    Patty melt
    Pup J.

My sister and I went to the red Olivia for a good lunch But it's was trash! The worst $40 we have ever spent. We bouth got a Cherry Coke patty melt and chili cheese fries. But the meat in question was in fact not real hamburger meat at all just pre-made pre-package hamburger... it was very disgusting had no flavor at all!! We dent even eat all of are food we got up and payed are bill... 5 minutes later me and my sister stated to get sick I run in to Meijer's bathroom and vomited ... my sister needed to as was but she make it ok home and went to the bathroom... so do not go here PLEASE! This is the second time they mused up the same meal and 3rd time we did not like the food!! I like to do the 3 sticks rule I'm Pup Jada with the nose for you to find food thank you for reading cheers

    SCREW IN MY SALAD!

There was a SCREW in my fattoush salad!!! When I showed the waitress, all she said was "Yeah, it's pretty gross back in the kitchen." Should be reported to the health department.

This is one of my favorite Coney Island type restaurants in the area. My husband and I frequently eat here probably a couple times per month. We mostly get carry out. Love the big menu and lots of choices. All the food we have got has been delicious and reasonable prices compared to Leo's Coney Island. I will say that be sure to check your carry out order though - there have been many items we have been burned (no pita bread, missing sauces for salad just to name a few examples). This would not keep us from visiting again but something to be aware of. Highly recommended!

Ordered a fattoush to go. Got it home and was disappointed. Let's be honest, it's tough to screw up a fattoush - good lettuce, good dressing and some pita chips. My fattoush from Red Olive consisted of crappy, soggy, wilted iceberg, sad tomatoes, a few tiny pieces of romaine, green pepper slices, onions, cucumber and pita swimming in dressing. It looked like it was 3 days old. It wasn't just the worst fattoush I've ever had, it was one of the worst salads I've ever had. Middle Eastern restaurants are everywhere, if you want a great fattoush, keep driving past Red Olive. Heck, my local Greek restaurant does a better job.

Hercules omelette with feta substituted for green pepper. Very delicious.

Not overly impressive. Meatloaf was a bad choice on my part. Wife's steak was way overcooked. They did refund a portion of her bill.

Good prices, fresh ingredients, not skimpy on ingredients, friendly service, really can't go wrong. Choose your protein, veggies, sauces, and eat. It's that good and simple.

It was about a mile down the road from Suburban showplace, so I didn't have to venture to far. Pulling in, the locations easy to find. It's a fast casual place serving somewhat traditional and non traditional Mediterranean food. They serve bowls, wraps and salads with a combination of ingredients you can add or take away. I reviewed the menu and the man at the counter was super friendly and helpful. I didn't want a bowl because the portion size looked rather large for me at that moment, and so I went with the Gyro as I had secretly wanted this all along. I decided to get a combo because I was feeling quite hungry. I got a drink and some fries along with my gyro and it all came out about 10 minutes or so later. The gyro was actually really good! I wasn't sure if it would fill me up or not but it did and it was very fresh tasting. They kind of went skimpy on the fries to be honest, but I wasn't going to say anything. They do have a pop fountain here so I can get my drink on when I need more Sprite. I did use a ton of napkins because they were on the thinner side and I tend to have to wipe my hands a lot for some reason. (not sure why, maybe I should look into this.) THe locations super clean and they also have a cooler with some specialty desserts and other items that I checked out while they made my food. My total bill was $19.08 after everything. Kind of pricey but the food was good and I plan on returning. Very well run establishment!

It was a lot of food & they even helped me take it out to the car! The food was so good, so fresh! The bread was delicious! The seating area looked nice and clean too. The food was good - I got the chicken shish kafta which was soft. Just needed some hummus with it and it was great! And I don't remember what it was called but there's a dish under lunch specials which has chicken and sauce on fries and it was SO good. Probably the best thing we had. However the other chicken dishes were dry - chicken sajji was hard to cut and so so dry even with all the sauce on it. And the chicken shish tawook was hard and dry. It was our first time and I wish our waitress had given us a little more help in what was a popular pick, she just kept saying everything tastes good. Which is fine but if we're genuinely asking, it's because we are actually looking for recommendations! Overall it was good but definitely not getting any grilled chicken because this experience was not great with it.
