strategically located near gates 63,64,65 in terminal 6, earth bar offers great smoothies with l.a. pricing. the sticker shock might be real for those not accustomed to paying $15 or higher for a smoothie or an açaí bowl. that said, it hit the spot before my third flight in a 24hr period. the woman making them was alone and kept grinding away at the order queue, all the while informing people who were placing orders at the automated kiosk that the wait time was about 10min. mine took about that long but it really was a good choice given how hungry i was. one star off for the insane pricing but you kinda have to expect that within any airport, let alone los angeles. read more

Great service and refreshing açaí bowl! I had just gotten off a 10 hour flight and was craving fresh fruit. I didn't see the name of the nice man who helped me when I was looking at the menu, but he helped me a lot and made a beautiful, delicious açaí bowl! The açaí bowl was large, delicious and refreshing. Even more than the wonderful lunch, I will remember the kindness of the man who helped me when I was very tired after an overseas flight. The PB Protein bowl that the girl made for me at LAX Terminal 6 on 7-21-25 around 4:30PM was one of the most amazing things I've ever had! It was SO delicious! I throughly enjoyed it while waiting for my flight. I just wanted to give credit to her and hope the company appreciates her quality work. I highly recommend that peanut butter lovers try this! Note that all the bowls have honey, even though it is only listed in the menu for the acai bowl. I ordered the green protein bowl because I can't have honey. When I saw them putting it on I tried to stop them but they kept going with it. When I apologized and said I picked it because it didn't have honey, one of the women gave me attitude and said all the bowls having honey. The girl who was making it was nice and fixed the issue, though. I don't understand how I'm supposed to know that all the bowls have honey when one explicitly lists it on the menu and the other does not. This is a self service kiosk with nobody taking your order and no option to remove items. I've been to this earthbar 3x. I walk over from other terminals when I want to eat something a little bit lighter and fresher before a flight. I've never ordered a bowl before, so this was my first experience with the honey issue. I'm reviewing this I had it on December 30th 2024. The açaí bowl almost killed both me and my roommate once we were on our flight to London. We had to use the restroom over 10 times each. Symptoms were: Difficulty to breathe (Felt like we were suffocating) Nausea Diarrhea It felt like we experienced hell on the plane. It took me 2 days to recover from this food. Never thought you could mess up a smoothie until this spot. I should've known it was a red flag when the employees decided to just loaf around after I placed my order on the kiosk. Not only that, the person making my drink kept adding more and more ice to the drink like what kind of watered down smoothie are you making lady . After I tasted the smoothie I asked one of the workers if the smoothie was meant to be flavorless and with great attitude she responded "yes it's supposed to be flavorless". Like what in the world? I paid 15$ for a cup of colored blended ice essentially. Plus I was only asking a question so what's up with the attitude? What kind of workers are you employing here? To the two young ladies working here at 2:15PM on July 3, y'all both need to work on actually making the smoothie properly and not yapping on the clock. Busy but line moves fast. Healthy products and most are plant based! This is where you go to stay beautiful on the inside! Pricy smoothies. Got the Flax Master due to the hearty ingredients and the Alaska lounge accross was not available (as always). $12.81 total for one size smoothie. Flax Master was good. Looks like a drinkable açaí bowl so it's easy to get around with it. The almond butter in it is delicious and doesn't feel ultra heavy. Awful customer service. A line of us waited patiently for the employee at hand to finish her smoothies and she never once said a word to us... Was she busy? Was she closing up? Who knows? She finally came over after another employee came in, but she was so busy chatting that I didn't know whether she was talking to me or her friend. I then politely asked the girl if the hemp milk was sweetened and she gave me a dirty look and said "Well, it's vanilla." She didn't bother checking so I gave up and asked for unsweetened almond milk--she didn't say anything or confirm my order aside from a snarky "it'll take 10 minutes" like she didn't want to be bothered so who knows if I got what I requested. The acai ratio to granola was actually almost equal, which I rarely see at most acai places, generally having a huge acai to granola ratio--this I didn't mind. However, the acai was liquidy and light colored, and had neither much acai nor banana flavor, meaning they were very heavy handed on the hemp/almond milk. I let it go and sadly ate my "cereal", though I had hoped for an actually smoothie bowl. It's tough finding healthy airport food that won't break the bank--it's a shame this Earthbar has such awfully trained employees or I'd be back more often. Yay, finally LAX Terminal 6 has tasty, high quality health food with vegan and vegetarian options! I was told this is Day 3 of their grand opening. Earthbar opens at 8am. The cold kicker cold pressed juice is amazingly refreshing after catching a red eye flight. It's a blend of oj, grapefruit, ginger, and cayenne. I LOVE that the ginger content is high and gives it a kick! The faux tuna salad was very fresh and tasty. It was made of sprouted almonds, celery, dijon mustard, kelp granules, and lemon. A holistic nutritionist creates the recipes here. Earthbar also has acai bowls, smoothies, nuts, bars, vitamins, and tinctures!
