We went for this father's day weekend and it was amazing . We have eaten ar the Red Rock restaurants but never stayed . Thus time we stayed and enjoyed the hotel room, the panoramic views, the restaurants and the gambling. Super fun and we are definitely going back. Were interested in getting a cabana with a king sized suite so we can get in the pool. It looked like alot of fun. Super elegant and worth every dime spent. read more

I never thought I'd be writing a post like this, but what happened to my friends and me at Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas was one of the most humiliating and upsetting experiences I've ever had in a public place. Imagine sitting down to enjoy your night and having a complete stranger start directing hateful slurs at you simply because of who they think you are. Imagine being mocked, insulted, and made to feel unwelcome for existing. Now imagine doing exactly what we're always told to do--walking away and asking security for help instead of arguing back. That's what we did. We approached security hoping they would help de-escalate the situation. Instead, we were told we were "lucky" to be allowed to stay as long as we didn't cause any problems. We were the ones reporting the harassment, yet somehow we were made to feel like the problem. When we later asked to speak with a manager about how we were being treated, we were told no manager was available. After another department found a manager, security suddenly decided to trespass us from the property. Think about that. Not for fighting. Not for causing a disturbance. Not for breaking rules. For asking to speak to a manager after reporting harassment. What hurt the most wasn't the hateful comments from a stranger. It was realizing that when we asked for help, we didn't feel protected. We felt dismissed. We felt like our concerns didn't matter. To make matters worse, one security officer pulled out a personal phone to record us, while another made inappropriate sexual gestures and told us to "fuck off." The entire situation was degrading and unnecessary. No one should ever be afraid to report harassment. No one should be punished for speaking up when they feel unsafe or discriminated against. Whether you're gay, straight, Black, white, Hispanic, Asian, or anything else, every person deserves basic respect and fair treatment. This isn't about wanting special treatment. It's about wanting the same treatment everyone deserves. I'm sharing this because silence allows these situations to continue. If this happened to your son, daughter, brother, sister, friend, or spouse, would you think it's acceptable? Because I don't. People deserve better. read more

Went to the journey concert April 29th at Red Rock casino the accommodations for handicapped people was very disappointing employees Manning the long line to get in told us we needed to wait in the regular line did not direct us to the ADA entrance once in the cable cover boxes were so high off the ground that my scooter got stuck midway and two of my daughters had to lift it from the back end to get it over the bump we never made it down to where the ADA seating was it was too crowded and all the ADA seating was behind the general admission public so that you could not see the stage I've been to several venues here for concerts and they've all been awesome The sphere being the best for accommodations I think stations casinos could do better read more

BEWARE OF STATIONS CASINOS GIFT CARDS!!!!! I live in a State where it is illegal to charge inactivity fees on gift cards unless there has been no activity for SEVERAL years. That is not the case in NV. After just one year, the gift card is charged a huge amount of 10.00/mth for "maintenance" fees. My gift card was used up by inactivity fees. I have been a loyal Station customer for over 25 years. On my players card I had over 1,000,000 points which I was very proud of. Back in the day I would have a host who I could contact if need be. I was unable to take a trip to Vegas until recently. When I swiped my players card, I discovered they had wiped out all my points. That is so wrong to do that to someone with as many points as I had and for the amount of time I had been a fan of Station Casinos. I even went to the players club desk and questioned it. The lady that helped me said she would inform her manager and have her call me. I never received a call. I emailed the person I thought was my host and he did not mail me back. We went to Wildfire Rancho at 4:30 on St. Patricks day for cornbeef and cabbage, they were out of it. Why does stations treat WR like a stepchild. This must be said, Charms is a joke and a waste of resources that could have been used for better rewards for your patrons. No one cares about a charm that has no value or worth to gamblers. Ask anyone about it they all say the same thing. I also have to mention the changes you are doing at sunset Station is horrible. You move the keno bar to the brass fork where the entrance is blocked by the customers waiting in line to be seated in the dining room. Your new and exciting slots are located in hidden locations and up against the walls in areas that cannot be seen easily. Like the mega bucks vault, huff n more puff and much much more. At least green valley and red rock has the right idea of placing the machines where you can easily see them. That's probably why they are always busy. Your bingo hall at sunset is the most outdated of all station properties. Where you used to offer machine games are now all paper and there is NO separate smoking room. I don't think it's hard to make it non smoking while in an hour session if you are not planning to renovate it! Your demographic there is the elderly and most do not smoke. Why is it that your bingo halls at boulder, palace, Santa fe, red rock and green valley have separate smoking rooms but not sunset? The smoke is terrible in all the casinos and understand that it used to be norm but if you want to encourage the next generation to visit your properties and stay to gamble, eat and gather you should consider changing it as they are more health conscious. I'm sure your customers and employees would benefit from a smoke free environment or to have a CHOICE! The benefits of achieving Chairman status has yielded little in the risk reward realm. Some small comps but when I asked for Red Rock Casino the offered 2 nights which was comped. I told my host that I would like a haircut and a massage. He said just put it on my room not saying anything else. I assumed that it would be comped well it wasn't. When I called him I got voicemail. Figures right? . So I had to pay for it to check out I was steaming! I called my bank and filed a complaint. They gave me provisional credit for the two charges I disputed until they could investigate. Red Rock casino caved in Moral of the Story: Make sure you have your comps prearranged and confirmed. Don't get sucked in to getting to the top levels of players status. It's not worth it in the end. Ps I wrote to the Station Casinos executive office and I got a canned response. After the Pandemic Shutdown, the removal of the Feast Buffet with its International food choices at Red Rock Casino, took away the joy of Buffet Dining. No more slot player reward at the Buffet. Just a High Limit Room and High End Fancy Dining. Yawn. The Mailers to Player Card holders offering $5 to $15 Slot play or $5 Table Game play is laughable since we have spent so much money here in the past. Our Car was stolen at another Station property and the Security could not help. We expect safety when visiting/patronizing the Casino and to be treated like we are crazy when our car was stolen from the parking lot is unacceptable. The non-smoking areas should be larger than the smoking, since the majority of the people don't smoke. By the time you are ready to leave, your clothes stink of nothing but cigarette smoke. I Love Station Casinos but the only thing that I despise is their Boarding Pass program. I am not a local to Las Vegas and we have to fly about 2500 miles to go there. My peeve is that their point or status system only lasts for about 6 months and then you would have to start all over again. Unlike places on the strip like the Aria, which point/status last for a year. When my husband and I stay there for like 4 days, I can make it to Platinum status whereby my husband can gain President status which is even more difficult. So disappointing! We went and spend $ 148 for dining. When we handed the players card over to the waiter, we were told that no more points can be earned for dining, table games etc. , only for slot machines. No more senior Wednesday either! Station Casinos has adopted a new policy. If you do a cash advance on a credit card, the card has to be signed. Small thing, right? I've always put on mine "CHECK ID", because not all merchants do. Gives me a legal out if any of my cards are stolen. My legal ID has my legal signature. I'll sign the transaction slip. I'll keep my cards "check ID" until CC are DNA coded. We have been denied access to all Station Casinos and were humiliated at Red Rock Casino Resort. It is a disgrace to treat a Veteran, or anyone with a disability, in such a manor. A Segway is approved by the Americans with Disabilities Act as a mobility device. It is the same as telling someone that they cannot use their cane, walker, wheelchair or scooter.
