I ordered online to save time and stood at the pickup counter for about 12 minutes without a single employee acknowledging me. Multiple customers walked in after me and were immediately helped, while staff continued taking new orders and assisting others as I tried to make eye contact and say I was there to pick up. I honestly felt invisible. When I finally spoke up as someone was handing out another order, they went to the freezer and grabbed mine -- it had been ready the whole time. It wasn't just the wait, but the lack of basic acknowledgment that was frustrating. After giving this place another chance, I'm really disappointed that both order accuracy and customer service continue to be issues.

Thankfully, the young lady behind the counter was an herbalist. After a few quick questions she made a couple of great recommendations. Ultimately I ended up getting a cold pressed juice that I believe had carrot, pineapple, apple, and ginger in it. It was so spicy and so good. I like my ginger drinks with a little kick on this one delivered! For the road I also got a bottle of the 'Purple Rain' butterfly pea flower lemonade. Ever so slightly tart and incredibly refreshing! I was amazed at the variety of plant-based meal offerings that were available here, as well. If I hadn't just had breakfast, I would have definitely grabbed one or two.
