Red Mountain RM3 did work but @$500 with no drop in price like other GLP1's are 150 to $200, will miss you guys

Very expensive program. Not worth it for the price. Selling point was weigh-ins and monthly visits. After they got my money. Weekly weigh-ins were in and out..no one could answer my questions half the time. Monthly visits were a additional cost. that was not told up front when asked. too actually lose weight I had to eat less than 1000cal a day on the pill and take a bunch of the other supplements that cost extra money. I lost 30lbs in three month's...but would not recommend how harsh I had to be. I could have done a basic no carb no sugar diet myself and not spend $4K like this. Never again. read more

My paralegal job was eliminated last year and I thought I would like staying home with my hubby who is retired. Well...the weight started piling on and boy was I bored. So far I've been able to loose 10lbs in a month and a 1/2. They're Semi has helped so much. I highly recommend if you need the help and you don't have too much to loose. It's pretty expensive so I recommend checking around first to see if you qualify at other places. read more

Two years ago I did Red Mountian weight loss for 2 1/2 months. I bought three months worth but I could only handle 2 1/2 months because the diet is so restrictive... I did end up losing 42 pounds and it was great. Because it was not a lifestyle change and instead just a quick fix, I gained everything back plus 10 pounds.. I decided to try it again, but this time I would only do one month as a "jumpstart " into my Weightloss journey again. After over two weeks on the pill, no cheating on the diet I had only lost 6 pounds. I was very disappointed, I feel like if I was eating 600 cal without the pill I still could've lost 6 pounds. For some reason, the second time round, the pills did not work at all for me! If it's your first time, I would only ever recommend this as a jumpstart, do one month, only, it's way too expensive and too restrictive to do more than that. Returning customers, I would be weary. I truly wish I had better results, I was completely committed to the diet... But the second time round it just did not work at all. read more

The manager did reach out to me and really did try to fix the issue. The staff was much more thorough this time around. I wish the program would have been more effective for me, but that could be on me I guess. Original Review: Spent a small fortune on 2 months, I lost 10lbs the first 2 weeks, then it just stopped. On my hard sale for month 2, after mentioning the plateau, they said keep following the diet and I would keep losing. Didn't lose anything the second month. When showing up for the weekly injection, I had to ask to weigh in, they had no interest in seeing my progress. Once month 2 ended, no additional appointments, no follow up call, no email, nothing, it just ended. Medically supervised was part of the selling point. Once they got my money, they really did not care what happened. I spent a fortune here and after they got my money, they had no interest in me. Overall, a very disappointing and expensive experience. I joined the RM3 program a couple months ago. Runs about 500 per month, and they say you'll lose up to 20 lbs per month. The 1st few weeks were good. Dropped 15 lbs quickly. After that,the weight loss just stopped. I was following program to a T, and documenting all food and macros. I mentioned my issues at my weekly shot appointments, but no one seemed concerned or offered a solution. I finally had a phone consultation with one of their "providers", but nothing changed. From that point, a full month went by with no more weight loss. At my next appointment, they of course offered to extend my weight loss window, for another $500, but I'm done. Don't waste your time or money. You can attain the same goals on your own if you are dedicated. read more

Red Mountain Med Spa has unethical/deceptive business practices. RM continues to raise their prices, however does not feel they should communicate this information PRIOR to the patients' appointments. I inquired about an increase in January (in office) and was told there was none. However, when I returned in February for my refills they indeed had increased it, which I was not informed until I went to pay. I argued the fact that this price increase was not communicated and should have been PRIOR to my appointment. I was informed that MANAGEMENT instructed them to inform the patients ONCE they went back to see the medical provider, which at this point will cost you $100.00 (price increase). They were instructed not to tell patients upfront, however once you go back to see the provider you will automatically be charged ($100)for that visit. RM is purposely deceiving their clients with this deceptive practice. RM sends emails of promotional info, text messages and have the ability to post this in office on two T.V. monitors, however they are not using any of these forms of communication to inform the patients. I met with the office manager, Courtney, but her responses were pretty generic. She reiterated that someone IN THE BACK should have told me. When I asked why wasn't this communicated PRIOR to my appointment, she would only say that "SOMEONE IN BACK SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME" and that she would take my concerns to upper management. As of date, they have yet to communicate these increases. read more

I started the program 3 months ago - virtual appointments- and now am in maintenance after losing over 25 pounds. I tried many times and ways to lose weight prior to RMWL without success. The program worked great, I wasn't hungry (and I didn't use appetite suppressants) and followed it with no cheating. A couple times the weight loss stalled but I was encouraged to hang in there and sure enough it picked right up again. I actually made it to 8 pounds under my goal weight, to my surprise, and feel great. I highly recommend, especially for those "over a certain age" where it's almost impossible to lose weight! Side note - I usually don't like protein shakes but the peanut butter chocolate is great. read more

I visited the Gilbert location and it was horrible. The Doctor or PA never made eye contact with me just kept typing away at her tablet. My husband and I went to the chandler location and what a difference. Friendly staff, we joined the RM3 and enjoying it. you will not keep the weight off if you do t make a life changes. it's expensive and it works. if you dont continue to eat healthy you will gain weight back like any diet. This location is by far my favorite (I go between two depending on my schedule) because of the efficiency of not only getting an appointment quickly, but I have NEVER had a wait there. I usually try to get there 10-15 minutes early and am pleasantly surprised that they usually take me back eating. All of the staff are amazing, but these doctors are my favorite because they are so down to earth that I feel like they are friends. I appreciate the encouragement I get when I don't do so well, and their support on to overcome whatever it was that tripped me up. I've met all but one of the doctors there, and they ALL are amazing. read more

I've been going for a month now and am happy with RM and the results I have initially achieved. I work out 4x a week, eat healthy, yet my weight wouldn't budge. I would give my experience 5 stars, but I have only had one appointment so far. My one visit was great though! I'm not going to lie, there was sticker shock! There are two options, I went with RM3 which is more expensive than the RM Lifestyle they offer. Never once did they pressure me to sign up. They even encouraged me to go home and think about it, talk it over with my husband. They are so welcoming and knowledgeable, true professionals. I feel my health is in good hands. read more

Lost 20 pounds in a month so far. At first it was REALLY easy, losing weight more slowly now - partly because I have cheated a couple times - also on the most extreme program I am not supposed to exceeding more than 30 minutes a day - I've done more of my normal stuff a couple times I did 7 miles with 1400 ft elevation gain one day and aside from being dizzy it blew up the diet for three days. They warned me of this. I wish there was a formula - eat this extra the night before or morning of exercise based on how many calories you expect to burn. I was hoping to drop another 20 this month before I went to the 10 pounds a month loss stage - not sure I'll make it that long. But even 10 pounds down a month is considered very solid weight loss. Would rather get all 60 done quickly if I could. I DO recommend this program if you are fed up with your weight. I read that eventually the appetite suppressant stops working as well - I'm getting hungry later in the evening when I don't feel hungry all day so maybe that is what is happening. Like I said, all whining aside this program has worked for me so far and I am happy I am doing it. I was in the 280 range now I am in the 260 range that can't be bad read more

From the moment you enter RM you will feel welcomed. They always ask you if you would like a bottle of water, cold or room temperature when you arrive and before you leave. The staff is very knowledgeable and address any/all questions or concerns. I love that they now have a location in Gilbert for added convenience. Excellent service and superior weight loss products; I highly recommend!!! If you're on the fence because of price, think about how much you spend on food each month and if you don't like the way you currently look and feel, know that your health and well-being is worth every dollar spent at RM; invest in your health. read more
