This has to be one of my old time favorite chain restaurants. I remember coming here as a kid and being so fascinated by the lobster tank. Get in mah belly! I love coming to this location. Staff has always been so friendly and service is quick! The only thing is they may need to work on watching that silverware is clean and the floor is kept up with after each guest leaves. Don't go here while Coronavirus is going on!!! We went last night and the food was cold! The people down from us had the same problem! We did not send ours back, they did. All 4 of us are over 60 and the waitress said she had to have an I'd to order a drink. We have eaten here many times and have never heard of this! She said sorry it's an Arkansas law! We explained we are from here and she is wrong. About half way through our meal somebody comes out and apologized for that. Too late!!! We ask for salad, she said they only had Caesar! This was my first time at a Red Lobster and it will most certainly be my last. We waited over 10 minutes to even see a server, it took another 10 to get 2 drink from the bar. My Strawberry-Mojito tasted like a watered down cherry limeade and had a ton of wilted mint in it along with 3 lime wedges that were equally pathetic. The food was SO BLAND. It's a decent a place to go for seafood. It's still a bit on the pricey side for the quality recieved. That's not to say it's bad, only that you can go to a bit less fancy of a restaurant and get food that can be almost as good. My wife and I visited the location in Rogers, AR on 10/9/21. The food was good, if a little bland. My issue is with my order and the prices. My wife ordered the 'create your own' with crab cakes as one of the entree choices. She was charged $7.58 extra for two crab cakes, which was noted on the menu. Given the size and quality of the crab cakes, $19.99 more than covers the cost; the up charge is outrageous. I also chose a crab cake as part of my 'create your own' meal. Aside from that, I selected the 'bacon wrapped jumbo sea scallops'. The scallops were neither jumbo nor bacon wrapped. Again nowhere near worth the up charge. Altogether our check was $79 before tip, which is ridiculous for the amount and quality of the food we received. I will not be visiting Red Lobster again. read more

My wife and I have decided to give up on this place. We ate here 7 or 8 months ago and it wasn't good at all. At the time we chalked it up to not having good kitchen help due to Covid so we decided to give it another try. This time the food was just fair at best but what really turned me off was after we ordered an entree and salad the first thing that was delivered was the entree and no salad. I brought it to the attention of the waitress and five minutes later she showed up with the salad. A few minutes later the manager stopped by and asked how everything was and I told him I didn't appreciate the fact that the entree was served first and the salad was forgotten. Thinking he might do something about it all he did was kind of laugh it off and said he guessed I could take it home and eat it later. What a response to get from a person that is running a restaurant. Next time I am in the mood for seafood I'll go someplace else that appreciates their customers and serves good food. read more

I have eaten here several times in the past. I have always been pleased with the food and service. Sadly, I was very disappointed with the catfish dinner that I ordered this time. It was so greasy that I only ate about half of it. On the positive side, I would give 5 stars on the side salad and broccoli that were included with my meal! Wow what a shame... this place has gone downhill. Daughter wanted crab legs for her birthday and chose this place. Walking in we were greeted by sticky floors. No pleasant smells emanating from kitchen. More like wet dog. When we were seated all three menus had pages that had to be pealed apart. I tried hard to find a reason to give it less than a five star rating but I couldn't. To my way of thinking a chain restaurant shouldn't get 5 stars but I couldn't find a reason not to. Red Lobster is my go to place when I want to treat myself. I have always been seated quickly and received top notch service. If for nothing else Red Lobster deserves a 5 star just for their biscuits. Many places have tried to copy them but none have succeeded. I have been eating at Red Lobster for more years than most of the readers of this post have been alive. I can not remember ever having a bad meal at a Red Lobster. Their food is consistently good and their selection never gets old. They constantly update their menu with specials. If you can't find something that catches your eye then you're not very hungry. What can I say, it's tops in my book. read more

