We brought our kids with us - who had a little spill - but the staff helped us clean it up quickly and without a scene - and all was well without evidence soon after the incident! We were quite appreciative! The food was outstanding - the steaks were perfect temp (both = med well). We had a lobster tail that was as quite nice as well. We chose asparagus, shells & cheese and creamed spinach for the table and our kids shared a well done cheeseburger with fries, We enjoyed crème brûlée with a piece of Chocolate Cake/Salted Caramel Ice Cream. The service was phenomenal - with friendly and fast, attentive service from the whole team. Before I forget - the Parker House rolls with salted butter was outstanding - we've enjoyed that both times! The waiter provided the asparagus and the Oysters on the Half Shell gratis, in honor of our anniversary. We were very grateful and didn't expect that! The relaxed, upscale atmosphere will surely be an enjoyment to you and your family/guests like it has ours. I don't think we will replace Ruth's Chris - I think we will just add this as another favored special place to eat in Northwest Arkansas (NWA). We will be back! Until the next time!
