Amenities like snacks, drinks, and toiletries were all on par with other five-star spas. I booked a 50-minute "Recover" massage with Lacy, and she was exceptional. As a licensed massage therapist, I've had a lot of massages, and hers stands out as one of the best I've had in years. Her technique, awareness, and attention to problem areas were next-level. The only issue came at checkout. A gift card I received around Christmas 2023 had lost value due to a monthly deduction after one year. I don't agree with that policy, but the front desk handled it professionally and said management would review it. Even with that hiccup, this was a five-star experience. That said, there were several issues that made the overall experience disappointing, especially for the price point. First, the women's hot tub was not clean. The sign near the hot tub had a noticeable buildup of grime, dirt, and dust, which raised concerns about cleanliness. Unfortunately, I ended up with an infection afterward, which is something I've never experienced from a spa before. We also noticed issues with the spa amenities themselves. The cold plunge was not cold at all and felt lukewarm, which defeats the purpose of offering that feature. In addition, the men's locker room was missing basic amenities and was not properly stocked. The massage was just okay and not worth what we paid. We added a hot oil scalp treatment, but my scalp was barely touched. I also asked for focus on my neck, and that area received very little attention. The massage therapists were kind and professional, but the service itself felt rushed and lacking. The attendants were another letdown. They were often talking among themselves and not attentive to guests. I had to walk to the attendant stand multiple times to ask for help, and it felt inconvenient for them to step away to assist. Food service was especially frustrating--no one helped us, and when I tried calling the restaurant, the phone rang repeatedly and disconnected after multiple attempts. As for the food, we ordered the sharable salmon tower for two people and received four very small pieces of salmon with four tiny bagels and minimal toppings. The drinks were good, but the food was extremely underwhelming for the price. Like I said in the beginning, I don't mind spending money on a luxury experience when the service and quality match the cost. I had calculated our total ahead of time, including tip and potential add-ons, and we were still drastically overcharged for what we received. Overall, the pricing reflects five-star services and amenities, but the experience did not. We are locals and truly wanted this to be a place we could return to, but unfortunately, due to the cleanliness concerns, service issues, and lack of value, we don't see ourselves coming back. read more

Me and my husband had sunrise bliss well & being massage today, and when we checked out, Krodriguez helped us out. First of all, her attitude made us feel we are not welcoming. She had a blank expression from the begging to the end. When she printed an invoice, I asked her it looks like the gratuity is more than I thought. However, her respond was "It is 20% each" like a robot. Not even looking at me and rushed to process. When I was calculating the amount, she already charged and gave me the receipt. I don't know why she was in hurry. There was nobody behind us. Whenever I found out the tip amounts were wrong, she went backside to talk to a manager. And then she said "the system didn't recognize today is week special price. The system automatically calculated the gratuity. I didn't do it. The refund amount $20.40 will be returned to your credit card within 5 business day." She never said "I am SORRY" or "SORRY for your inconvenience" and thank you at all. I know it is not her fault, but the way she talked and the way she looked at me like I am annoying her. Moreover, she just gave me the receipt and walked away. What kind of employee she is? About a month or so ago, I was thinking of making a visit to the Red Rock Spa as a treat for myself. According to their website at that time, they did offer a day pass for $50. Perfect! Life happened and I finally had a chance to go yesterday. Well, it is my fault for not checking, but I found out yesterday that the price for a day pass has literally doubled in that time! Wow. For a company that is really enthusiastic about trotting out that "We love locals" marketing campaign, they aren't too keen on actually backing that up with actions. I didn't go on a weekend. I went early afternoon on a Tuesday (yesterday, in fact). Having already done my research, I have read that, while the facilities are nice, they are a bit small. I just don't see paying literally double for what will amount to an hour or two using a sauna, steam, and jacuzzi. I will say this though: When I decide to get another treatment (CBD massages are the best!), I will go back to The M Resort. They actually offer a reasonable rate for a day pass. 1 star. read more

I typically reserve a spa day at Red Rock every year for my birthday, but I skipped 2023 because of my son's graduation. Nevertheless, I made spa treatment reservations three weeks ahead of my birthday at that time required a spa pass, which I was told due to holiday it would $100! No problem and she added my friend name to the reservation. My friend arrived about 30 minutes after I did, and I informed the front desk staff, who weren't very friendly. She didn't even greet me with a "Happy Birthday"; I had to remind her it was my special day. The front desk told my friend that they weren't issuing day passes because they were at capacity. My friend is non-confrontational and had gone out of her way to meet me, only to be denied entry and be treated rudely by the young lady at the desk. I had to leave the pool to speak with a supervisor, as I had discussed this during my booking three weeks earlier. The staff member had taken my friend's name and confirmed her day pass for $100, but this information wasn't in the system. If I had known my friend couldn't attend with a day pass, I would have chosen a different venue. Fortunately, the manager made an exception and allowed my friend to join me for a $100 day pass, which was fine as that what I was told anyway! However, while we were trying to enjoy our spa day, I noticed there were available seats outside by pool, and the spa was not crowded at all during my visit from 11 AM to 5:30 PM. It was clear that they were not actually over capacity. After this experience and spend over $400, I decided that I would no longer celebrate my birthday at Red Rock due to the unsatisfactory service! read more