Yes its a chain and I must admit when I visited when it first opened I was not impressed. Since then I have been to lunch a couple times including this week for a birthday lunch. I always get the wood fire grilled mahi mahi for lunch which is a perfect size. Comes with steamed broccoli and another side-choice of potato or rice. I like the baked potato-fully salted down on the peel so I eat the whole thing! Of course the best thing is the cheddar garlic biscuits. They will keep bringing them to the table and I will keep eating them! Thats the only problem! The service has been decent. Had the worst experience ever in the Roger's Arkansas red lobster today. Walked in at 230 pm, it wasn't busy at all. We were seated in the bar area in the corner and there we sat for almost 15 minutes, while people who came in after us were waited on. We got up and walked past the hostess and told her we were leaving that we waited 15m with no waitress helping us, also that others who came in after us were being served!! We have not gone there since this pandemic started so we decided to go to celebrate Veterans Day for my husband. It was the biggest mistake ever. It was the worst experience ever. Service was a little off but the food was a total disappointment. We should've known when we walked in the restaurant was empty and the host was talking to some other employees and she ignored us until she was ready. We ordered some lobsterritas like we always did they were so watery and had no favor, we send them back and I think, no I am pretty sure we got the same ones back , they just put extra tequila in the one my husband was drinking because if he would have drank that I would have to carry him out, mine was the same as before water and when I started drinking it , I tasted some much salt at the bottom. We didn't drink them, waste of money. Then the sad part is that it didn't end there my husband order fish and chips $14 and he could count how many fries they gave him and only one piece of fish, for same price he would have gotten 4 pieces of fish and bottomless fries at Red Robin. My food was $31 for the ultimate feast which turn out to be no feast at all. I when I got my plate it had a weird smell , I thought the sea food was bad , but was some rice that I don't remember ever being included before. I took it off my plate and then I see the rest of my plate, it was the sad plate of food ever . My bake potato was smaller then my fist with hardly no toppings, my shrimp scampi had some little shrimp swimming in break down butter, the crab was the skinniest thing ever, there was no meat at all, I tried to open the shell and it was empty., I think I got like make 3 pieces of crab in the whole thing. And the butter they give me was separate and broken up too. We went for the shrimp promotion and were very disappointed, the shrimp were pedestrian at best, the sides, Lagastino baked potato, was tasteless and had 4 small bites, the sauce was sparse in portion and flavor, 4$. The Asparagus was woody and again flavorless 3$, the app with again the Lagastino dip had the same results 8$. The service was great, but everything else was disappointing at best. I ordered a glass of wine which came to me smelling and tasting like vinegar. It was old and had clearly been open for more than a couple of days. Our server was happy to replace it and had a new bottle opened. It was better but still not a very good wine. All of the food was various stages of meh to cooked wrong. Most of the shrimp flavors for the all you can eat shrimp was ok. The clam chowder cheese fries were weird and not a good combination of the ingredients. The cheddar biscuits tasted like they had been rolled in salt and were only tolerable on the inside. My salmon was overcooked and chewy though the entire piece. Boyfriend's Manhattan was not good and was definitely not worth ordering a second one. The prices are high in relation to the quality. All in all, a disappointing experience and we won't be going back anytime soon. read more

We went to Red Lobster Saturday (10/1) for my birthday, being that we only come out maybe once or twice a year to gorge on 'Endless Shrimp', it's always a good time. I have to say we have never had any issues with the food prepared. The food always tastes great and never had a problem with anything being undercooked or even over cooked. We have had some not great experiences with mixed drinks, but that was a year ago and Saturday's drinks were great. I want to specifically point out that our waitress Elizabeth H. was an absolute doll. Super friendly, funny, personable, attentive, and very professional. This is a clean place and the wait staff is always great. My wife had the lobster and was very pleased with it. I had the Seaside Shrimp Trio. It is Walt's Favorite Shrimp, garlic shrimp scampi and shrimp linguini Alfredo. The shrimp was good but the linguini Alfredo was a skimpy portion of gummy sauce on over cooked and dry pasta. I pointed out to the manager the dry and stuck together pasta and her reply said it all. "I don't know who cooked it this morning". Really?? This morning? It was 6 pm. That sure explains the dry pasty texture. My conclusion: If you want fresh pasta, you are clearly in the wrong place. read more

We just had our worst experience ever!! I know COVID had nothing to do with this as most all restaurants in our area are back to full capacity and our mask codes are about to be lifted. We showed up at 5pm when there were only a handful of customers already in the restaurant. We waited 5 minutes before anybody even noticed we were waiting to be seated. And it was all downhill from there! Took over 20 minutes to get our salads!! Took almost an hour to get our food which some was even forgotten!! I can assure you this wasn't happening to just us. The table that was seated a few minutes after us were clearly having the same issues and were even more clearly as upset as we were. I think the cherry on top though was we both ordered simple shrimp dishes that I could make in less than 20 minutes at home! I'm sure this is poor management skills coupled with even poor cooperate overhead. When will restaurants learn that your only as good as the people you employ!! Whether it be you don't treat your employees good enough or give them enough hours to make the job worth there time, or you have people in your cooperate office making judgment calls when they never set foot in your restaurants to know what's actually needed for success. And this is coming from someone who has been in the industry for over 10 years! Just overall poor showing in your part. We will not be returning ever again. Because once again I'm sure who ever is pulling the strings at this restaurant doesn't realize it only takes one bad experience and we just had ours. The fish tacos are very yummy, as is the maple glazed chicken. Most places over cook the chicken until it is a board--not so this time here! Service is fast, but not sure why we were told to wait a few minutes while they wipe down a table. It was only 1/4 full. The food made up for that! read more
