Napkin from restaurant
Tara S.

We went for this father's day weekend and it was amazing . We have eaten ar the Red Rock restaurants but never stayed . Thus time we stayed and enjoyed the hotel room, the panoramic views, the restaurants and the gambling. Super fun and we are definitely going back. Were interested in getting a cabana with a king sized suite so we can get in the pool. It looked like alot of fun. Super elegant and worth every dime spent.

Yard House and Sunset Station Casino.
Lee M.

If you're visiting Henderson, NV and your quest is to find the tightest nonpaying off slots in town look no further you found them Sunset Station Casino! I had stop patronizing their establishment years ago due to what seem like slot machines that need to be audited by the Nevada Gaming Commission! I was their several nights and did not witness one single payoff! I started back going for fun after The Yard House open, but I will keep my business there at the restaurant and stay off the gaming floor. I had a conversation with a worker at one of the stores nearby after I had left Sunset Casino, and you know what she said, " You might as well throw your money on their floor!" And you know what she is absolutely right! Because you might as well be giving it away for free! The worst and I mean the worst gambling experience I ever had this year. If you go and look around the only machines displaying jackpots and spitting out coins on their screens are the ones with nobody on them running through their promo cycle to try to get you to play. But that's just an illusion! Pretty much like your chance of winning any substantial jackpot here. But don't take my word for it go there and see for yourself! By the way don't worry about getting jacked outside this casino because all the sanctioned robbing, thieving and jacking is going on inside. I hope someone from the Nevada Gaming Commision is reading this review. Station Casino I DNR.

Thank you

Service and comps have gone way downhill. No food comps. Not what it used to be. I'll take my business elsewhere.

The massage was great and most of the amenities were divided by gender. The spa pool was co-ed and they also offer lunch/snacks/drinks if you call to order.

I had already experienced issues with that gift card, which I discussed in my first review. I want to begin by acknowledging the one positive aspect of my visit: Joel was excellent and truly took care of me. I had a great massage and appreciated his service. Unfortunately, aside from the massage itself, my overall experience was disappointing. The spa did not appear to be maintained to the standard I would expect, including issues with the replenishment of snacks and the cleanliness of the facilities. More importantly, there were additional issues at checkout. The local discount was not applied before the $150 credit from the previously purchased gift card was used. I only discovered this after leaving the spa and seeing the charge on my partner's card, so I called to address the issue. I was told the matter would be brought to management and that I would receive a follow-up. After not hearing back, I called again the following day and was told that management had not yet responded. I was then placed on hold, and when the representative returned to the call, I was told that the local discount could not be combined with the credit. This was extremely frustrating because the $150 "credit" was not a discount or complimentary perk--it represented money we had already paid toward a gift card. We should not be denied a local discount on a Tuesday simply because we prepaid for services through a gift card. This was my second visit to the spa, and both times I have experienced issues involving gift cards and charges that required me to make additional phone calls to resolve. I have also noticed that other customers have left reviews describing similar concerns regarding billing and financial issues. I want to be clear that this is not simply about the $50 difference. It is about the principle of the matter and the lack of consistency and transparency in how these credits and discounts are being handled. I enjoyed the massages I received from both Lacie and Joel, but unless these issues are addressed, I will not be returning. This spa needs to get its billing and customer service practices in order.

From start to finish, the staff were really communicative with the entire process and asking questions to get a better understanding of each client's needs. Prior to our massage, my boyfriend has been experiencing back pain as a result of frequently driving long distances. Our massauses really knew how to respond to our bodies, providing the perfect pressure and addressing the tensions in our targeted areas. The staff truly have perfected creating a relaxing environment by being thoughtful and intentional with every word and action in their treatment. As a promo, they offer new clients a complimentary voucher for future use(1hr) in the salt room (with future appointments). For the reasonable pricepoint, there is so much care gone into each treatment, you truly feel a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. I've had massages from budget friendly to luxury, but the comparative pricing + thoughtful experience definately has their competitors beat. I would definately come back the next time I am in Vegas.

First off I never write reviews so I feel when I do, to someone else that doesn't do reviews a lot…read more I feel like this is meant for you. I have severe trap muscle tightness and it's 10 years worth of pain so it's extremely tight and I'm a hair stylist. So this is really my only goal to relieve pain and I was referred to hand and stone by one of my clients and immediately called and booked an appointment. To start off with the receptionist(s) are so nice and informative and actually listen to clients needs and wants and aim to book with the right tech and as a stylist I see this and it goes a long way. I was given an iPad to put down my wants and needs and such forth. My tech grabbed me and took me to the room and proceeded to ask more in depth questions that the questionnaire didn't have. As someone who listens to people all day long on what they want and don't want, I really look out when someone is listening to me for my wants and needs and the two times I've been here so far, I've gotten that. People who care about what I want and need and truly help me. I was immediately sold on a membership and for only $80 that's amazing. It would be nice if it was 2 credits a month but we can't get what we all want and that's fine because the professionalism and the actual work is more than enough. I couldn't recommend this place more than how I've already recommended. With the membership you also can use it for a facial which is a nice add on too! I really like this place and I don't see myself going anywhere else for a long long time.

Every massage therapist is a little different, so it might take a few tries to find your perfect fit. Some therapists like to use the lavender oil while others do not. Some have unique massage techniques too. I tried the stretch version once and personally wouldn't opt for that one again. It wasn't relaxing. I usually go for the now massage option and every therapist has been great. There are a few drawbacks. Firstly, the massage beds are in one big room separated by dividers, so you can hear even the slightest cough from the person next to you. This can really ruin a relaxing massage. To their credit, they provide earplugs and white noise machines to combat this, yet it doesn't work fully. Another thing to be aware of is that changing before and after your appointment might cut into your overall massage time. Make sure to wear something easy to change out of. Lastly, the membership fees are on the pricey side compared to others. They also charge extra for deep tissue where other places (like massage envy) include it in their monthly memberships. Overall, the NOW Massage is definitely worth trying if you're looking for a premium experience.

There might be other therapists that are good, I just haven't found them. As far as the front desk, they don't know what they're saying or doing. I spent an hour and a half online, but it wouldn't let me book without paying , as I was gifted an 1.5 hr massage from my daughter , so I called and told her about my issue on line so she walked me through the the process and said I was all set. I was so looking forward to this massage and couldn't wait for the day. When I get there, none of the people at the front know what they're saying and they're telling me I only had an hour massage and I explained to them it was gifted massage It was an hour and a half. They sat there for 15 minutes getting me frustrated before going into my massage, that I didn't really fully enjoy . Needless to say I got a 50 minute massage I think somebody needs to fix the front end because nobody wants to get frustrated before walking into a massage is supposed to be relaxing them. This is not the first time they've made mistake with me and again the only reason I go for Sandy if I could find somebody else as good as her I wouldn't even bother going back. Maybe somebody should look at the Yelp reviews ,all issues are with the front!