I'm so glad I selected a 6 am flight so I could get to Vegas and enjoy the spa!! The amenities are wonderful and the attentive service was overwhelming. Everyone did their best to make my visit impeccable and I appreciated that so much. I did a walk in and asked what I should do and the front desk lady suggested a facial since I was not looking for a massage. I first enjoyed the sauna and dry sauna. They even had a cold plunge pool and rain shower. My facial was so relaxing and included extractions, steam, hand massage, lymphatic drainage, massage of shoulders and super special mask. At the end I was greeted with a nice hot robe that was the icing on the cake! After my facial, I ventured out to the private pool and had poolside room service. As the matron of honor, I had the duties of planning the bride's bachelorette spa. Planning start via email with the sparty coordinator. It honestly took a while for her reply back, but when she did, she made sure all my questions were answered. When our event came around, check in was easy and they already had our massage choice, wellness drink, and food ready. Service was really good. You get full use of the facilities, and it's all separated by men and women. So you could totally go nude if you wanna. Lockers are provided along with a lounge area where you can get ready. Comes with hair dryer, curler, qtips, combs, etc. towels are also provided. The massage was really relaxing and really nice. Everything was so serene. I've been to the Green Valley Ranch Spa (GVR) plenty of times before but this was my first time here at this spa. Boyfriend treated me for a 50 min Well & Being massage for my birthday. My appointment was for 11am but they advise you to get there 30 min prior to get settled in and get familiar with the amenities they have to offer. Here is where I prefer GVR over Red Rock. It's much smaller here. Only 4 bathroom stalls, 2 shower stalls (one wasn't in working order & one was for ADA) plus the layout weird. After showering you have to go clear across the common walkway path, into the lockers and around the corner for your after bath amenities like lotion, blow dryer etc. Much better layout at GVR as everything coincides. My initial massage with Madison (?) was pretty solid. More medium pressure than light but I had MANYYYY hard knots on my shoulder area I needed to work on. Personally, I felt she was pretty thorough with my entire body. Private spa pool at GVR wins again over Red Rock. This private pool that's only accessible for spa patrons is much smaller than GVR. Overall, pretty good but spacing and amenities I prefer GVR. Pricing is the same with both locations. Weekday (Mon-Thurs) prices are a bit less than weekend (Fri-Sun) prices. I cane 90 minutes before my appointment so I could take advantage of the steam room, sauna, and whirlpool. It was a little chilly outside so I passed on the outdoor. Heated pool. Keena did my 80 minute deep tissue massage and she was awesome! She's got strong hands that knew just the right pressure to release all my stress. Frustrating Experience at Red Rock Spa - Poor Customer Service I wanted to do something special for my girlfriend's birthday today (May 15, 2025), and since she had a spa day planned at Red Rock Spa, I called ahead to cover the cost as a surprise. The first agent I spoke to was kind and promptly sent me the card authorization form, which I completed and returned right away. I followed up with a call to confirm they received it, and was assured that it had been received and noted that the card on file should be charged--not my girlfriend. Unfortunately, when she checked out, she was still charged, completely ruining the surprise. I called the spa again to address the issue, and the person I spoke to dismissed my concern, saying the staff member who checked her out must not have read the notes. When I expressed my frustration, the representative hung up on me. I then tried calling multiple times with no answer. I'm really disappointed--not only because the surprise was spoiled, but because the customer service was careless and dismissive. I never write negative reviews, but my recent experience at this spa was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. Also, I can't even get a hold of a manager to address this personally so I've resorted to the internet. The manager is either completely uninterested in their job or just doesn't care about customer concerns. I called multiple times to discuss some issues and I never got a single call back. I called the day after our treatment and was told that the manager was busy and that they would take my name/phone number and a manager would return my call. Waited a couple days, nothing. Called again and was told the manager wasn't in. This was around 11:30 am. My last attempt was the next day, later in the afternoon in hopes to catch the manager and still nothing. I called several times because it seemed like they couldn't hear me but the rest of my calls were going unanswered as if they were deliberately ignoring it. I've been here many times and never had a phone issue when booking a reservation. For an establishment like this, you'd think they'd have basic communication skills. But nope, they can't even return a phone call! Now let's talk about the massage therapist. I specifically booked a deep tissue massage for my husband, but what he got was far from it. The therapist was not only older, but seemed completely unable to perform the service requested. Her hands were weak, and the massage felt like a gentle rub rather than the deep pressure he desperately needed. He told me he didn't say anything because she was nice and seemed to be trying. But why did they assign an elderly woman to do a deep tissue massage to begin with? Also the temperature of the massage table and the various heated equipment she was using was too much. He brought it to her attention but it felt like no adjustments were made. So he was profusely sweating and uncomfortable for the entirety of the massage. As for the facilities? There are 3(4?) bathroom stalls of which only 2 were functioning. And out of the 2 only 1 had toilet paper. There was a line every time I had to use the restroom. At 38 weeks pregnant, that was frequently. The steam room was also out of service. A spa without working toilets and a steam room is unacceptable. The sandals they gave me were XLs which felt like skis. I needed a small/med but they said that's all they had left. So why did the attendant bother asking for my size? All in all, I will no longer be coming back mainly due to the fact that I feel like my concerns are being ignored after many attempts on my end to reach a manager. I'll just drive an extra 10 mins to go to Encore/Cosmo for a better experience at a similar cost. read more

When it gets colder, it's difficult to hang out together. I guess she likes some alone time because she likes the women's only hot tub and cold dip. She likes the teas and fruits. I had been wanting to try this particular spa out after hearing such wonderful things! I don't get massages that often but I have been to a few spas here in Vegas with my bar set high after having been to the spa at Aria (my favorite). My coworkers gifted my husband and I a gift certificate to this spa for a wedding gift (what a great & thoughtful idea!), so we made a staycation out of it at the resort for the night and booked a couples massage. Their online scheduling system is one of the worst I've ever used, and it somehow crossed over on their side as having booked myself a "prenatal" massage, which sparked some fun questions at check-in (my new husband included). Having said that, I'd recommend calling them to schedule anything to avoid issues. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful. The massage was great - I ended up with the massage I intended (Well & Being Signature) and my husband did the deep tissue. The massage room was peaceful without hallway noise distractions (that I've experienced at other spas). The facilities such as the locker room were really clean & nice - stocked with Fiji bottled water, tea, etc and some light granola bar-like snacks. Staff are helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the eucalyptus steam room and jacuzzi in the women's side. The outdoor pool and "yoga room" were really the only co-ed spaces though, so keep that in mind if you are hoping to spend a lot of time together at the spa as a man-woman couple. The pool outside was heated, but not enough to keep me warm on the cold, windy day it was outside, so we didn't stay out long. It would be a really nice space to hangout at during the non-winter months though (the cabanas are neat!). It's definitely a nice spa and I'd recommend it if you're up for spending the money - even having a $400 gift card only paid for about half of our two 80-min massages (+ tip). I would probably prefer to go to a more co-ed friendly spa next time I go with my husband, but otherwise wouldn't mind coming here if I was in the mood for a nicer, off-strip spa experience again. read more

My friend and I visited the Red Rock spa on a Tuesday for their discount special. It was $139 each for our basic 50min massages. My friend said her massage was one of the best shes ever had! The facility was peaceful and clean with ambient music playing and fresh towels everywhere to use with their different pools. In the womens space they had dedicated areas each for changing/lockers, getting ready space with hair tools, showers, restrooms, and a waiting room. The amenities in the womens facility included a hot tub, cold plunge, dry sauna, and steam sauna. In the co-ed space were the treatment rooms and the pool. There are only three cabanas by the pool and they are first come first serve, we were able to get one at 11am. Some other loungers did have an umbrella for shade. Food can be served at the pool and prices were reasonable. All of the staff was incredibly friendly! (I wish I grabbed the desk staff's name who took my payment, she was amazing and deserves a shout out!) My 80 minute treatment was very relaxing and much needed. Also was able to shower and utilize the toiletries provided. If you are looking for a few hours to take care of yourself and disconnect from the works, i highly recommend this spa! And when your all said and done, there is a variety of restaurants to fulfill your appetite that you've built up! Let me start by saying how incredibly gracious and generous the staff were over the mixup, the true definition of hospitality. I had a massage with Mika, and I cannot recommend her enough. I have never been so relaxed in my life-- I walked out feeling like I was on a cloud! The pool area is very nice, their menu has plenty of offerings, and the interior spa is peaceful. Let me start off by saying I absolutely adore the Red Rock Casino and everything that they offer at this property. However, I had not been able to check out the spa so I decided for my mothers 60th birthday I would treat us to a massage. The service is immaculate from the time you enter the spa. You are greeted the front desk staff and they check you in. The spa attendant then walks you through the spa and shows you all the amenities you are able to use during your stay. We arrived about 15 minutes prior to our massages and quickly got into our robes in the locker room where you get your own personal locker to leave your personal items. You the. Get to relax in a seating area where they offer snacks and spa water, juice, tea etc. We opted for the wellness massage which is a basic light to medium massage for 50 min. My girl Kristi did an amazing job. The ambiance is incredible and it's so relaxing. My mom and I decided we would spend the day relaxing at the private pool where we easily were able to order lunch and drinks. We had such an amazing time that we plan on coming back to try a facial in the next few months. I can say they have a customer for life. This spa is so beautiful.
